Track assembly

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a track assembly, comprising direction-switching tracks and a guide track. The direction-switching tracks are used for direct-switching locomotion of an overhead hoist transport vehicle; each direction-switching track comprises an inner rail and an outer rail; the outer rail surrounds the outer side of the inner rail and comprises a first rail section, a slope section, and a second rail section; the upper end face of the first rail section is lower than that of the second rail section; and the first rail section and the second rail section are connected by means of the slope section. The guide track is located above the direction-switching tracks and used for guiding the overhead hoist transport vehicle to move along the direction-switching tracks. When the overhead hoist transport vehicle moves along the direction-switching tracks under the guidance of the guide track, locomotion wheels on one side of the overhead hoist transport vehicle are always in contact with the inner rail, and locomotion wheels on the other side of the overhead hoist transport vehicle are always not in contact with the first rail section. The present invention can improve the smoothness of direction switching of an overhead hoist transport vehicle.
