Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display. Disclosed are a display panel and a display apparatus, which enable a bezel of the display panel to be narrow. The display panel of the present application comprises a substrate layer; a driving layer, which is disposed on one side of the substrate layer; and at least two touch-control electrode layers, which are disposed on the side of the driving layer away from the substrate layer, wherein each touch-control electrode layer is provided with touch-control electrodes. The substrate layer comprises a display area and a non-display area, wherein the non-display area comprises a bending area, and the portion of the display panel corresponding to the bending area is used for bending; touch-control signal lines are provided in the non-display area, the touch-control signal lines are arranged in the same layer as at least one touch-control electrode layer, and the touch-control signal lines are electrically connected to the touch-control electrodes; the touch-control signal lines cross the bending area, and the portions of the touch-control signal lines in the bending area are used for bending along with the bending of the display panel; and a protective layer is provided in bending area, the protective layer is arranged on the side of the touch-control signal lines away from the substrate layer, and the material hardness of the protective layer is less than the material hardness of the touch-control signal lines.
