Abstract
Description
An outdoor cabinet
[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202520172306.9, filed on January 24, 2025, entitled “An Outdoor Cabinet”, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0002] This application relates to the field of traffic auxiliary equipment technology, and more particularly to an outdoor cabinet. Background Technology
[0003] To ensure road traffic safety and smooth flow, road monitoring equipment needs to be installed in appropriate locations. This equipment can transmit images of road traffic conditions to the road monitoring and command center in real time. Center staff can then use this information to understand the road conditions in different areas and adjust traffic flow at intersections to ensure smooth traffic flow.
[0004] Existing road monitoring equipment mainly includes various cameras and auxiliary camera equipment, such as supplementary lighting, cameras, and radar. Currently, road monitoring equipment is generally installed on crossbeams above the road. The high installation height of road monitoring equipment makes it difficult to accurately assess traffic conditions in certain special situations, such as when there is extensive vegetation (e.g., foliage) obstructing the view, or when air or weather conditions are poor. This can easily lead to misjudgments. Summary of the Invention
[0005] This application provides an outdoor cabinet that solves the problem that existing road monitoring equipment cannot accurately understand the traffic situation on the road under special working conditions, and is prone to misjudgment.
[0006] To achieve the above objectives, this application adopts the following technical solution:
[0007] This application provides an outdoor cabinet, including a cabinet body and multiple mounting brackets. The mounting brackets are all installed inside the cabinet, and each bracket is used to mount multiple traffic monitoring devices. These devices can be, for example, supplementary lights, cameras, radar, etc. This outdoor cabinet can be directly installed beside the road, with the traffic monitoring devices inside the cabinet located close to the road. Therefore, it allows for more accurate monitoring of traffic conditions on the road. In particular, in scenarios where there is extensive vegetation cover (such as foliage) above the road, or where air or weather conditions are poor, the traffic monitoring devices within this outdoor cabinet can obtain more accurate traffic monitoring data, reducing the likelihood of misjudgments.
[0008] Furthermore, the cabinet can be equipped with multiple viewing windows, all facing one side of the road. Multiple traffic monitoring devices inside the cabinet can each be associated with a viewing window. This allows the traffic monitoring devices to monitor road conditions through the viewing windows. Additionally, the cabinet can be a sealed structure, providing better physical protection for the electronic equipment inside.
[0009] The aforementioned mounting brackets include a supplementary lighting mounting bracket, which comprises a two-angle adjustable bracket and a height adjustable bracket. The two-angle adjustable bracket is used to mount the supplementary lighting. It can adjust the pitch and yaw angles of the supplementary lighting. Furthermore, after angle adjustment, the two-angle adjustable bracket can lock the position of the supplementary lighting. The height adjustable bracket is connected to both the cabinet and the two-angle adjustable bracket. The two-angle adjustable bracket can be fixed at different heights using the height adjustable bracket. This facilitates alignment of the supplementary lighting with the corresponding viewing window, speeds up installation, and reduces the requirements for machining and installation errors.
[0010] To quickly fix the two-angle adjustable brackets at a suitable height, in some embodiments of this application, the height adjustable brackets are provided with a pitch angle adjustment scale. The pitch angle adjustment scale can indicate the pitch adjustment angle range corresponding to different heights of the two-angle adjustable brackets. Therefore, when adjusting the height using the height adjustable brackets, the pitch angle adjustment scale can be used as a reference, resulting in faster height adjustment.
[0011] In this application, the height adjustment bracket can be implemented using various structural forms to achieve height adjustment.
[0012] In some embodiments of this application, the height-adjustable bracket includes a base bracket, a mounting top plate, and multiple first fasteners. The base bracket is connected to the cabinet. Multiple sets of first fixing holes are provided on the base bracket. These sets of first fixing holes are spaced apart along the height direction of the base bracket. Each set of first fixing holes includes multiple first fixing holes of the same height. Multiple mounting holes are provided on the mounting top plate, each corresponding to a set of first fixing holes in any given set. The two-angle adjustment bracket is connected to the mounting top plate. The first fasteners can specifically be screws or bolts. The multiple first fasteners, along with the multiple mounting holes and the set of first fixing holes, respectively cooperate to fix the mounting top plate to a specific position on the base bracket. This height adjustment method is simple; the multiple mounting holes on the mounting top plate only need to be connected to a set of first fixing holes corresponding to the desired height position on the base bracket, resulting in a relatively simple structure for the height-adjustable bracket.
[0013] Based on the structure described in the above embodiments, the aforementioned pitch angle adjustment scale is provided at each of the multiple sets of first fixing holes. Specifically, a pitch angle adjustment scale can be provided at each of the first fixing holes to facilitate observation of the installation.
[0014] Furthermore, to facilitate rapid installation of the supplementary lighting, in some embodiments of this application, a second fixing hole is provided on the mounting top plate. A first yaw angle adjustment hole is provided on the two angle adjustment brackets, extending along the yaw direction of the two angle adjustment brackets and corresponding to the position of the second fixing hole. The supplementary lighting mounting bracket also includes a second fastener, which engages with the second fixing hole and the first yaw angle adjustment hole to securely connect the two angle adjustment brackets to the mounting top plate. The second fastener can be a screw or a bolt.
[0015] The aforementioned mounting plate is equipped with a first alignment scale, which can serve as an alignment mark between the second fixing hole and the first yaw angle adjustment hole. This reduces the difficulty of aligning the supplementary lighting mounting bracket with the mounting plate and shortens assembly time.
[0016] Furthermore, in some examples, the aforementioned mounting plate is equipped with a first yaw angle scale. This first yaw angle scale indicates the yaw angle position of the two angle adjustment brackets. For example, the first yaw angle scale can be aligned with the outer periphery of the two angle adjustment brackets to determine their current yaw angle. Therefore, using the first yaw angle scale as a reference, the supplementary lights on the two angle adjustment brackets can be quickly adjusted to the desired yaw angle position.
[0017] In addition to the fill light mounting bracket, the aforementioned mounting brackets may also include a camera mounting bracket. In some embodiments, the camera mounting bracket includes a three-angle adjustment bracket, a camera tray, and a third fastener. The three-angle adjustment bracket is used to fix and adjust the camera's pitch, yaw, and roll angles. Furthermore, the three-angle adjustment bracket has a second yaw adjustment hole extending along the yaw direction of the three-angle adjustment bracket. The camera tray is connected to the cabinet. The camera tray also has a third fixing hole, the position of which corresponds to the second yaw adjustment hole. The camera tray also has a second alignment scale, which indicates that the third fixing hole aligns with the second yaw adjustment hole. The third fastener may specifically be a screw or bolt. The third fastener engages with the second yaw adjustment hole and the third fixing hole to securely connect the camera tray to the three-angle adjustment bracket. Therefore, during assembly, the second alignment ruler can serve as an alignment reference for the third fixing hole and the second yaw angle adjustment hole, which speeds up the assembly of the third fastener with the second yaw angle adjustment hole and fixing hole, enabling the rapid installation of the camera tray and the three-angle adjustment bracket.
[0018] Similarly, to facilitate rapid adjustment of the camera yaw angle, in some embodiments, the top surface of the camera tray is provided with a second yaw angle scale. The second yaw angle scale is used to indicate the yaw angle of the three-angle adjustment frame. For example, the second yaw angle scale can be aligned with the outer perimeter of the three-angle adjustment frame to determine its current yaw angle. Therefore, the second yaw angle alignment scale can serve as a reference for the yaw angle of the three-angle adjustment frame, allowing the camera on the three-angle adjustment frame to be quickly adjusted to the desired yaw angle based on the angle on the second yaw angle scale.
[0019] Furthermore, the outdoor cabinet in this application is quite large to accommodate multiple road monitoring devices. Moreover, the outdoor cabinet becomes very heavy after installing multiple road monitoring devices, making on-site installation and commissioning extremely difficult.
[0020] Therefore, in some examples, the aforementioned outdoor cabinet also includes a mounting base and a support structure. The mounting base is connected to the cabinet body. The mounting base can be fixed to a supporting surface (such as various types of ground). The support structure can be connected to the mounting base, the cabinet body, or both. The support structure can be connected to adjustment tools to facilitate adjusting the installation orientation of the cabinet, enabling rapid installation and adjustment.
[0021] Different support structures can be designed depending on the type of adjustment tool. In some embodiments of this application, the support structure includes reinforcing ribs connected between the mounting base and the cabinet. The reinforcing ribs have support holes for inserting adjustment tools (such as reinforcing bars). After inserting the adjustment tool into the support hole, the mounting base is rotated using the tool. This allows adjustment of the mounting position of the mounting base and the cabinet.
[0022] Similarly, in some embodiments, the mounting base is provided with an angle adjustment hole having an adjustment scale, which extends radially along the cabinet. The adjustment scale indicates the rotation angle of the cabinet. Furthermore, the outdoor cabinet also includes a fourth fastener, specifically a screw or bolt. The fourth fastener engages with the angle adjustment hole to fix the mounting base to the support surface. Before the fourth fastener is fixed to the support surface, but after engaging with the angle adjustment hole, an adjustment tool is used to rotate the mounting base and the cabinet, using the adjustment scale as an angle reference. After rotating to the appropriate angle, the fourth fastener is then fixed to the support surface. This allows for quick and accurate angle adjustment of the cabinet. Attached Figure Description

Detailed Implementation
[0044] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of this application clearer, the application will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0045] In the following description, the terms "first," "second," etc., are used for descriptive purposes only and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly specifying the number of technical features indicated. Therefore, a feature defined with "first," "second," etc., may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of this application, unless otherwise stated, "a plurality of" means two or more.
[0046] Furthermore, in this application, directional terms such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "horizontal," and "vertical" are defined relative to the indicated placement of the components in the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that these directional terms are relative concepts, used for relative description and clarification, and can change accordingly depending on the placement of the components in the accompanying drawings.
[0047] In this application, unless otherwise expressly specified and limited, the term "connection" should be interpreted broadly. For example, "connection" can refer to a mechanical or physical connection. It can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral part; it can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium. It can also be understood as the physical contact and electrical conduction of components, or as the form of connection between different components in a circuit structure through physical lines capable of transmitting electrical signals, such as PCB copper foil or wires.
[0048] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, this application provides an outdoor cabinet 100, which includes a cabinet body 10 and multiple mounting brackets 20. The cabinet body 10 has various physical parameters suitable for outdoor use. The cabinet body 10 shown in Figure 1 is a vertical cabinet. Specifically, the cabinet body 10 can be formed by a cabinet door 101, a rear cover plate 102, two side panels 103, a top cover plate 104, and a bottom cover plate (not shown). The cabinet body 10 in this application can be of various shapes, such as a cube, a cylinder, etc.; Figure 1 is merely an example.
[0049] As shown in Figure 2, multiple mounting brackets 20 can be installed inside the cabinet 10. Furthermore, the structures of the multiple mounting brackets 20 can be different or the same; this application does not impose any restrictions on this. Moreover, the multiple mounting brackets 20 can be used to fix multiple traffic monitoring devices. For example, traffic monitoring devices may include supplementary lighting, cameras, radar, etc.
[0050] This application does not limit the number of traffic monitoring devices such as supplementary lights, cameras, and radars fixed inside the cabinet 10 by the mounting bracket 20; the specific number can be selected according to actual requirements.
[0051] The outdoor cabinet 100 can be installed directly next to the road. Therefore, the traffic monitoring equipment inside the cabinet 10 is close to the road, enabling more accurate monitoring of traffic conditions on the road.
[0052] In particular, for scenarios where there is a large area of vegetation above the road, such as leaves blocking the view, or where air or weather conditions are poor, the traffic monitoring data provided by the multiple traffic monitoring devices in the outdoor cabinet 100 of this application is more accurate and less prone to misjudgment.
[0053] Alternatively, the outdoor cabinet 100 of this application, which has multiple traffic monitoring devices, can also be used as an auxiliary device to monitor traffic together with the road monitoring devices installed on the crossbeam above the road, resulting in more accurate traffic data and a wider monitoring angle.
[0054] Furthermore, after the cabinet 10 is installed, the cabinet door 101 on the cabinet 10 can face the side facing the road. The cabinet door 101 is provided with multiple viewing windows 1011, as shown in Figures 1 and 3. The viewing windows 1011 can be made of various transparent materials, such as glass or plastic, and this application does not limit this.
[0055] The multiple traffic monitoring devices mounted on the aforementioned mounting brackets 20 can each correspond to a multiple viewing windows 1011. Thus, the traffic monitoring devices can monitor traffic conditions on the road through the viewing windows 1011. Furthermore, the cabinet 10 can be a sealed structure, providing better physical protection for the electronic equipment inside.
[0056] As shown in Figure 2, the plurality of mounting brackets 20 may include one or more supplementary lighting mounting brackets 1. The number of supplementary lights can be selected according to actual needs. Accordingly, an appropriate number of supplementary lighting mounting brackets 1 are provided inside the cabinet 10.
[0057] Referring to Figures 4 and 5, the supplementary lighting mounting bracket 1 includes a two-angle adjustable bracket 11 and a height adjustable bracket 12. The two-angle adjustable bracket 11 can be used to mount the supplementary lighting 200 and adjust its pitch and yaw angles. The height adjustable bracket 12 can be connected to both the cabinet 10 and the two-angle adjustable bracket 11. The height adjustable bracket 12 can fix the two-angle adjustable bracket 11 at different heights, so that the supplementary lighting 200 on the two-angle adjustable bracket 11 can be aligned with the corresponding viewing window 1011 on the cabinet 10 and within a suitable pitch angle adjustment range. This speeds up installation and reduces the processing error requirements for the height adjustable bracket 12 and the installation error requirements for the supplementary lighting mounting bracket 1.
[0058] It should be noted that there are various structures that can achieve height adjustment. That is, the height adjustment bracket 12 can have various structural designs, and this application does not impose any restrictions on it.
[0059] For example, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the height adjustment bracket 12 includes a base bracket 121, a mounting top plate 122, and a plurality of first fasteners 123.
[0060] The base bracket 121 is connected to the cabinet 10. As shown in Figure 6, the base bracket 121 has multiple sets of first fixing holes 1210. These sets of first fixing holes 1210 are spaced apart along the height of the base bracket 121. Each set of first fixing holes 1210 includes multiple first fixing holes 1210 of the same height. The mounting top plate 122 has multiple mounting holes 1221 as shown in Figure 7, and each mounting hole 1221 corresponds to a position of a plurality of first fixing holes 1210 in any set of first fixing holes 1210.
[0061] Referring back to Figures 4 and 5, the two angle adjustment brackets 11 described above can be connected to the mounting top plate 122.
[0062] The first fastener 123 can be a screw or a bolt. Multiple first fasteners 123 are respectively connected to multiple mounting holes 1221 and a set of first fixing holes 1210. This fixes the mounting top plate 122 to a certain position on the base bracket 121. The multiple mounting holes 1221 are connected to the first fixing holes 1210 at different heights via the first fasteners 123, allowing the mounting top plate 122, the two-angle adjustment bracket 11, and the supplementary light 200 to be fixed in different positions.
[0063] The height adjustment method of the above-mentioned supplementary light 200 is simple. The multiple mounting holes 1221 on the mounting plate 122 only need to be connected to a set of first fixing holes 1210 on the base bracket 121 corresponding to the required height position. The structure of the height adjustment bracket 12 is also relatively simple.
[0064] Based on the above structure, specifically, the base support 121 shown in Figure 6 includes a base plate 1211 and two approximately U-shaped upright plates 1212. The two approximately U-shaped upright plates 1212 are vertically fixed to two opposite edges of the base plate 1211. Furthermore, each of the two approximately U-shaped upright plates 1212 has a first flange structure 1211a on one of the other two edges on its bottom surface. The base support 121 has two sets of first fixing holes 1210. The two sets of first fixing holes 1210 are respectively opened on the four upright arms 1212a of the two U-shaped upright plates 1212. Each set of first fixing holes 1210 includes four first fixing holes 1210 at the same height on the four upright arms 1212a. Correspondingly, the mounting top plate 122 is rectangular, and each of its four edges is provided with a second flange structure 122a. In this configuration, mounting holes 1221 are respectively provided on the two opposing second flange structures 122a at positions corresponding to a set of first fixing holes 1210. That is, each of the two second flange structures 122a has two mounting holes 1221 spaced apart. Correspondingly, there are four first fasteners 123. The four first fasteners 123 are respectively inserted into and connected to the four first fixing holes 1210 in the same set and the four mounting holes 1221 on the two second flange structures 122a.
[0065] It is understandable that, to achieve stepless height adjustment, the aforementioned multiple sets of first fixing holes 1210 can be replaced with a set of elongated holes extending along the height direction. Thus, the mounting plate 122, the two angle adjustment brackets 11, and the supplementary light 200 can be fixed at any height position on the relative base bracket 121.
[0066] To facilitate rapid height adjustment, in some embodiments of this application, the height adjustment bracket 12 is provided with a pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a as shown in FIG. 6. The pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a can indicate the pitch adjustment angle range corresponding to different heights of the two angle adjustment brackets 11. Therefore, when adjusting the height using the height adjustment bracket 12, the pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a can be used as a reference, resulting in faster height adjustment.
[0067] Based on the structure of the height adjustment bracket 12 shown in Figure 6, the pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a is provided at each of the multiple sets of first fixing holes 1210. That is, the pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a is provided at one or more of the first fixing holes 1210 in any set. It can be understood that the pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a can be provided at each first fixing hole 1210 to facilitate observation of the installation.
[0068] For example, in Figure 6, both the bottom set of first fixing holes 1210 and the top set of first fixing holes 1210 are provided with a pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a. The pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a at the bottom set of first fixing holes 1210 indicates that the pitch adjustment angle range of the supplementary light 200 is 0°-6°. The pitch angle adjustment scale 1210a at the top set of first fixing holes 1210 indicates that the pitch adjustment angle range of the supplementary light 200 is 6°-10°.
[0069] Furthermore, in some embodiments of this application, as shown in FIG7, a second fixing hole 1222 is provided on the aforementioned mounting top plate 122. Correspondingly, a first yaw angle adjusting hole (not shown in the figure) is provided on the aforementioned two angle adjusting brackets 11. The first yaw angle adjusting hole extends along the yaw direction of the two angle adjusting brackets 11 and can correspond to the position of the second fixing hole 1222.
[0070] The aforementioned supplementary lighting mounting bracket 1 also includes a second fastener, which engages with the second fixing hole 1222 and the first yaw angle adjustment hole to securely connect the supplementary lighting mounting bracket 1 to the mounting top plate 122. Specifically, the second fastener can be a screw or a bolt. That is, the second fastener passes through the second fixing hole 1222 and the first yaw angle adjustment hole for connection.
[0071] It should be noted that there can be multiple second fixing holes 1222 on the mounting plate 122. Correspondingly, there can also be multiple first yaw angle adjusting holes and second fasteners on the two angle adjusting brackets 11. At least some of the multiple second fixing holes 1222 correspond to the positions of the multiple first yaw angle adjusting holes respectively.
[0072] For example, the two-angle adjustment bracket 11 can have two first yaw angle adjustment holes and one first connecting hole. Both first yaw angle adjustment holes are arc-shaped. Furthermore, the two first yaw angle adjustment holes are located at different positions on the same circle. The first connecting hole can be located at the center of this circle.
[0073] Accordingly, as shown in Figure 7, the mounting plate 122 has three circular second fixing holes 1222, one of which corresponds to the first connecting hole. The other two second fixing holes 1222 correspond to the positions of the two first yaw angle adjustment holes, respectively. There are also three second fasteners. One second fastener passes through and connects to the corresponding second fixing hole 1222 and the first connecting hole. The remaining two second fasteners pass through and connect to the remaining two second fixing holes 1222 and the two first yaw angle adjustment holes, respectively.
[0074] Similarly, to facilitate the quick connection between the two-angle adjustment bracket 11 and the height adjustment bracket 12, the aforementioned mounting top plate 122 is provided with a first alignment scale 1223, which indicates the alignment of the second fixing hole 1222 with the first yaw angle adjustment hole. Therefore, when assembling the two-angle adjustment bracket 11 and the mounting top plate 122, using the first alignment scale 1223 as an alignment reference, the second fixing hole 1222 can be quickly aligned with the first yaw angle adjustment hole. This, in turn, shortens the assembly time of the two-angle adjustment bracket 11 and the height adjustment bracket 12.
[0075] It should be noted that the number of first alignment scales 1223 can be one or more, and this application does not limit this. The size of the first alignment scale 1223 can be the same as or different from the size of the first yaw angle adjustment hole, and this application also does not limit this.
[0076] For example, the first alignment scale 1223 shown in Figure 7 is arc-shaped, the same as the shape of the first yaw angle adjustment hole. The first alignment scale 1223 includes three arcs, which are respectively located on the projection of the circle containing the first yaw angle adjustment hole onto the mounting top plate 122.
[0077] Furthermore, a first yaw angle scale 1224, as shown in Figure 7, can be provided on the mounting plate 122 to indicate the yaw angle position of the two angle adjustment brackets 11. For example, the first yaw angle scale 1224 can be aligned with the outer periphery of the two angle adjustment brackets 11 (as shown in Figure 7, the two side edges at the bottom of the two angle adjustment brackets 11) to determine the current yaw angle of the two angle adjustment brackets 11. Thus, using the first yaw angle scale 1224 as a yaw angle reference, the supplementary light 200 on the two angle adjustment brackets 11 can be quickly adjusted to the required yaw angle position.
[0078] For example, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the first yaw angle scale 1224 includes multiple straight lines with different inclinations, each representing a different yaw angle. Specifically, the first yaw angle scale 1224 shown in Figure 8 includes two sets of straight lines, each set containing seven lines. The seven lines on the left side of the figure, from the outside in, represent yaw angles of 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, and 30° respectively. The seven lines on the right side of the figure, from the outside in, represent yaw angles of 0°, -5°, -10°, -15°, -20°, -25°, and -30° respectively. The two-angle adjustment bracket 11 has a rectangular base plate. When adjusting the yaw angle of the two-angle adjustment bracket 11, the two opposite sides of the rectangular base plate can be aligned with one of the two sets of straight lines respectively.
[0079] When adjusting the yaw angle of the two-angle adjustment bracket 11, the bracket 11 can be rotated along the second fastener where the first connecting hole is located. Using the first alignment scale 1223 and the first yaw angle scale 1224 as references, the first yaw angle adjustment hole can always rotate around its center. During rotation, the two-angle adjustment bracket 11 can be aligned with different yaw angles. Simultaneously, it ensures that the second fixing hole 1222 can be aligned with the first yaw angle adjustment hole. Therefore, the yaw angle adjustment of the two-angle adjustment bracket 11 can be accelerated.
[0080] It should be noted that the aforementioned mounting top plate 122 may also be provided with a first mounting direction scale 1225 as shown in Figures 7, 8 and 10. The first mounting direction scale 1225 is used to indicate the mounting direction of the mounting top plate 122. The first mounting direction scale 1225 can prevent the mounting top plate 122 from being installed backwards when it is assembled with the base bracket 121.
[0081] In addition, the supplementary lighting mounting bracket 1 may also include a supplementary lighting tray 13 as shown in Figures 4, 5 and 11, which can connect the height adjustment bracket 12 to the cabinet 10. Specifically, the supplementary lighting tray 13 can be connected to the cabinet 10 and the height adjustment bracket 12 using screws or bolts.
[0082] The above mainly describes the fill light mounting bracket 1. The aforementioned multiple mounting brackets 20 may also include a camera mounting bracket 2. Referring to Figures 12 and 13, the camera mounting bracket 2 of this embodiment includes a three-angle adjustment bracket 21, a camera tray 22, and a third fastener.
[0083] The three-angle adjustment bracket 21 can fix and adjust the pitch angle, yaw angle, and roll angle of the camera 300. Furthermore, the three-angle adjustment bracket 21 has a second yaw angle adjustment hole (not shown in the figure). The second yaw angle adjustment hole extends along the yaw direction of the three-angle adjustment hole 301.
[0084] The camera tray 22 is connected to the cabinet 10. Furthermore, the camera tray 22 has a third fixing hole 221 as shown in Figure 14, and the position of the third fixing hole 221 corresponds to the second yaw angle adjustment hole.
[0085] The third fastener can be a screw or bolt. The third fastener is connected to the second yaw angle adjustment hole and the third fixing hole 221 to fix the camera tray 22 to the three-angle adjustment bracket 21.
[0086] It should be noted that there can be multiple third fixing holes 221 on the camera tray 22. Correspondingly, there can also be multiple second yaw angle adjustment holes and third fasteners on the three-angle adjustment bracket 21. At least some of the multiple third fixing holes 221 correspond in position to the multiple second yaw angle adjustment holes respectively.
[0087] For example, the three-angle adjustment frame 21 has two second yaw angle adjustment holes and one second connecting hole, both of which are arc-shaped. Furthermore, the three second yaw angle adjustment holes are located at different positions on the same circle.
[0088] Accordingly, as shown in Figure 14, the camera tray 22 has three third fixing holes 221. One third fixing hole 221 corresponds to the second connecting hole. The other two third fixing holes 221 correspond to the positions of the two second yaw angle adjustment holes, respectively. There are also three third fasteners. One third fastener passes through and connects to the corresponding third fixing hole 221 and second connecting hole. The remaining two third fasteners pass through and connect to the remaining two second fixing holes 1222 and the two first yaw angle adjustment holes, respectively.
[0089] Similarly, to expedite the rapid installation of the three-angle adjustment bracket 21 and the camera tray 22, the camera tray 22 is equipped with a second alignment scale 222 as shown in Figures 14 and 15. The second alignment scale 222 indicates the alignment of the third fixing hole 221 with the second yaw angle adjustment hole. Therefore, when assembling the three-angle adjustment bracket 21 and the camera tray 22, using the second alignment scale 222 as an alignment reference allows for quick alignment of the third fixing hole 221 with the second yaw angle adjustment hole. This, in turn, shortens the assembly time of the three-angle adjustment bracket 21 and the camera tray 22.
[0090] It should be noted that the number of second alignment scales 222 can be one or more, and this application does not limit this. The size of the second alignment scale 222 can be the same as or different from the size of the second yaw angle adjustment hole, and this application also does not limit this.
[0091] For example, the second alignment scale 222 shown in Figure 15 is arc-shaped, and has the same shape as the second yaw angle adjustment hole. The second alignment scale 222 includes three arcs, which are located on the projection of the circle containing the second yaw angle adjustment hole onto the camera tray 22.
[0092] Furthermore, a second yaw angle scale 223, as shown in Figures 14 and 15, can be provided on the camera tray 22. The second yaw angle scale 223 can indicate the yaw angle of the tri-angle adjustment frame 21. For example, the second yaw angle scale 223 can be aligned with the outer periphery of the tri-angle adjustment frame 21 (i.e., the two side edges at the bottom of the tri-angle adjustment frame 21 as shown in Figure 12) to determine the current yaw angle of the tri-angle adjustment frame 21. Therefore, the second yaw angle alignment scale 223 can serve as a reference for the yaw angle of the tri-angle adjustment frame 21. Based on the angle on the second yaw angle scale 21, the camera 300 on the tri-angle adjustment frame 223 can be quickly adjusted to the required yaw angle.
[0093] As shown in Figures 15 and 16, the second yaw angle scale 223 includes multiple straight lines with different inclinations, each representing a different yaw angle. Specifically, the second yaw angle scale 223 shown in Figure 15 includes two sets of straight lines, each set containing seven lines. The seven lines on the left side of the figure, from the outside in, represent yaw angles of 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, and 30°, respectively. The seven lines on the right side, from the outside in, represent yaw angles of 0°, -5°, -10°, -15°, -20°, -25°, and -30°, respectively. The three-angle adjustment frame 21 also has a rectangular base plate. When adjusting the yaw angle of the three-angle adjustment frame 21, two opposite sides of the rectangular base plate can be aligned with one of the two sets of straight lines.
[0094] When adjusting the yaw angle of the three-angle adjustment frame 21, it can be rotated along the third fastener where the second connecting hole is located. Using the second alignment scale 222 and the second yaw angle scale 223 as references, the second yaw angle adjustment hole can always rotate around its center. During rotation, the three-angle adjustment frame 21 can be aligned with different yaw angles. Simultaneously, it ensures that the third fixing hole 221 is aligned with the second yaw angle adjustment hole. Therefore, the yaw angle adjustment of the three-angle adjustment frame 21 can be accelerated.
[0095] It should be noted that the camera tray 22 may also be provided with a second mounting direction scale 224 as shown in Figures 14, 15 and 17. The second mounting direction scale 224 can indicate the mounting direction of the camera tray 22. The second mounting direction scale 224 can prevent the camera tray 22 from being assembled with the cabinet 10 in the wrong orientation.
[0096] Furthermore, considering the large size of the outdoor cabinet 100, multiple road monitoring devices need to be installed. Also, after installing multiple road monitoring devices, the assembled outdoor cabinet 100 becomes very heavy (up to 300kg), making on-site installation and commissioning extremely difficult.
[0097] Therefore, to facilitate the installation and commissioning of the outdoor cabinet 100, in some embodiments of this application, as shown in Figures 1, 3, and 18, the outdoor cabinet 100 further includes a mounting base 30 and a support structure 40. The mounting base 30 is connected to the cabinet body 10. The mounting base 30 can be fixed to a supporting surface. For example, the supporting surface can be various types of ground.
[0098] The aforementioned support structure 40 can be connected to the mounting base 30, the cabinet 10, or both. The support structure 40 can be connected to adjustment tools to facilitate adjusting the installation orientation of the cabinet 10, thus enabling rapid installation and adjustment of the outdoor cabinet 100.
[0099] It is understood that the support structure 40 varies depending on the adjustment tool used. In some embodiments of this application, as shown in FIG18, the support structure 40 includes a reinforcing rib 401, which connects the mounting base 30 and the cabinet 10, thereby improving the connection strength between the mounting base 30 and the cabinet 10. Furthermore, the reinforcing rib 401 has a support hole 4011. An adjustment tool, such as a steel bar, can be inserted into the support hole 4011, and then the mounting base 30 can be rotated. Thus, the installation orientation of the mounting base 30 and the cabinet 10 can be adjusted.
[0100] Similarly, to facilitate quick adjustment of the cabinet 10's orientation, in some embodiments of this application, referring to FIG19, the mounting base 30 is provided with an angle adjustment hole 301 having an adjustment scale 302. The angle adjustment hole 301 extends radially along the cabinet 10 (e.g., the direction of extension of the outer periphery of the cabinet 10). The adjustment scale 302 can indicate the rotation angle of the mounting base 30.
[0101] Furthermore, the outdoor cabinet 100 also includes a fourth fastener, which can engage with the angle adjustment hole 301 to fix the mounting base 30 to the support surface. Before the fourth fastener is fixed to the support surface, but after engaging with the angle adjustment hole 301, the adjustment tool rotates the mounting base 30 and the cabinet 10 through the support hole 4011, using the adjustment scale 302 as a reference for the adjustment angle. This allows for rapid adjustment of the cabinet 10's orientation.
[0102] Specifically, the mounting base 30 shown in Figure 19 has four angle adjustment holes 301 with adjustment scales 302. The four angle adjustment holes 301 are spaced apart circumferentially along the cabinet 10. Each angle adjustment hole 301 is an arc extending circumferentially along the cabinet 10. Furthermore, a set of reinforcing ribs 401 is provided between any two angle adjustment holes 301. Each set of reinforcing ribs 401 includes two spaced reinforcing ribs 401. Each reinforcing rib 401 has a support hole 4011, and the two support holes 4011 in a set of reinforcing ribs 401 are positioned correspondingly, allowing the same adjustment tool to be inserted, like a single steel bar. Therefore, four adjustment tools can be inserted into the support holes 4011 of the four sets of reinforcing ribs 401 to simultaneously adjust the angle of the support base. Each angle adjustment hole 301 is also equipped with an adjustment scale 302, which has angle graduations to indicate the rotation angle of the mounting base 30. The angle scale can range from -20° to 20°. Therefore, by observing any angle adjustment hole 301, one can know the adjustment angle corresponding to each rotation of the cabinet 10.
[0103] The above description is merely a specific embodiment of this application, but the scope of protection of this application is not limited thereto. Any variations or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technology disclosed in this application should be included within the scope of protection of this application. Therefore, the scope of protection of this application should be determined by the scope of the claims.
