Embodiments of the present application disclose a communication method, a communication apparatus, and a storage medium, which are applied to the technical field of communications and are used for ensuring the continuity of an AI service. The method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: determining first information, the first information being used to indicate X pieces of AI data, and X being a positive integer; and sending the first information and Y data units, the Y data units being used to transmit M pieces of AI data, the Y data units carrying the X pieces of AI data, Y being a positive integer, and M being an integer greater than or equal to X. In the embodiments of the present application, since the Y data units are used to transmit the M pieces of AI data, and X is less than or equal to M, a transmit end device may send some of the M pieces of AI data, so that the receive end device can provide an AI service on the basis of the X pieces of AI data, thereby ensuring continuity of the AI service, and resolving the problem of service interruption caused by insufficient air interface resources.
