The second touch layer (16) comprises touch electrode lines (161) and first pads (162), the touch electrode lines (161) are electrically connected to the first pads (162), and the touch electrode lines (161) and the auxiliary electrode lines (141) are stacked and electrically connected by means of the first via holes (151).
