Abstract

Provided in the present invention are a slag leaching device for calcium extraction, and a method for using same. The device comprises a slag leaching reactor, an ammonium salt storage tank and a slurry filtering device, wherein the slag leaching reactor comprises an upper chamber, and a stirring assembly and a temperature control assembly, which are arranged in the upper chamber; the slurry filtering device comprises a lower chamber, which is in communication with the upper chamber, and a scraper-type filtering device which is configured to separate a slurry inflow into a leachate and solid residue; and the ammonium salt storage tank device is configured to collect ammonia generated from a slag leaching reaction and a resulting solution obtained after calcium has been extracted from the leachate, so as to generate an ammonium salt solution having a preset pH. In the embodiments, the stirring assembly and the temperature control assembly can increase the rate of the slag leaching reaction; the scraper-type filtering device can separate a slurry into a leachate and solid residue, thereby facilitating separate collection; and the ammonium salt storage tank device can ensure the recycling of ammonia and the resulting solution obtained after calcium has been extracted from the leachate, thereby reducing costs.
