[0002] The utility model relates to protective vests, in particular to devices for fastening and unfastening vests, and may be used both as a standard fastener and for quick release of a vest during emergency and hazardous situations.
[0003] A clothing element is known, in particular a vest element (patent DE102009053290, published 2011-06-30), which has openings for straps to pass through, is made in the form of a hook-and-loop mechanism, and also includes horizontal locking mechanisms preventing accidental release.
[0004] A disadvantage of this device is the inconvenience of use due to the long time required for fastening or unfastening, especially under extreme conditions, for example in darkness.
[0005] The closest prior art to the claimed utility model in terms of technical essence, purpose, and achieved result is a fastening-unfastening apparatus for clothing (U.S. Patent US 2014 / 0332572), consisting of two parts: an outer element having a channel with a groove, open from at least one end and adapted for attachment to clothing, and a rod configured to slide inside the C-shaped element, wherein the rod is also adapted for attachment to clothing.
[0006] According to this known technical solution, the C-shaped element is provided with a flexible locking clip, which is part of the outer element and is located in the middle, allowing the release tongue to be bent in order to disengage the outer element and the rod or to lock them together.
[0007] A disadvantage of this known technical solution is the inconvenience of operation, especially under extreme conditions, due to the difficulty of bending two locking elements, which requires considerable force applied at a required angle, making it sufficiently difficult conditions, for example under insufficient lighting orother inconvenient conditions. CLAIMS1. A QUICK-RELEASE SYSTEM FOR A BULLETPROOF VEST consisting of two parts: an outer part having a channel with a groove, open from at least one end and adapted for attachment to clothing, and an inner part configured for fixation inside the outer part, wherein the inner part is also adapted for attachment to clothing, characterized in that the inner part is equipped with locking elements formed as elements of the inner part and capable of bending (rotation), while the outer part has corresponding grooves for accommodating the locking elements in the locked position of the device.
2. The QUICK-RELEASE SYSTEM FOR A BULLETPROOF VEST according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one opening is formed between the locking elements on the inner part for passing a rope, cord, or another flexible element through it.
3. The QUICK-RELEASE SYSTEM FOR A BULLETPROOF VEST according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking elements are configured to change their position (rotate) when pressed by fingers.
