Abstract
Provided is a display control device that generates a work image for operating a work machine which has a work device, said display control device comprising: a primary image acquisition unit that acquires a captured image of the work device and an excavation target region as a primary image; an orientation information acquisition unit that acquires orientation information of the work device; a three-dimensional shape information acquisition unit that acquires three-dimensional shape information of a target region; a work device height calculation unit that calculates the height of the work device on the basis of the orientation information; a target region height calculation unit that calculates the height of the target region on the basis of the three-dimensional shape information; a work state management unit that determines the start of excavation of the target region from the relationship between the height of the work device and the height of the target region; a support diagram generation unit that generates an AR image including a first support diagram which continuously indicates the height of the work device at the time of determination of the start of excavation from when the start of excavation was determined and a second support diagram which indicates the height of the work device calculated by the work device height calculation unit by changing said height according to a change in the height of the work device; and an image superimposition unit that generates the work image in which the AR image is superimposed on the primary image.
