A glass unit including first and second substrates, each having interior and exterior major surfaces; a spacer disposed between the first and second substrates, the first and second substrates separated by the spacer; at least one shade disposed between the first and second substrates, the shade including a distal end, the distal end moveable between a retracted position and an extended position; and an insert coupled to the distal end of the shade and including: a housing having a socket cup at an end, a cap coupled to the end, the cap and the socket cup defining a holding cavity, a first bearing partially disposed within the holding cavity, and a plurality of secondary bearings disposed within the holding cavity between the socket cup and the first bearing, wherein the insert is configured to correct misalignment of the shade between the retracted position and the extended position.
