An O-ring mounting / detaching method of the present invention may comprise the steps of: providing a worktable on which a robot arm is disposed; providing a pallet on which a hopper having an upper O-ring coupled to the upper portion thereof and a lower O-ring coupled to the lower portion thereof is mounted; fixing the pallet to the worktable; operating the robot arm so as to remove the upper O-ring from the hopper; rotating the pallet; and operating the robot arm so as to remove the lower O-ring from the hopper.
