Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] A NEW PLASTER MATERIAL
[0003] Technical Field
[0004] The invention relates to a composition and process for the development of high performance insulation and surface coating materials used in the construction and decorative industries.
[0005] Prior Art
[0006] While exterior coating is of high importance for a building, the decoration and plastering of interior spaces is just as important. Because, indoors are the places where people spend more time and make more eye contact and where all the evil eyes are most summoned.
[0007] Nowadays, as it is known in the coating of interior spaces, plaster containing classical mortar material is applied directly on the brick surface of the concrete building and then the painting stage is started. However, this plaster and paint material does not provide the desired level of thermal insulation. Likewise, both plastering and painting create double labor and double cost. This situation is uneconomical for both the manufacturer and the consumer.
[0008] It is necessary to perform the same process again and again by renewing the problems that occur in the wall of workplaces and residences every season. However, while this does not eliminate the wall defect, it only temporarily covers it or is solved with burdensome procedures by performing heavy renovation and sheathing from the outside or inside.
[0009] In the patent search regarding the prior art; an application numbered 2019 / 01189 was found. In this application; a plaster material containing heat, sound and water insulation cement-free plaster material from coal fly ash is mentioned. In the summary part; it is about a plaster material obtained by using fly ash from the chimneys of thermal power plants and blending it with other fillers and chemicals. It is an economical, easy-to-apply ready-made plaster material that provides heat, sound and water insulation without cement and sand in its structure. In this way, a material that gives an economic value to coal fly ash, which currently has no economic value, is mentioned.
[0010] For existing building materials, environmental factors such as moisture, mould, fungus and durability are a major concern. In addition, additives used to improve toughness, sealing, elasticity and insulation performance often have limited effectiveness.
[0011] Another application is for insulated plaster material with the number 2011 / 01268. This application is about a plaster material used in exterior and interior facades in the construction sector, and it is a material that does not require the use of another material for water and heat insulation thanks to the substances in its structure.
[0012] Another application is the application numbered 2010 / 10284 which is a natural plaster material. This application relates to a plaster material containing natural components, which is used in the construction industry, usually applied to the walls of buildings. The aims of the invention are to obtain a natural plaster material that provides insulation against heat, sound and water, has fire retardant properties, is sufficient to apply a single layer on the surface, and does not show cracking problems when dry.
[0013] Description of the Invention
[0014] The main purpose of the invention is to prevent environmental factors such as mould and fungus. It also increases the strength of the material.
[0015] The other purpose of the invention is to provide mechanical durability through the addition of bentonite clay and to provide superior resistance to impact and deformation.
[0016] The natural structure of bentonite clay means it provides superior thermal and sound insulating performance.
[0017] One purpose of the invention is to provide a new plaster material that does not require extra paint, such as heat insulation, sound insulation, wall sweating, mold, mildew, fungus and blistering depending on the wall structure.
[0018] By incorporating bentonite clay, harmful factors such as moisture, mould and fungus are absorbed, providing a long lasting hygienic and durable structure.
[0019] Another purpose of the invention is that each feature requires different technical application and different materials in order to provide the features mentioned in the present art. For those in need, our invention is highly advantageous in terms of money, time and many features with a single material.
[0020] A further purpose of the invention is to provide a structure that does not pose a risk to health with the natural materials in its content, as well as providing high thermal insulation properties in the interior space where it is applied.
[0021] Another purpose of the invention is to provide an attractive surface coating in the interior space where it is applied. This visually adds a different atmosphere to the interiors.
[0022] Yet another important purpose of the invention is to absorb sound and provide high sound insulation. If applied to one side of the interior wall, it provides 35% sound insulation, and if applied to the neighboring wall, it provides 90% sound insulation.
[0023] Another important purpose of the invention is to provide a 100% solution against dampness due to the fact that the mortar material contains natural materials.
[0024] Another important purpose of the invention is to apply the inventive mixture to the wall and then, in the event that the wall is deformed due to objects and friction, it can be repaired easily, quickly and practically by making planar prints on the deformed part with a credit card type card as a result of slightly wetting or moistening the wall.
[0025] Another purpose of the invention is to provide the advantage of removing the plaster material from the surface where it is located and applying it to another place by diluting the plaster material after it has been applied and after a certain period of time due to the fact that it contains water-based material.
[0026] Another purpose of the invention is that it contributes between 4 and 5 degrees to the ambient temperature. For example, if the ambient temperature is 9 degrees, a temperature level of approximately 13 degrees is reached by applying the material to the surface. Thus, fuel costs are minimized and a budget-friendly plaster material is brought to the economy.

[0033] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0034] The invention is a plaster material (100) used for plastering the wall surfaces of houses, workplaces and similar interior spaces, which is predominantly organic natural material, contains low levels of chemical substances, provides thermal insulation and increases the ambient temperature.
[0035] The plaster material (100) of the invention comprises cotton material (101 ). However, this cotton material (101 ) does not have to be only cotton material, it is also possible that it is a natural material obtained from animals in nature, such as wool, felt, goat hair.
[0036] However, the majority of the cotton material will be used in the mixture subject to the invention. This cotton material is the remnants obtained from the residual materials that are discarded as waste material in the production of cotton garment production enterprises. Thus, these cotton wastes can be utilized and brought into the industry and become an additive of plaster material in interior spaces.
[0037] It is the use of natural stone (102) called mica together with cotton material (101 ). This mica stone is a special stone commonly found in the Middle East and has a layered structure. This natural stone (102) is crushed to certain sizes and mixed with cotton material (101 ) and integration material (103) to obtain a mortar material. The integration material (103) used here is preferably a glue. The desired integration is achieved with this integration material (103) and then slightly diluted and the inner surface is applied to the wall. On the other hand, a paint additive (104) is added according to the color preference of the consumers to ensure that the environment is in the desired color.
[0038] With the addition of bentonite clay (105); the formation of mould and mildew is prevented. Heat and sound insulation is provided. At the same time the material is given elasticity. On the other hand; 300 grams of bentonite clay (105) are added per pack. This imparts toughness and mechanical strength to the material.
[0039] The mixture is preferably and approximately in the following proportions: 4 / 3 of cotton material (101 ), 4 / 0.5 of integration material (103) and 4 / 0.5 of natural stone (102). In other words, it contains 800 g to 1 kg of cotton material (101 ), 250 g to 480 g of integration material (103) and 80 g to 220 g of natural stone (102).
[0040] The invention has a self-repairing feature. In case of deformation on the surface, it is possible to repair and flatten the surface in a practical, easy and inexpensive way by hand or by slightly wetting and moistening the surface.
[0041] The plaster material (100) of the invention contains fiber, nonwoven fabric, leaf mica, powder mica, glitter, glitter powder, pet, pvc, straw, combed straw, vermiculite (raw and processed), volcanic mineral stone, EPS (styrofoam powder), fabric dye, paper, cellulosic paper, sawdust, polybutylene, polypropylene, cork, and cork oak, except cotton material (101 ).
