A control stick assembly capable of optimizing the feedback to a tilt operation of the control stick is disclosed. An example control stick assembly includes: a control stick including an upper spring holder in an upper portion and being supported to tilt; a stage having a support surface on an upper surface thereof, with an opening formed on the support surface, and the control stick disposed in the opening; a spring disposed along the control stick and having an upper end supported by the upper spring holder; and a lower spring holder on the support surface of the stage and supporting a lower end of the spring. The lower spring holder moves relative to the control stick in a direction along the control stick, and tilts with the control stick by supporting the control stick. A height of the support surface changes in a radial direction of the control stick.
