Abstract
An antenna package of an embodiment comprises: a cable layer; an antenna layer stacked in a direction perpendicular to the cable layer; and a bonding layer bonding the cable layer and the antenna layer, and having a horizontal area of 50% or more of the horizontal area of the antenna layer, wherein: the antenna layer includes antenna insulating layers sequentially stacked in the vertical direction, antenna wiring layers disposed on each of the antenna insulating layers, and antenna vias penetrating the antenna insulating layers in the vertical direction so as to connect the antenna wiring layers; and the cable layer includes cable insulating layers sequentially stacked in the vertical direction, cable wiring layers disposed on each of the cable insulating layers, and cable vias penetrating the cable insulating layers in the vertical direction so as to connect the cable wiring layers.
