The cargo protection cover presents innovative constructive characteristics considering that it integrates a set of lower elastic straps for locking the cover in relation to the pallet, thus configuring an efficient locking arrangement that prevents the displacement of the tarp when placed on the cargo and pallet, and which, associated with the cover that develops from the upper end of the same cover, configures the complete isolation of all areas of the cargo, forming a barrier against moisture, dirt or similar interferences during storage and transport.
