Abstract

An electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to the present application includes a base material and a magnetic layer. The magnetic layer contains a soft magnetic material, a binder, and non-magnetic ceramic particles. The content of the ceramic particles contained in the magnetic layer is 5-15 vol%. The ceramic particles preferably include at least one selected from silica particles or alumina particles. Also, the average particle diameter of the ceramic particles is preferably 10-150% of the thickness of the magnetic layer.

Claims

1. An electromagnetic noise suppression sheet comprising a base material and a magnetic layer, wherein the magnetic layer comprises a soft magnetic material, a binder, and non-magnetic ceramic particles, and the content of the ceramic particles in the magnetic layer is 5% by volume or more and 15% by volume or less.

2. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the ceramic particles include inorganic oxide particles.

3. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the ceramic particles include at least one selected from silica particles and alumina particles.

4. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the average particle diameter of the ceramic particles is 10% or more and 150% or less of the thickness of the magnetic layer.

5. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the average particle diameter of the ceramic particles is 1 μm or more and 150 μm or less.

6. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the Mohs hardness of the ceramic particles is 7 or higher.

7. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the area ratio of the ceramic particles on the surface of the magnetic layer is 1.5 to 18%.

8. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the magnetic layer is 10 μm or more and less than 100 μm.

9. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the soft magnetic material has a flattened shape.

10. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the binder comprises an amorphous resin.

11. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the binder comprises a plurality of amorphous resins with different glass transition temperatures.

12. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the substrate is a resin film.

13. The electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, further comprising a metal layer.

14. A wound body characterized by being constructed by winding an electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 13.

15. A laminate characterized by being composed of a laminate of electromagnetic noise suppression sheets according to any one of claims 1 to 13.

16. A cable characterized by including an electromagnetic noise suppression sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
