Abstract

The present invention simplifies work for installing an airtight member at a portion where an opening and a floor surface material meet. An airtight structure (1) for a building comprises: an opening-forming member that forms an opening (A1) surrounded by a pair of horizontal surfaces and a pair of vertical surfaces facing each other in a horizontal direction; a floor support member (4d) that has a support surface (4d1) for supporting a floor surface material (5) and is attached such that the support surface (4d1) is positioned below an upper surface (3a3a) of a height adjustment member (3a3); and a second airtight member (7b) that has a second horizontal disposed part (7ba) disposed along the upper surface (3a3a), a second lower-inner-surface disposed part (7bb) extending downward from an indoor-side edge of the second horizontal disposed part (7ba) and disposed along a lower inner surface (3a3b), and a second support-surface disposed part (7bc) extending toward the room interior from a lower edge of the second lower-inner-surface disposed part (7bb) and disposed along the support surface (4d1).

Description

Airtight structure of a building

[0001] The present invention relates to an airtight structure in a building.

[0002] Conventionally, for example, an airtight structure described in Patent Document 1 has been known.

[0003] The airtight structure described in Patent Document 1 includes a wall and an airtight sheet provided on the wall. The wall has an opening that opens in a predetermined direction and has a corner at a viewing point along the predetermined direction, a surrounding surface that surrounds the opening, and an outer surface that extends in a direction away from the opening from one end of the surrounding surface in the predetermined direction. The airtight sheet has a predetermined folding line for forming a portion along one surface of the corner portion on the surrounding surface, a portion along the other surface of the corner portion, and a portion along the outer surface.

[0004] According to the airtight structure described in Patent Document 1, by folding the airtight sheet along the folding line, an airtight sheet can be continuously provided from one surface and the other surface at the corner portion to the outer surface.

[0008] An object of the present invention is to provide an airtight structure of a building that can simplify the installation work of an airtight member at the joint portion between an opening and a floor covering.

[0009] To solve the above problems, an airtight structure for a building according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: an opening forming member that forms an opening surrounded by a pair of horizontal planes facing each other in the vertical direction and a pair of vertical planes facing each other in the horizontal direction; a floor support member that has a support surface for supporting a floor surface material and is attached to the opening forming member such that the support surface is positioned below the lower horizontal plane which is located below the pair of horizontal planes; an airtight member having a horizontal arrangement portion positioned along the lower horizontal plane; a lower inner surface arrangement portion that extends downward from the interior-side edge of the horizontal arrangement portion and is positioned along the lower inner surface of the opening forming member that extends downward from the interior-side edge of the lower horizontal plane and faces the interior; and a support surface arrangement portion that extends inward from the lower edge of the lower inner surface arrangement portion and is positioned along the support surface.

The side projection 3c3 forms a storage space S1 between itself and the vertical surface 3a1a of the column 3a1 facing the opening A1, for storing the exterior end of the picture frame (not shown). Specifically, the side projection 3c3 faces the surface of the column 3a1 facing the opening A1 and extends along the vertical direction. In this embodiment, the lower projection 3c2 is provided across a pair of adjacent side projections 3c3 (only one is shown in Figures 1 and 2).

[0022] The floor support member 4d has a support surface 4d1 for supporting the floor surface material 5, and is attached to the height adjustment member 3a3 such that the support surface 4d1 is positioned below the upper surface 3a3a of the height adjustment member 3a3. Specifically, the floor support member 4d has an opening edge portion 4d2 that extends horizontally along the lower edge of the opening A1, and an opening outer portion 4d3 that extends horizontally from the opening edge portion 4d2 toward a region outside the opening A1, and the support surface 4d1 is provided over the opening edge portion 4d2 and the opening outer portion 4d3. In this embodiment, the upper surface 3a3a of the height adjustment member 3a3 corresponds to the lower horizontal plane of a pair of vertically opposing horizontal planes (the lower surface of the upper plane and the upper surface 3a3a of the height adjustment member 3a3) in the opening forming member (a pair of columns 3a1, a lower rail 3a2, a height adjustment member 3a3, and an upper rail (not shown)). The support surface 4d1 of the floor support member 4d is provided at the same height as the upper surface of the joist 4c, and the floor support member 4d supports the floor surface material 5 together with the joist 4c. The upper surface 3a3a of the height adjustment member 3a3 supports the upper layer surface material 5b of the floor surface material 5, which will be described later. However, since the upper layer surface material 5b is supported by the lower layer surface material 5a, in this embodiment, the floor surface material 5 is substantially supported by the floor support member 4d and the joist 4c, which support the lower layer surface material 5a.

[0023] The floor insulation material 4e is installed on the interior side of the floor support member 4d between adjacent joists 4c and between the flexible insulation material 6d and the floor surface material 5. The floor insulation material 4e, flexible insulation material 6d, interior insulation material 6b, and base insulation material 6a provide continuous insulation from the base portion 2a to the rising portion 2b of the foundation 2.

[0024] The floor panel 5 comprises a lower panel 5a supported by joists 4c and floor support members 4d, and an upper panel 5b laminated on top of the lower panel 5a.

[0025] The lower panel 5a is placed on the upper surface of the joist 4c and the support surface 4d1 of the floor support member 4d. Specifically, the lower panel 5a has a portion provided on the opening edge portion 4d2 of the floor support member 4d and a portion provided on the outer portion 4d3 of the opening. The vertical height dimension of the lower inner surface 3a3b that extends downward from the interior edge of the height adjustment member 3a3 and faces the interior is set to a dimension corresponding to the thickness dimension of the lower panel 5a. Therefore, by placing the lower panel 5a on the support surface 4d1 of the floor support member 4d, the upper surface of the lower panel 5a and the upper surface 3a3a of the height adjustment member 3a3 are arranged on the same plane. Furthermore, the lower inner surface 3a3b of the height adjustment member 3a3 is arranged on the same plane as the lateral inner surface 3a1b (the interior-facing surface of the column 3a1) which extends horizontally from the lower inner surface 3a3b beyond one of the vertical surfaces 3a1a in the outer wall portion 3 and faces the interior, and the interior-facing surface of the inner insulation material 3a4. In this embodiment, the lower surface material 5a has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, with side edges that extend across the lower inner surface 3a3b and the lateral inner surface 3a1b.

[0026] The upper layer facing material 5b is provided on top of the lower layer facing material 5a so as to cover the lower layer facing material 5a and the upper surface 3a3a (lower horizontal plane) of the height adjustment member 3a3. Specifically, the upper layer facing material 5b has an overlapping portion 5b1 that is positioned to overlap the joist 4c and the floor support member 4d (lower layer facing material 5a), and a protruding portion 5b2 that extends from the overlapping portion 5b1 into the opening A1 and covers the upper surface 3a3a of the height adjustment member 3a3. The overlapping portion 5b1 has a portion that overlaps with the opening edge portion 4d2 of the floor support member 4d and a portion that overlaps with the outer portion 4d3 of the opening. As shown in Figure 3, a vertical gap corresponding to the thickness dimension of the protruding portion 5b2 of the upper layer facing material 5b is formed between the lower protruding portion 3c2 of the window frame 3c1 and the upper surface 3a3a of the height adjustment member 3a3. Therefore, by inserting the outdoor edge of the protruding portion 5b2 of the upper panel 5b under the lower protruding portion 3c2 of the window frame 3c1, the outdoor edge of the protruding portion 5b2 of the upper panel 5b can be covered by the lower protruding portion 3c2. In other words, the sliding window 3c has a lower protruding portion 3c2 (an example of a covering portion) attached to the lower rail 3a2, such that a vertical gap corresponding to the thickness dimension of the upper panel 5b is formed between it and the upper surface 3a3a of the height adjustment member 3a3, in order to cover the outdoor edge of the upper panel 5b from above.

[0027] Referring to Figure 1, the airtight member 7 is intended to form a continuous airtight line from the outer wall 3 through the floor support member 4d to the foundation 2. Specifically, the airtight member 7 includes a first airtight member 7a extending from the portion of the outer wall 3 outside the opening A1 to the foundation 2, a second airtight member 7b extending from the portion of the outer wall 3 outside the opening A1 to the portion inside the opening A1 to the foundation 2, and a third airtight member 7c extending from the portion inside the opening A1 to the foundation 2. These first airtight member 7a, second airtight member 7b, and third airtight member 7c are arranged horizontally, and adjacent airtight members are connected by airtight tape (not shown). The airtight members 7a to 7c are made of an airtight material (for example, polypropylene (PP) sheet, polyethylene (PE) sheet, polyester sheet, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) sheet).

An airtight structure for a building, comprising: an opening forming member that forms an opening surrounded by a pair of vertically opposing horizontal planes and a pair of horizontally opposing vertical planes; a floor support member having a support surface for supporting a floor surface material, and attached to the opening forming member such that the support surface is positioned below the lower horizontal plane, which is the lower of the pair of horizontal planes; an airtight member having a horizontal arrangement portion positioned along the lower horizontal plane; a lower inner surface arrangement portion that extends downward from the interior-side edge of the horizontal arrangement portion and is positioned along the lower inner surface of the opening forming member that extends downward from the interior-side edge of the lower horizontal plane and faces the interior; and a support surface arrangement portion that extends inward from the lower edge of the lower inner surface arrangement portion and is positioned along the support surface.

2. The airtight structure of a building according to claim 1 further comprises a joinery attached to the opening forming member from the outside so as to be fitted into the opening, wherein the airtight member has a joinery arrangement portion that extends upward from the outside edge of the horizontal arrangement portion and is arranged along the interior-facing surface of the joinery.

3. An airtight structure for a building according to claim 2, wherein the floor surface material comprises a lower surface material placed on the support surface and an upper surface material provided on the lower surface material so as to cover the lower surface material and the lower horizontal surface, and the vertical height dimension of the lower inner surface of the opening forming member is set to a dimension corresponding to the thickness dimension of the lower surface material.

An airtight structure for a building according to claim 3, wherein the joinery has a covering portion attached to the opening forming member such that a vertical gap corresponding to the thickness dimension of the upper surface material is formed between it and the lower horizontal plane, in order to cover the exterior edge of the upper surface material from above.

An airtight structure for a building according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the lower inner surface of the opening-forming member is on the same plane as a horizontal inner surface of the opening-forming member that extends horizontally from the lower inner surface beyond one vertical surface and faces the interior of the room.

An airtight structure for a building according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a foundation on which the opening forming member is placed and which supports the opening forming member, wherein the airtight member has a foundation connection portion that extends downward from the interior-side edge of the support surface arrangement portion and is connected to the interior-facing surface of the foundation.

An airtight structure for a building according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the airtight member comprises a vertical arrangement portion that extends upward from an edge near one of the pair of vertical surfaces in the horizontal arrangement portion and is arranged along the one vertical surface, and a horizontal interior arrangement portion that extends horizontally from the interior-side edge of the vertical arrangement portion and is arranged along a horizontal interior surface that extends horizontally from the lower interior surface beyond the one vertical surface in the opening forming member and faces the interior, the lower interior arrangement portion comprises a lower interior main body portion connected to the horizontal arrangement portion and a lower interior extension portion that extends horizontally from the lower interior main body portion and is connected to the horizontal interior arrangement portion, and the support surface arrangement portion comprises a support surface main body portion connected to the lower interior arrangement portion and a support surface extension portion that extends horizontally from the support surface main body portion and is connected to the lower interior extension portion, an airtight structure for a building.
