New e3 ligand compounds and use thereof in development of molecular glue and bifunctional protein degrader

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a compound of formula (I), a compound of formula (IA), a compound of formula (II), a compound of formula (IIA) and a compound of formula (III), or salts, enantiomers, stereoisomers, solvates or polymorphs thereof, and the use thereof. The present disclosure further relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound of formula (I), the compound of formula (IA), the compound of formula (II), the compound of formula (IIA) or the compound of formula (III), or the salts, enantiomers, stereoisomers, solvates or polymorphs thereof as an active ingredient, and the use thereof. The series of compounds designed and synthesized in the present disclosure can effectively prevent or treat diseases or conditions comprising tumors, inflammatory diseases, immune diseases (including autoimmune diseases), diabetes and nervous system diseases.
