Detailed Implementation

[0040] To better understand the above-mentioned objectives, features, and advantages of this application, the application will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, the embodiments and features described in these embodiments can be combined with each other.

[0041] Many specific details are set forth in the following description in order to provide a full understanding of this application. However, this application may also be implemented in other ways different from those described herein. Therefore, the scope of protection of this application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.

[0042] The drawer assembly 100 and the refrigeration device 200 according to some embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to Figures 1 to 16.

[0043] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, Figure 1 shows one of the schematic diagrams of a drawer assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 2 shows one of the exploded views of a drawer assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present application; an embodiment of the present application provides a drawer assembly 100, which includes a door panel 102, a first receiving member 104, and a second receiving member 112. One side of the first receiving member 104 is connected to the door panel 102. The first receiving member 104 has a first receiving cavity 110 with an opening on at least one side. The second receiving member 112 includes a body 114 and a moving member 134. The body 114 is located on one side of the first receiving member 104 and at the opening of the first receiving cavity 110. The moving member 134 is disposed on the body 114 and contacts the first receiving member 104 so that the second receiving member 112 can slide relative to the first receiving member 104. When the second receiving member 112 is in a first position relative to the first receiving member 104, the second receiving member 112 covers the opening of the first receiving cavity 110. When the second receiving member 112 is in a second position relative to the first receiving member 104, the opening of the first receiving cavity 110 is open.

[0044] In this embodiment, the drawer assembly 100 includes a door panel 102, a first receiving member 104, and a second receiving member 112. One side of the first receiving member 104 is connected to the door panel 102. The first receiving member 104 has a first receiving cavity 110 with an opening on at least one side to facilitate the installation and fixation of the first receiving member 104, allowing the first receiving cavity 110 to store items. The second receiving member 112 includes a body 114 and a moving member 134. The body 114 is located on one side of the first receiving member 104, at the opening of the first receiving cavity 110, to arrange the body 114 such that the second receiving member 112 is positioned above the first receiving member 104. The moving member 134 is disposed on the body 114 to facilitate the installation and fixation of the moving member 134. The moving part 134 contacts the first receiving part 104, allowing the second receiving part 112 to slide relative to the first receiving part 104. Since the moving part 134 is in contact with the first receiving part 104, it can rotate relative to the first receiving part 104, thereby allowing the second receiving part 112 to move relative to the first receiving part 104. When the second receiving part 112 is in the first position relative to the first receiving part 104, it covers the opening of the first receiving cavity 110, thus shielding the space of the first receiving part 104. When the second receiving part 112 is in the second position, the opening of the first receiving cavity 110 is open. Since the second receiving part 112 is located above the first receiving part 104, sliding it to the second position exposes the opening of the first receiving cavity 110, facilitating the user's access to items within the first receiving cavity 110 and improving user convenience. This application provides a sliding first receiving component 104, allowing both the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 to store items, thus effectively expanding storage space and improving space utilization. Users can also store different items in the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 according to their needs, facilitating item categorization and storage.

[0045] Specifically, by setting the moving part 134 to slide relative to the first receiving part 104, the second receiving part 112 can slide relative to the first receiving part 104, allowing the user to flexibly classify and store items according to their category or purpose. Furthermore, by using two storage spaces to store items, the storage space of the drawer assembly 100 can be increased.

[0046] Specifically, the items stored in the drawer assembly 100 can be bottles or food ingredients, etc.

[0047] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0048] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, Figure 3 shows an exploded view of the second receiving member 112 of one embodiment of this application; Figure 4 shows a second exploded view of the drawer assembly 100 of one embodiment of this application; the body 114 has a second receiving cavity 132, and the body 114 includes a bottom plate 116 and a frame 118. The bottom plate 116 is disposed at the opening of the first receiving cavity 110; the frame 118 is arranged along the edge of the bottom plate 116, and the frame 118 and the bottom plate 116 enclose the second receiving cavity 132; the moving member 134 is disposed on the side of the frame 118 near the first receiving member 104.

[0049] In this embodiment, the body 114 has a second receiving cavity 132, allowing a user to store items through the second receiving cavity 132, thus enabling the second receiving component 112 to store items. The body 114 includes a base plate 116 and a frame 118. The base plate 116 is disposed at the opening of the first receiving cavity 110, and the frame 118 is arranged along the edge of the base plate 116. The frame 118 and the base plate 116 enclose the second receiving cavity 132, thereby arranging the base plate 116 and the frame 118 so that the frame 118 can support the base plate 116. By providing the base plate 116, the base plate 116 can separate the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132. Furthermore, the base plate 116 can also support items placed in the second receiving cavity 132, preventing items in the second receiving cavity 132 from falling into the first receiving cavity 110. The moving part 134 is disposed on the side of the frame 118 near the first receiving part 104 to realize the arrangement of the moving part 134 so as to facilitate the movement of the second receiving part 112 relative to the first receiving part 104.

[0050] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0051] As shown in Figures 4, 5, and 6, Figure 5 shows a second schematic diagram of a drawer assembly 100 according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 6 shows a third schematic diagram of a drawer assembly 100 according to an embodiment of this application; the bottom plate 116 is detachably connected to the frame 118; when the bottom plate 116 is installed on the frame 118, the bottom plate 116 can isolate the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132; when the bottom plate 116 is detached from the frame 118, the first receiving cavity 110 can communicate with the second receiving cavity 132.

[0052] In this embodiment, the base plate 116 is detachably connected to the frame 118 to facilitate the arrangement of the base plate 116 and its replacement or repair. When the base plate 116 is installed on the frame 118, it isolates the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132, allowing users to store different items in the first and second receiving cavities according to their needs. This achieves categorized storage of items, improves space utilization, and allows users to quickly find the items they need by utilizing different spaces. When the base plate 116 is detached from the frame 118, the first receiving cavity 110 can communicate with the second receiving cavity 132. When users need to store larger items, i.e., items larger than the dimensions of the first or second receiving space, the base plate 116 can be detached from the frame 118, allowing the first and second receiving cavities 110 and 132 to form a single, integrated receiving space, thus meeting the storage needs of large items.

[0053] Specifically, when a user stores small items, i.e., when the size of the items is smaller than the size of the first receiving cavity 110 or the second receiving cavity 132, it is not necessary to remove the base plate 116 from the frame 118. The user can store the items in the first receiving cavity 110 or the second receiving cavity 132.

[0054] Specifically, when a user is storing large items, i.e., when neither the first receiving cavity 110 nor the second receiving cavity 132 can accommodate the items, the user can remove the base plate 116 from the frame 118, thereby connecting the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132 to form a larger storage space. The user can then store larger items in the space formed by connecting the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132.

[0055] Specifically, when the base plate 116 is installed on the frame 118, the base plate 116 can isolate the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132. When the second receiving component 112 is in the first position relative to the first receiving component 104, the second receiving component 112 covers the opening of the first receiving cavity 110, so that the base plate 116 can cover the opening of the first receiving cavity 110, and the base plate 116 can act as a cover for the first receiving component 104, thereby keeping the items stored in the first receiving component 104 fresh.

[0056] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0057] The distance between the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 and the side of the second receiving cavity 132 away from the bottom plate 116 is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 315 mm.

[0058] In this embodiment, the distance between the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 and the side of the second receiving cavity 132 away from the bottom plate 116 is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 315 mm, so as to adjust the size of the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132. By setting the distance between the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 and the side of the second receiving cavity 132 away from the bottom plate 116 to less than or equal to 315 mm, the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132 can accommodate larger items after they are connected.

[0059] Specifically, in Figure 6, arrow A represents the distance between the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 and the side of the second receiving cavity 132 away from the bottom plate 116.

[0060] Specifically, the distance between the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 and the side of the second receiving cavity 132 away from the bottom plate 116 is 315mm.

[0061] Specifically, the distance between the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 and the side of the second receiving cavity 132 away from the bottom plate 116 is 305mm, so that bottles within this size can be placed vertically in the storage space after the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132 are connected.

[0062] Specifically, the distance between the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 and the side of the second receiving cavity 132 away from the bottom plate 116 is equal to 300mm.

[0063] Specifically, after the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 is connected to the second receiving cavity 132, it can store bottles with a height not exceeding 315mm.

[0064] Specifically, as shown in Figure 6, after the bottom wall of the first receiving cavity 110 is connected to the second receiving cavity 132, it can store bottles with a height not exceeding 305mm.

[0065] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0066] As shown in Figure 2, the moving part 134 is the first roller 136, and the first receiving part 104 includes the first slide rail 108. One end of the first slide rail 108 is located on one side of the door panel 102, and the other end of the first slide rail 108 extends away from the door panel 102. The first roller 136 can move relative to the first slide rail 108.

[0067] In this embodiment, the moving component 134 is a first roller 136. The use of a roller facilitates the movement of the moving component 134 relative to the first receiving component 104, improving the ease of sliding the second receiving component 112. One end of the first slide rail 108 is located on one side of the door panel 102, and the other end extends away from the door panel 102. The first roller 136 can move relative to the first slide rail 108 to arrange the first slide rail 108 along the sliding direction of the second receiving component 112. By providing a second slide rail 206 on the first receiving component 104, the first roller 136 can slide on the first slide rail 108, effectively reducing the frictional force of the second receiving component 112 moving between the first and second positions. This allows the first roller 136 to move smoothly on the first slide rail 108, and the user can easily slide the second receiving component 112. The design of the second slide rail 206 can also effectively support the second receiving component 112, ensuring the stability of the second receiving component 112 during movement and preventing the second receiving component 112 from shaking or tilting during movement.

[0068] Specifically, there are multiple moving parts 134, spaced apart along the length of the body 114. By providing multiple moving parts 134, stable support can be provided for the second receiving part 112. When an item is placed in the second receiving cavity 132, the multiple moving parts 134 can distribute the weight and pressure, reducing the burden on a single moving part 134. The multiple moving parts 134 can also reduce the frictional resistance between the moving parts and the first slide rail 108, making the movement of the second receiving part 112 smoother.

[0069] Specifically, there are two moving parts 134.

[0070] Specifically, the number of moving parts 134 is three.

[0071] Specifically, in one embodiment of this application, the moving component 134 may also be a sliding component, so that the moving component 134 can slide relative to the first receiving component 104, thereby improving the convenience of sliding the second receiving component 112.

[0072] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0073] As shown in Figure 2, the side of the frame 118 near the first receiving member 104 has a mounting groove 130, and at least part of the first roller 136 is located in the mounting groove 130.

[0074] In this embodiment, the side of the frame 118 near the first receiving member 104 has a mounting groove 130, and at least part of the first roller 136 is located in the mounting groove 130, so that the mounting groove 130 can provide mounting space for the first roller 136, so that the second receiving member 112 can be closer to the first receiving member 104, making the overall structure of the drawer assembly 100 more compact, thereby improving the space utilization efficiency.

[0075] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0076] As shown in Figure 7, Figure 7 illustrates a fourth schematic diagram of a drawer assembly 100 according to an embodiment of this application; the second receiving component 112 further includes a first connector 138. The first connector 138 passes through a first roller 136 and connects to the frame 118, and the first roller 136 is rotatable relative to the first connector 138.

[0077] In this embodiment, the second receiving component 112 further includes a first connecting member 138. The first connecting member 138 passes through the first roller 136 and connects to the frame 118 to realize the installation of the first connecting member 138, allowing the first roller 136 to rotate relative to the first connecting member 138. By setting the first connecting member 138, not only can the first roller 136 be installed, but it can also limit the first roller 136 to prevent it from falling off during rotation, thereby improving the stability of the second receiving component 112 during movement. Furthermore, by setting the first connecting member 138, it is also convenient to disassemble or replace the first roller 136.

[0078] Specifically, the first connector 138 is a screw.

[0079] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0080] As shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3, the frame 118 includes a first frame 120, a first support member 122, and a second support member 124. One side of the first support member 122 is disposed on one side of the first frame 120, and the other side of the first support member 122 faces the first receiving member 104; one side of the second support member 124 is disposed on the other side of the first frame 120, and the other side of the second support member 124 faces the first receiving member 104; a base plate 116 is disposed between the first support member 122 and the second support member 124.

[0081] In this embodiment, the frame 118 includes a first frame 120, a first support member 122, and a second support member 124. One side of the first support member 122 is disposed on one side of the first frame 120, and the other side of the first support member 122 faces the first receiving member 104; this allows the first support member 122 to be installed, enabling it to support one side of the first frame 120. One side of the second support member 124 is disposed on the other side of the first frame 120, and the other side of the second support member 124 faces the first receiving member 104; this allows the second support member 124 to be installed, enabling it to support the other side of the first frame 120. The first support member 122 and the second support member 124 form the two side supports of the second receiving member 112. A base plate 116 is disposed between the first support member 122 and the second support member 124, allowing the first support member 122 and the second support member 124 to support and limit the base plate 116, improving the stability of the base plate 116 after installation.

[0082] Specifically, there are two sets of moving parts 134. [0088] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0089] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, Figure 8 illustrates one schematic diagram of a refrigeration device 200 according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 9 illustrates one schematic diagram of a locking member 142 according to an embodiment of this application; the drawer assembly 100 also includes the locking member 142. The locking member 142 has a locked state and an unlocked state; when the locking member 142 is in the locked state, the locking member 142 passes through the second receiving member 112 and is connected to the first receiving member 104; when the locking member 142 is in the unlocked state, the locking member 142 is disengaged from the first receiving member 104.

[0090] In this embodiment, the drawer assembly 100 further includes a locking member 142. The locking member 142 has a locked state and an unlocked state. When the locking member 142 is in the locked state, it passes through the second receiving member 112 and connects to the first receiving member 104, meaning the locking member 142 can fix the first receiving member 104 and the second receiving member 112 together, so that when the drawer assembly 100 moves, the first receiving member 104 and the second receiving member 112 move together. When the locking member 142 is in the unlocked state, it disengages from the first receiving member 104. Unlocking the locking member 142 allows the second receiving member 112 to move relative to the first receiving member 104, thus creating two independent moving spaces for the second receiving member 112 and the first receiving member 104. By setting the locking component 142, users can switch between fixing the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 to each other or moving independently according to their needs, thus improving the user experience.

[0091] Specifically, when a user needs to use two independent spaces to store items, the base plate 116 is installed on the frame 118, so that the base plate 116 isolates the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132, and controls the locking component 142 to be in the unlocked state, so that the locking component 142 is disengaged from the first receiving component 104, so that the drawer assembly 100 forms two independent movable compartments, so that the user can store items in the two storage spaces as needed.

[0092] Specifically, when a user needs to store larger items, the base plate 116 can be removed from the frame 118, allowing the first receiving cavity 110 to connect with the second receiving cavity 132, forming a larger storage space. The locking component 142 is then locked, passing through the second receiving component 112 and connecting to the first receiving component 104, allowing the second receiving component 112 and the first receiving component 104 to move together, facilitating the storage of larger items. The locking component 142 limits the independent movement of the second receiving component 112, preventing it from moving relative to the first receiving component 104 and damaging the stored items.

[0093] Specifically, this application allows users to customize the drawer assembly 100 according to their needs by providing a sliding second receiving component 112 on the first receiving component 104. The bottom plate 116 can be installed on the frame 118 to form two independently movable compartments; or the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 can be locked together by the locking component 142, and the bottom plate 116 can be installed on the frame 118, so that the independent first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 can move simultaneously; or the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 can be locked together by the locking component 142, and the bottom plate 116 can be removed from the frame 118, so that the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132 are connected to form a storage space.

[0094] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0095] As shown in Figures 10 and 11, Figure 10 shows a second schematic diagram of a locking member 142 according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 11 shows a third schematic diagram of a locking member 142 according to an embodiment of this application; the second receiving member 112 has a first through hole 140, and the first receiving member 104 has a second through hole 106. The locking member 142 includes a rod 144. One end of the rod 144 can pass through the first through hole 140 and the second through hole 106.

[0096] In this embodiment, the second receiving component 112 has a first through hole 140, and the first receiving component 104 has a second through hole 106, to facilitate the arrangement of the first through hole 140 and the second through hole 106. One end of the rod 144 can pass through the first through hole 140 and the second through hole 106. By providing the rod 144, locking and unlocking between the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 can be achieved. When it is necessary to lock the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 together, the rod 144 can be inserted into the first through hole 140 and the second through hole 106, allowing the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 to move together, preventing the second receiving component 112 from opening due to external force. When it is necessary to unlock the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112, the rod 144 can be pulled out, allowing the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 to move relative to each other. The design of the lever 144 improves the convenience of switching between the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 in the locked and unlocked states.

[0097] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0098] When the locking member 142 is in the locked state, the base plate 116 is in the third position, and the first receiving cavity 110 is connected to the second receiving cavity 132; or when the locking member 142 is in the locked or unlocked state, the base plate 116 is disposed on the frame 118, and the base plate 116 can separate the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132.

[0099] In this embodiment, when the locking member 142 is in the locked state, the base plate 116 is in the third position, and the first receiving cavity 110 is connected to the second receiving cavity 132. That is, when the locking member 142 is in the locked state, the base plate 116 can be removed from the position of the second receiving member 112, i.e., the base plate 116 is removed from the second receiving member 112. At this time, the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132 are connected to form a larger storage space. Tall items can be stored in the storage space formed by the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132. Tall items can be bottles, etc. When the locking component 142 is in the locked or unlocked state, the bottom plate 116 is disposed on the frame 118. The bottom plate 116 can separate the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132. When the locking component 142 is in the locked state, the bottom plate 116 can be installed in the position of the second receiving component 112, that is, there is no need to remove the bottom plate 116 from the second receiving component 112, so that the first receiving component 104 can be used as a food storage drawer. Since the bottom plate 116 is disposed above the first receiving component 104, the first receiving component 104 can be sealed.

[0100] Specifically, the third position is located on the outside of the drawer assembly 100, and the bottom plate 116 is in the third position after it is removed from its mounting position.

[0101] Specifically, as shown in Figures 11, 12 and 13, when the locking component 142 is in the locked state, the base plate 116 can be removed from the position of the second receiving component 112, that is, the base plate 116 is removed from the second receiving component 112. At this time, the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132 are connected to form a larger storage space, and taller items can be stored in the storage space formed by the first receiving cavity 110 and the second receiving cavity 132.

[0102] Specifically, as shown in Figure 14, when the locking component 142 is in the locked state, the bottom plate 116 can be installed in the position of the second receiving component 112, that is, there is no need to remove the bottom plate 116 from the second receiving component 112, so that the first receiving component 104 can be used as a food storage drawer. Since the bottom plate 116 is located above the first receiving component 104, the first receiving component 104 can be sealed.

[0103] Specifically, the base plate 116 is a glass base plate.

[0104] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0105] As shown in Figures 10 and 11, the locking component 142 also includes a limiting part 146. The limiting part 146 is disposed at the other end of the rod 144 and can be engaged with the second receiving component 112.

[0106] In this embodiment, the locking component 142 further includes a limiting portion 146. The limiting portion 146 is disposed at the other end of the rod 144 and can be engaged with the second receiving component 112 to achieve the installation of the limiting portion 146. By providing the limiting portion 146 on the rod 144, the rod 144 can be firmly engaged with the second receiving component 112 after passing through the first through hole 140 and the second through hole 106, effectively preventing the rod 144 from accidentally falling off or moving due to external force, thereby enhancing the stability of the locking between the second receiving component 112 and the first receiving component 104.

[0107] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0108] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the drawer assembly 100 also includes a decorative strip 148, which is disposed on the side of the second receiving member 112 near the door panel 102.

[0109] In this embodiment, the drawer assembly 100 also includes a decorative strip 148. The decorative strip 148 is disposed on the side of the second receiving member 112 near the door panel 102 to enable the installation and fixation of the decorative strip 148. By providing the decorative strip 148 on the outside of the second receiving member 112, the second receiving member 112 can be protected to a certain extent, and its appearance can also be improved, thus enhancing the user experience.

[0110] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0111] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the drawer assembly 100 also includes a mounting portion 150 and a fourth connector 152. The mounting portion 150 is disposed on the side of the first receiving member 104 near the door panel 102; the fourth connector 152 passes through the mounting portion 150 and connects to the door panel 102.

[0112] In this embodiment, the drawer assembly 100 further includes a mounting portion 150 and a fourth connector 152. The mounting portion 150 is disposed on the side of the first receiving member 104 near the door panel 102 to facilitate the arrangement of the mounting portion 150. The fourth connector 152 passes through the mounting portion 150 and connects to the door panel 102. By providing the fourth connector 152 and the mounting portion 150, the first receiving member 104 and the door panel 102 can be connected together, achieving a stable connection between the first receiving member 104 and the door panel 102, preventing the door panel 102 from detaching from the first receiving member 104, and allowing the door panel 102 to drive the first receiving member 104.

[0113] Specifically, by positioning the mounting portion 150 on the side of the first receiving member 104 near the door panel 102, the first receiving member 104 can be securely connected to the door panel 102, preventing shaking and detachment during use and ensuring the stability and safety of the drawer. The fourth connector 152 passes through the mounting portion 150 and connects to the door panel 102, playing a crucial connecting role and ensuring a secure connection between the drawer assembly 100 and the door panel 102. Even under heavy loads or external impacts, the connection remains stable and reliable. Through the connection of the fourth connector 152, the second receiving member 112 and the door panel 102 form an integral structure, enhancing the stability of the drawer assembly 100 and making it more durable and reliable.

[0114] Specifically, the fourth connector 152 is a screw.

[0115] This embodiment provides a drawer assembly 100, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0116] As shown in Figure 8, when the second receiving component 112 is in the first position relative to the first receiving component 104, there is a gap 154 between the second receiving component 112 and the door panel 102.

[0117] In this embodiment, when the second receiving member 112 is in the first position relative to the first receiving member 104, there is a gap 154 between the second receiving member 112 and the door panel 102. By setting the gap 154, collisions or frictions between the second receiving member 112 and the door panel 102 are avoided when the second receiving member 112 moves relative to the first receiving member 104, effectively protecting the door panel 102 from scratches or dents caused by friction or collision.

[0118] In the design of the drawer assembly 100 of the refrigeration equipment 200, the sliding function of the second receiving member 112 relative to the first receiving member 104 provides great convenience to the user, especially when storing or retrieving items. When the second receiving member 112 slides towards the door panel 102 and stops, the gap 154 formed between it and the door panel 102 has multiple important functions and effects, especially in preventing damage to the door panel 102.

[0119] Specifically, when the second receiving component 112 slides to its limit position, the gap 154 between it and the door panel 102 plays a crucial buffering role, preventing the second receiving component 112 from directly contacting the door panel 102 with a hard impact. This avoids pressure and wear caused by impact, effectively protecting the integrity and service life of the door panel 102. Without the gap 154, continuous impact and compression could cause the door panel 102 to deform, affecting its aesthetics and sealing performance. Contact between the second receiving component 112 and the door panel 102 could not only damage the door panel 102 but also generate noise, affecting the user experience. The presence of the gap 154 reduces the chance of such hard impacts, thereby reducing noise generation. By reducing impact and wear, the gap 154 effectively extends the service life of the door panel 102, reduces maintenance costs, and prevents deformation of the door panel 102, helping to maintain its sealing performance and ensuring effective control of temperature and humidity inside the refrigeration equipment 200.

[0120] In one embodiment of this application, a refrigeration device 200 is provided, including the drawer assembly 100 of any of the above embodiments. Therefore, the refrigeration device 200 possesses all the beneficial effects of the drawer assembly 100, which will not be elaborated further here.

[0121] This embodiment provides a refrigeration device 200, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0122] As shown in Figures 7, 15, and 16, Figure 15 shows a second schematic diagram of a refrigeration device 200 according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 16 shows a third schematic diagram of a refrigeration device 200 according to an embodiment of this application. The refrigeration device 200 further includes a housing 220, a first mating component 204, and a second mating component 208. The housing 220 has a third receiving cavity 202; the first mating component 204 is disposed on the inner wall of the third receiving cavity 202; the second mating component 208 is disposed on the side of the first receiving component 204 opposite to the first receiving cavity 204, and the second mating component 208 is movable relative to the first mating component 204.

[0123] In this embodiment, the refrigeration device 200 further includes a housing 220, a first mating component 204, and a second mating component 208. The housing 220 has a third receiving cavity 202; the first mating component 204 is disposed on the inner wall of the third receiving cavity 202 to achieve the installation and fixation of the first mating component 204. The second mating component 208 is disposed on the side of the first receiving component 204 opposite to the first receiving cavity 200 to achieve the installation and fixation of the second mating component 208. The second mating component 208 is movable relative to the first mating component 204, so that the drawer assembly 100 can move relative to the housing 220, so that the drawer assembly 100 can open or close relative to the third receiving cavity 202 to achieve the arrangement of the drawer assembly 100, so that items can be placed into the drawer assembly 100 and enter the housing 220, so that the refrigeration device 200 can refrigerate or store the placed items. When the drawer assembly 100 is closed relative to the third receiving cavity 202, the drawer assembly 100 is located in the receiving cavity to achieve the storage of items. When the drawer assembly 100 is opened relative to the third receiving cavity 202, at least a portion of the drawer assembly 100 is located outside the third receiving cavity 202, thereby facilitating the retrieval and placement of items in the first receiving component 104 and the second receiving component 112 and improving the convenience of user operation.

[0124] Specifically, the second mating component 208 can move relative to the first mating component 204, allowing the drawer assembly 100 to slide relative to the cabinet 220, ensuring the smoothness and stability of the drawer assembly 100 during opening and closing, and reducing the difficulty of operation for the user.

[0125] Specifically, the first receiving component 104 is a food storage drawer or food storage compartment, and the second receiving component 112 is a sliding shelf.

[0126] Specifically, when the door panel 102 is closed relative to the cabinet 220, the bottom plate 116 is installed on the frame 118, so that the bottom plate 116 can serve as a cover for the first receiving component 104, thereby keeping the items stored in the first receiving component 104 fresh, and thus serving as a semi-closed cover for the freshness compartment.

[0127] This embodiment provides a refrigeration device 200, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

[0128] As shown in Figures 2 and 16, the first mating component 204 is the second slide rail 206, and the second mating component 208 is the third slide rail 210.

[0129] In this embodiment, the first mating component 204 is the second slide rail 206, and the second mating component 208 is the third slide rail 210. That is, the sliding between the first mating component 204 and the second mating component 208 is achieved through a track-to-track mating method. This makes the sliding between the first slide rail 108 and the second slide rail 206 smooth and continuous, ensuring that the drawer assembly 100 can slide along a preset trajectory. This avoids damage or safety hazards caused by shaking or tilting of the drawer assembly 100, helps reduce impact and vibration during movement, and ensures the stability and accuracy of movement. Furthermore, the track-to-track mating method allows users to easily open and close the cabinet 220, and also reduces maintenance and replacement costs due to wear and tear.

[0130] This embodiment provides a refrigeration device 200, which, in addition to the technical features of the above embodiments, further includes the following technical features.

The refrigeration device 200 also includes a fourth mating component 216, which is disposed on the inner wall of the third receiving cavity 202. The third mating component 212 is movable relative to the fourth mating component 216.

[0132] In this embodiment, the second receiving component 112 further includes a third mating component 212, which is disposed on the side of the body 114 away from the door panel 102 to facilitate the installation of the third mating component 212. The refrigeration device 200 also includes a fourth mating component 216, which is disposed on the inner wall of the third receiving cavity 202 to facilitate the installation of the fourth mating component 216. The third mating component 212 is movable relative to the fourth mating component 216, allowing the second receiving component 112 to move relative to the housing 220. When the drawer assembly 100 extends out of the box 220 and an item needs to be stored in the first receiving member 104, the second receiving member 112 may need to be moved to the second position. During the movement of the second receiving member 112, the third mating member 212 located on the side of the body 114 away from the door panel 102 can move relative to the fourth mating member 216 on the inner wall of the third receiving cavity 202. This allows the fourth mating member 216 to support the third mating member 212, preventing the side of the second receiving member 112 away from the door panel 102 from falling off or shaking due to loss of support, thus ensuring the stability and safety of the second receiving member 112 during movement. Furthermore, during the sliding process of the third mating member 212 relative to the fourth mating member 216, the third mating member 212 can slide along the trajectory of the fourth mating member 216, allowing the second receiving member 112 to slide smoothly and stably along a predetermined path when moving between the first and second positions, preventing the second receiving member 112 from shifting or getting stuck.
