AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Conventional refrigeration devices freeze food surfaces rapidly, leading to deterioration of internal tissues and a decrease in food quality due to direct contact with cold air, and existing methods fail to prevent this quality loss.

Method used

A refrigeration device with a circulation channel surrounding the freezing space, a cold air supply mechanism, and a suction unit that forms a flow of cold air along the space's walls, allowing heat exchange without direct contact, maintaining a stable temperature gradient.

🎯Benefits of technology

The device prevents quality deterioration by freezing food uniformly without direct cold air contact, maintaining freshness and quality during long-term storage.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide a refrigeration apparatus capable of preventing quality deterioration due to refrigeration. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a body part 10 that has a refrigeration space 11h in which a refrigeration-target object is stored; a cold air generation device 13 that has a function of generating cold air; and a control part 30 that controls the operation of the cold air generation device 13. The body part 10 comprises: a circulation flow passage 12 which is provided in a manner surrounding the refrigeration space 11h and allows cold air to circulate around the refrigeration space 11h; a flow rate adjustment part 15 which supplies the cold air in the circulation flow passage 12 to the refrigeration space 11h through a cold air supply port 15a formed in a wall 10a of the refrigeration space 11h; and a cold air suction part 20 which sucks the cold air in the refrigeration space 11h from suction ports 20a formed in a wall 10b of the refrigeration space 11h. The control part 30 has a function of controlling the flow rate adjustment part 15 so that the cold air supplied from the flow rate adjustment part 15 flows along the wall 10b, of the refrigeration space 11h, where the suction ports 20a of the cold air suction part 20 are provided.
