Abstract

The present invention relates to an automatic device for extruding dough for thick churros comprising an arm (1) having a guide (2) through which fastening elements (3) slide, said fastening elements being connected to a casing (4) with a door (5). [0013] The object of the present invention is the creation of an automatic device for the extrusion of dough for churros that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany the present description.

[0014] The present invention describes an automatic device for extruding dough for churros, comprising an arm with a guide channel along which clamping elements slide, connected to a housing with a door. The housing contains an automatic dispensing system which, through an extrusion process of dough contained in a dispensing hopper, deposits said dough onto a fryer where it is fried to produce churros. The entire process is managed by a control panel. The control panel may be located on the housing or at a more remote point, connected to the rest of the device by cable or wirelessly.

The housing (4) contains an automatic churro dough dispensing system (7), controlled by a control panel (6). The dispensing system (7), through a process of extruding dough contained in a dispensing hopper (8), extrudes the dough through the bottom of the housing (4), depositing it onto a fryer where it is fried to produce churros. This housing (4) is portable and can be used in different environments where churro production is required.

CLAIMS 1. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, characterized by comprising an arm (1) having a guide (2) through which clamping elements (3) slide, linked to a housing (4) with a door (5), where the housing (4) comprises a dispensing system (7) by extruding the contents of a dispensing tank (8) with an outlet at the bottom of the housing (4), and a control panel (6) for the operation of the dispensing system (7).

2. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, according to claim 1, characterized in that the arm (1) is supported, by articulated means, by a vertical structure (9).

3. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, according to claim 1, characterized in that the arm (1) is straight.

4. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (4) is made of aluminum.

5. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, according to claim 1, characterized in that the door (5) has a handle that allows its opening and the manipulation of the housing (4).

6. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, according to claim 1, characterized in that the control panel (6) includes at least a return button (6.1) for the housing (4) motorized by the guide (2), an emergency stop button (6.2), a switch (6.3) for turning the dispensing system (7) on / off and a speed variator (6.4).

7. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, according to claim 1, characterized in that the dispensing system (7) includes at least one mechanical piston driven by an electric motor for compressing the dispensing tank (8).

8. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, according to claim 1, characterized in that the dispensing container (8) is a cylinder that includes a top opening for loading the dough and an extrusion nozzle at the bottom.

9. Automatic device for extruding dough for churros, according to claim 8, characterized in that the dispensing container (8) has two handles (8.1) that extend horizontally from the dispensing cylinder.
