Abstract
An absorbent article (1) has, in an unfolded state, a longitudinal direction, a width direction and a thickness direction which are orthogonal to each other, and comprises a liquid-absorbing absorbent core (10). The absorbent article (1) has, on a skin-side surface, a joining means (30) that can be joined to a portion of the absorbent article (1) when discarded, and is provided with a cover part (50) that covers the joining means (30) from the skin side. The joining means (30) has a covered part (CP) that is covered by the cover part (50). The cover part (50) can be moved relative to the covered part (CP) so as to expose at least a portion of the covered part (CP).
