A flexible cover flap (5, 6) is fastened to the lumbar support region (4A, 4B) and can be used to cover retaining-unit access regions originating from a contact surface of the lumbar support region (4A, 4B). The cover flap (5, 6) is connected to the lumbar support region (4A, 4B) by means of a snap connection.
