Abstract
This water treatment device (100) removes metal ions from water being treated to generate treated water, and causes the treated water to pass through a water storage tank (200) via a water passage (300). The water treatment device (100) comprises: a flow rate adjustment valve that adjusts the flow rate of the treated water being passed through the water passage (300); and a water passage pressure sensor (132) that detects a water pressure corresponding to the water level in the water storage tank (200), the water passage pressure sensor (132) being provided in the water passage (300). The water treatment device (100) also comprises a control unit for controlling the opening degree of the flow rate adjustment valve. The control unit controls the opening degree of the flow rate adjustment valve on the basis of the water pressure in the water storage tank (200) detected by the water passage pressure sensor (132).
