Abstract

Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a light-emitting substrate, a lighting device, and a vehicle lamp. The light-emitting substrate comprises: a support pillar layer (180) disposed on the side of a pixel definition layer (140) away from a base substrate (110), wherein the support pillar layer (180) comprises a plurality of support pillars spaced apart from each other. A light-emitting region (310) comprises a central region (311) and an edge region (312) having the same area. A total area of orthographic projections of the support pillars disposed in the central region (311) on the base substrate (110) is defined as a first area, and a total area of orthographic projections of the support pillars disposed in the edge region (312) on the base substrate (110) is defined as a second area, wherein the second area is larger than the first area.
