[0003] The invention relates to an innovative mattress used in the furniture industry, which brings together the layers of the mattress without the use of glue, and has been developed to solve the environmental, economic and ergonomic problems caused by the use of glue in the production process of mattresses.

[0005] In traditional mattress structures used today, glue is generally preferred for holding and fixing the layers together. This method involves fixing the foam, pocket spring and other layers by applying glue to each of them. However, this system leads to various problems. The problems encountered in the current technique are as follows: Glue application prolongs the production process and increases the labor cost. Time is wasted as drying time is required after gluing the layers.
[0006] Another problem with the current technique is that the use of glue causes the release of volatile organic compounds (VOC) during production, which is harmful to the environment. Glued structures are difficult to recycle and waste management is complicated.

The invention relates to a mattress manufacturing system (1) having at least one adhesive unit (4) for bonding mattress layers (Y) together. The invention relates to a multi-point gluing unit (100) developed to be used in the manufacture of mattresses (200), quilts and similar products, for joining all layers (210) of the product to each other, allowing glue to be applied on the layers (210) forming the product. In the mentioned multi-point gluing unit (100), glue is applied to the layers (210) on the line. Just as glue is applied on the layers (210) on the line, glue is also applied on the mattresses(200) on the line. The layers (210) can enter the multi-point gluing unit (100) at multiple points, are glued, and the mattresses(200) in production can be glued at multiple points. The assembly of the mattresses (200) can continue at multiple points in the multi-point gluing unit (100) and the mattresses (200) can enter and exit the multi-point gluing unit (100) in multiple directions. As a result, due to the above-mentioned negativities and the inadequacy of the existing solutions on the subject, it has become necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.

One-layered mattress assembled without glue, containing;• at least one foam sheath surrounding the foam layer (1),• at least one pack of springs forming the mattress support layer (4),• at least one pocket spring sheath that individually encloses mentioned pocket springs (5),• at least one pocket spring framework sheath surrounding the framework containing the mentioned pocket springs (3),• at least one foam (2) placed between the mentioned foam sheath (1) and the pocket spring framework sheath (3),• at least one frame foam (6) providing support at the edges of the mattress (A) and at least one frame foam sheath (7) covering the frame foam (6), • at least one mattress framework sheath that holds all the mentioned layers together with physical integrity(S).
2. The mattress (A) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the degree of hardness of mentioned layers of foam (2) is selectable as soft, medium or hard.
3. The mattress (A) according to claim 1 , characterized in that the mattress framework sheath (8) is durable enough to prevent deformation of all layers.
