Abstract
Description
Condom
[0001] The present invention relates to a condom.
[0002] The condom described in Patent Document 1 is known. The condom has protrusions on the cylindrical side surface. The protrusions include a protrusion made of a material mainly composed of urethane resin, a triangular coil spring-shaped body installed to abut against and cover the surface of the protrusion, and a rubber elastic body installed to cover the triangular coil spring-shaped body from above. It is characterized by this. Also, the triangular coil spring-shaped body is a tension spring, and the material is described as mainly composed of hard resin or hard rubber. Further, in paragraph 0021 of Patent Document 1, as an effect of the condom, "According to the prior art, condoms with protruding parts are known, but they are those in which the protruding parts are filled with air or simply filled with resin or the like. If the protruding part is hard, it is hard even at the start of the act, and it is not at all preferable because a woman in a state where the receptive posture is not completed will feel pain. Conversely, if the protruding part is too soft (for example, like a rice ear blown by the wind), the stimulation to the woman will be weakened."
[0003] Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2022-68389
[0004] As described above, there is a disclosure about the protrusions on the side surface of the condom, and the protrusions described include those formed of urethane resin or the like and those filled with air inside the protrusions. However, it cannot be denied that those formed of urethane resin or the like are too hard, and there is a risk of inducing damage to the condom itself because the resistance during use tends to increase. Also, in the structure where air is filled inside the protrusion, although the possibility of damage is low because the whole protrusion greatly deform with sliding and the resistance becomes low, the stimulation given to the woman will be reduced.
[0005] The present invention has been invented in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a condom having protrusions that are not too hard and deform with appropriate resistance when receiving sliding resistance.
[0006] To solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration: A condom having a projection that protrudes outward from the outer surface of a cylindrical body, wherein the projection has a hemispherical outer shell having a sealed cavity filled with air, and one or more columnar bodies are provided inside the cavity to connect the inner surface and bottom surface of the outer shell.
[0007] Furthermore, the present invention has the following configuration in the aforementioned condom. That is, the columnar body is characterized by being a cylinder perpendicular to the bottom surface.
[0008] Furthermore, the present invention has the following configuration in the condom: that is, the columnar body is arranged in the center of the bottom surface or on a center line passing through the center.
[0009] Furthermore, the present invention has the following configuration: a condom having a projection that protrudes outward from the outer surface of a cylindrical body, wherein the projection has a hemispherical outer shell having a sealed cavity filled with air, and a partition wall is provided inside the cavity that divides the interior by connecting the inner surface and bottom surface of the outer shell.
[0010] Furthermore, the present invention has the following configuration: a condom having a projection that protrudes outward from the outer surface of a cylindrical body, wherein the projection has a hemispherical outer shell having a sealed cavity containing air, and the outer shell is provided with one or more straight, thickened sections.
[0011] The condom according to the present invention has a contraceptive function and also enhances the user experience, which varies depending on the elasticity and deformation of the protrusions. The present invention has the effect of providing a condom with superior user experience through a novel protrusion structure that enhances the user experience.

[0013] The embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Figure 1, 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a cross-section of the condom and the shape of the projection 2, which is the main part, as a perspective view and an enlarged cross-sectional view of part X. The condom 1 according to this embodiment has a cylindrical body 3 that covers the male genitalia, and projections 2 that protrude outward from the outer surface of the cylindrical body 3, and is configured so that the projections 2 rub against the inner surface of the female genitalia during sexual intercourse. The projections 2 have a substantially hemispherical appearance, and their number, arrangement, and size can be set in various ways. As an example, latex is used as the material for the projections 2 and the cylindrical body 3, and the wall thickness of the cylindrical body 3 is formed to be about 0.02 mm.
[0014] The protrusions provided on condom 1 are selectively provided, with the shapes of each protrusion described in Figures 2 to 10 below being representative examples. The protrusions are formed individually beforehand, then attached to the surface of the mold that forms the cylindrical body 3, and then the entire mold is immersed in a latex bath to coat it with latex, thereby integrating it with the cylindrical body 3.
[0015] Figure 2(a) is an external view of the projection 2, and Figure 2(b) is a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of the projection 2. As shown in the figures, the projection 2 is a sealed cavity 11 inside a hemispherical outer shell 10, and has a structure in which a single cylinder 13 is provided as a connecting member that connects the bottom surface 12 inside the cavity 11 and the outer shell 10. The projection 2 is a mounting part in which a space is formed between the bottom surface 12 and the outer shell 10 in advance, and the cylinder 13 is formed at the same time, and is integrated with the cylindrical body 3 during molding. As an example, the size of the projection 2 is formed with a diameter of approximately 8 to 10 mm at the bottom surface 12 and a height of approximately 4 to 5 mm.
[0016] The projection 2 of this structure can be deformed by the elasticity of air when subjected to external force, without the outer body 10 collapsing, and the cylinder 13, which is vertically positioned in the center of the base surface 12, has the effect of limiting the range of deformation of the outer body 10. In other words, by maintaining the shape of the projection 2 to a certain extent according to the compression, tension, and angle of inclination relative to the base surface 12 acting on the cylinder 13, an appropriate stimulation is produced against the inner surface of the female genitalia during use. This stimulation can be adjusted according to the thickness of the cylinder 13 and is appropriately set according to the size of the projection 2 and the thickness of the outer body.
[0017] In the above example, a condom 1 was described in which a projection 2, having a single cylinder 13 in its internal space, is provided on the side surface of a cylindrical body 3. However, projections can have various structures. Below, other examples of projection structures will be described. Note that the external size of each is roughly the same as that of projection 2. Figure 3(a) is an external view of projection 22, and Figure 3(b) is a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of projection 22. Two cylinders 23 are provided inside projection 22. Also, Figure 4(a) is an external view of projection 32, and Figure 4(b) is a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of projection 32. Three cylinders 33 are provided inside projection 32. The cylinders 13 and 23 provided inside projection 22 and projection 32 are arranged in a line on a center line passing through the center of the bottom surface 12.
[0018] The above-mentioned protrusions 2, 22, and 32 are provided with one or more cylinders arranged in a linear fashion inside, but the arrangement of the cylinders may be in a triangular or polygonal shape in addition to a linear arrangement. Furthermore, although a cylinder is provided as an example of a columnar body above, the shape of the column is not limited to a circle, but can be triangular, square, have a cross-shaped cross-section, a star-shaped cross-section, etc. Cylinders and columnar bodies of various shapes can be configured to provide the outer shell 10 of the surface, which would collapse too much with only air elasticity, with appropriate resistance that is not too soft and to limit the range of deformation. The resistance and deformation of the protrusions will differ depending on whether the arrangement direction of the cylinders 23 and 33 is aligned with or perpendicular to the sliding direction (longitudinal direction) of the condom 1, and these will be set according to the required specifications.
[0019] Figure 5(a) is a plan view of the projection 42, and Figure 5(b) is an explanatory diagram showing the internal structure of the projection 42. Inside the projection 42, there is a partition wall 43 that forms the shape of a "human" in plan view, and the internal space of the projection 42 is divided into three parts by the partition wall 43. The three divided spaces are airtight spaces filled with air, and the projection 42 deforms elastically due to the air pressure. In addition, the partition wall 43 that forms the shape of a "human" has the effect of limiting the deformation of the projection 42 to a certain extent, but the degree to which this deformation is limited differs depending on the direction of the force that the projection 42 receives when sliding. In other words, the magnitude of the deformation resistance and the shape when deformed change depending on the sliding direction.
[0020] Figure 6(a) is a plan view of the projection 52, and Figure 6(b) is an explanatory diagram showing the internal structure of the projection 52. Inside the projection 52, there is a partition wall 53 that forms a "+" shape in plan view, and the partition wall 53 divides the internal space of the projection 52 into four airtight spaces. Since each of the four divided spaces is filled with air, the projection 52 deforms elastically due to the air pressure. In addition, the "+" shaped partition wall 53 has the effect of limiting the deformation of the projection 52 to a certain extent so that it does not collapse too much.
[0021] Figure 7(a) is a plan view of the projection 62, and Figure 7(b) is an explanatory diagram showing the internal structure of the projection 62. Inside the projection 62, there is a partition wall 63 that forms a "-" shape in plan view, and the internal space of the projection 62 is airtightly divided into two by the partition wall 63. Since the divided space is filled with air, the projection 62 deforms elastically due to the air. In addition, the "-" shaped partition wall 6 has the effect of limiting the deformation of the projection 62 to a certain extent. By changing the mounting angle of the projection 62 by 90 degrees, it is possible to change the amount and shape of deformation of the projection 62 during sliding.
[0022] Figure 8(a) is a plan view of projection 72, and Figure 8(b) is an external perspective view of projection 72. The inside of projection 72 is a cavity 75, and it shows an example in which two linear thickened sections 74 are provided on the outer casing 73. Figure 9(a) is a plan view of projection 82, and Figure 9(b) is an external perspective view of projection 82. The inside of projection 82 is a cavity 85, and it shows an example in which one linear thickened section 84 is provided on the outer casing 83. Figure 10(a) is a plan view of projection 92, and Figure 9(b) is an external perspective view of projection 92. The inside of projection 92 is a cavity 95, and it has a form in which two linear thickened sections 93 intersect in a "+" shape at the apex.
[0023] The surfaces of the protrusions 72, 82, and 92 are thin-walled enclosures and are therefore soft and easily deformable. However, by providing linear thickened sections, it is possible to control the amount of deformation and the shape during deformation. Note that the protrusions 72, 82, and 92 are shown as an example where the internal cavities 75, 85, and 95 form a single space. However, it is possible to combine them with columns like the aforementioned protrusions 2, 22, and 32, or with walls that partition the space like the protrusions 42, 52, and 62. The way the protrusions deform and their strength will differ depending on the elements within the cavity, such as walls and columns, and the feel will differ depending on these combinations. The gist of the present invention is to provide a technical idea and means that allows for the construction of various variations of protrusions depending on the elements within the cavity selected, and this has the technical characteristic of enabling the provision of condoms that suit the user's preferences.
[0024] This invention can be used in condoms.
