The invention concerns an air filtering device (1) comprising: a housing (2), a separator plate (3) that separates an interior of the housing into an unclean compartment (4) and a clean compartment (5), a first filter aperture (6), a mounting arrangement configured to allow mounting of a first replaceable air filter (100) at the first filter aperture (6), an air inlet (8) for uncleaned air and an air outlet (9) for clean air, wherein the housing (2) comprises at least a first and a second substantially flat housing plate (41, 42, 43, 44) arranged side by side in the same plane and being connected to each other along adjacent outer portions, wherein each of the first and second housing plates (41, 42, 43, 44) is formed into an L-shape at its outer portion so that an edge portion (41 A, 42A, 43A, 44A) of each housing plate is directed perpendicular to a main portion of the housing plate, wherein a sealing member (45) is arranged along a common outermost edge of the protruding edge portions (41 A, 42A, 43A, 44A), wherein a sealing plate (46, 47) is arranged along the protruding edge portions (41 A, 42A, 43A, 44A), and wherein the sealing plate (46, 47) is attached to the first and second housing plates (41, 42, 43, 44) so as to press the sealing member (45) onto the outermost edge of the protruding edge portions (41 A, 42A, 43A, 44A).
