Compound having effect of drastic purgation for eliminating retained fluid, and preparation method therefor and use thereof

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a compound having the effect of drastic purgation for eliminating retained fluid, which has a chemical structural formula as shown in formula (I). The compound is a new natural product of tetracyclic triterpenoids, has a good lipid solubility and chemical stability, and can be conveniently extracted from the roots and stems of the herb Begonia limprichtii Irmscher and prepared into an oral or injectable dosage form. Further provided in the present invention are a method for preparing the compound and the use thereof. The compound of the present invention can significantly inhibit the increase in abdominal volume and ascites weight in mice in a dose-dependent manner, and serves as a new drug for eliminating retained fluid with great potential.
