Abstract
Provided is a platelet measurement method that makes it possible to stably measure platelets with high sensitivity even when time has elapsed since blood collection. In this platelet measurement method, a collected blood sample (20) is brought into contact with a substrate (12) having a platelet solid phase section (14) on the surface thereof, and the substrate (12) with the blood sample (20) adhering thereto is washed while in a state in which the platelets (26) included in the blood sample (20) are in a solid phase on the substrate (12).
