AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Existing height sensors have complex structural designs, and when product iterations require changes to the sensor's air gap, the entire sensing component needs to be updated, resulting in high iteration costs.

Method used

The design employs a movable connection between the coil support, the iron core support, and the armature. By adjusting the air gap between the armature and the iron core, the sensor iteration process is simplified. Only the connection position between the armature and the iron core support needs to be adjusted, reducing processing complexity and cost.

Benefits of technology

It has made the sensor iteration process more convenient and reduced costs, simplified the processing procedures, and adapted to personalized order requirements.

Abstract

The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of sensors, and in particular relates to a sensing assembly, a height sensor and a vehicle. The sensing assembly comprises: a coil bracket, which has a cylindrical through hole running therethrough; an iron core bracket, which comprises a bracket body, a first end portion and a second end portion, the bracket body being arranged within the cylindrical through hole, and the first end portion and the second end portion being arranged at two ends of the bracket body in the axial direction of the cylindrical through hole and both located outside the cylindrical through hole; an iron core, which is arranged within the cylindrical through hole and fixedly connected to the iron core bracket, such that the iron core and the iron core bracket are rotatable as a whole in the cylindrical through hole; and an armature, which is arranged outside the coil bracket, and comprises a third end portion and a fourth end portion in the axial direction of the cylindrical through hole, the third end portion being movably connected to the first end portion, and the fourth end portion being movably connected to the second end portion. The present disclosure has a simple structure, and requires fewer components to be modified during sensor iteration or in response to personalized order demands, thereby reducing the processing procedure complexity and production costs.
