Description

COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR CARING FOR KERATIN MATERIALSTECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a composition. In particular, the present invention relates to a composition for caring for keratin materials. The present invention also relates to a non-therapeutic method for caring for keratin materials.BACKGROUND ART

[0002] Excess sebum secretion from sebaceous glands causes oily skin. Sebaceous glands are found in greatest abundance on the face and scalp, though they are distributed throughout all skin sites except the palms and soles. Sebum contains triglycerides, waxes, squalene and metabolites of fat-producing cells. Although sebum keeps hair and skin supple, excess sebum can contribute to concentrating of homy cells at the opening of sebaceous follicles on the surface of the skin, this causes constriction in the follicular opening leading to plugging or comedones. This can result in blackheads, whiteheads, significant irritation, redness, tissue damage and acne.

[0003] A wide variety of cosmetic products have been developed for oil-control of the skin.

[0004] However, some cosmetic products for oil-control are not satisfying, for example they are not stable and / or cannot deliver a good sensory on the skin (for example, higher penetration speed and / or less finish stickiness) .

[0005] Thus, there is still a need to formulate a stable composition for caring for keratin materials, which can deliver a good sensory on the keratin materials (for example, higher penetration speed and / or less finish stickiness) .SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] An object of the present invention is thus to develop a stable composition for caring for keratin materials, which can deliver a good sensory on the keratin materials (for example, higher penetration speed and / or less finish stickiness) .

[0007] Another object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic process for caring for keratin materials.

[0012] The inventors have found that the composition of the present invention is stable and can deliver a good sensory on the keratin materials (higher penetration speed and / or less finish stickiness) .

[0013] In a second aspect, the present invention provides a non-therapeutic method for caring for keratin materials comprising applying the composition according to the present invention to the keratin materials.

[0014] Other subjects and characteristics, aspects and advantages of the present invention will be set forth in the description that follows, and in part, will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the present invention.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
