[0033] FIG. 1 is a network configuration diagram for explaining an AI-based art learning material providing device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0034] Referring to FIG. 1, an AI-based art learning material providing device includes an art learning material providing server (100) and user terminals (200_1 to 200_N).
[0035] The famous painting learning material provision server (100) builds a famous painting learning database (120) and provides an API so that user terminals (200_1~200_N) can access the database through an application.
[0036] The famous painting learning material provision server (100) can collect famous painting data from public databases (e.g., WikiArt, Google Arts & Culture, Museum APIs) and major art museums (e.g., Louvre, Metropolitan, Uffizi, etc.) and store it in the famous painting learning database (120).
[0037] The famous painting learning material provision server (100) can generate a step-by-step play method curriculum according to the learning goal.
[0038] In one embodiment, if the learning goal of the basic stage is to appreciate a masterpiece, the master art learning material providing server (100) can generate a play method curriculum including AI-matched masterpiece recommendation, appreciation of a masterpiece via QR code, listening to a voice guide, and a 350-degree virtual gallery experience.
[0039] In another embodiment, if the learning objective of the observation skill improvement stage is finding hidden elements, the famous painting learning material providing server (100) can generate a play method curriculum including a color exploration game, composition analysis with an AR filter, finding hidden elements in the famous painting, and AI figure analysis.
[0040] In another embodiment, if the learning goal of the expression improvement stage is to copy a famous painting, the famous painting learning material providing server (100) can generate a play method curriculum of coloring a famous painting, copying a famous painting sketch, and AI scoring.
[0041] In another embodiment, when the learning goal of the creativity enhancement stage is to reconstruct a masterpiece, the famous painting learning material providing server (100) can generate a play method curriculum such as making your own masterpiece, changing figures in a masterpiece, and drawing AR augmented reality pictures.
[0042] In another embodiment, when the learning goal of the language expression enhancement stage is to create a story with a famous painting, the famous painting learning material providing server (100) can generate a play method curriculum such as chatting with a character in the famous painting and writing your own famous painting story.
[0043] As described above, the famous painting learning material providing server (100) can define a function representing the elements to be learned at each stage and the learning progress as [Mathematical Formula 1] to generate a play method curriculum for each stage. Through this, it is possible to control the process so that the user can proceed to the next stage only after completing sufficient learning.
[0044]
[0045] [Mathematical Formula 1]
[0046]
[0047] f_d(t): learning progress at a specific time t,
[0048] activity(t): Amount of activity performed by the user during a specific time period,
[0049] T: Duration of the entire learning process,
[0050]
[0051] That is, [Equation 1] quantitatively expresses the progress rate by comparing the learning progress up to time t with the amount of learning during the entire learning period T. Here, the numerator is the cumulative value of the amount of learning activities performed by the user up to time t, and the denominator is the total amount of activities to be performed during the entire learning process. The closer the learning progress (f_d(t)) value is to 1, the more it means that the entire learning process is almost complete.
[0052] Accordingly, the master art learning material provision server (100) can determine whether the user has satisfied the amount of learning required at a specific stage based on [Mathematical Formula 1].
[0053] As a result, the master art learning material provision server (100) can move to the next step if the learning progress (f_d(t)) value at the learning step of the user is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold, and can allow the user to learn a little more at that step if the learning progress (f_d(t)) value is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold.
[0054] The famous painting learning material provision server (100) can provide answers to the user's questions through a chatbot and can generate and provide questions about the answers.
[0055] To this end, the famous painting learning material providing server (100) collects a data set for chatbot learning.
[0056] In one embodiment, a server (100) providing a famous painting learning material creates a dataset of descriptions including the historical background, techniques, and the artist's intentions of the famous painting. For example, in "Starry Night," the description includes how Van Gogh depicted the night sky and stars, and what emotions the colors convey. It may contain an analysis that Van Gogh attempted to express the stillness of the night and simultaneously chaotic emotions through color.
[0057] In another embodiment, a famous painting learning material providing server (100) creates a dataset of creative questions about artworks. For example, questions such as "What emotional effect do the colors used in this work have?" and "What do light and darkness symbolize in this painting?" and an AI chatbot learns to generate appropriate answers to these questions.
[0058] After that, the famous painting learning material provision server (100) can perform preprocessing on the data for chatbot learning, select an AI model, and then proceed with additional learning so that the AI can provide more appropriate answers to questions related to famous paintings and art.
[0059] In one embodiment, the famous painting learning material providing server (100) learns art questions and answers thereto through a transformer model. For example, regarding the question "What is the meaning of Van Gogh's sunflowers?", it learns an answer about the hope that Van Gogh intended to express through the sunflowers.
[0060] That is, the famous painting learning material providing server (100) is a process of optimizing parameters based on a data set, as shown in [Equation 2]. The following [Equation 2] is to generate an accurate answer to a question about a work. To do this, a cost function L(θ) can be defined.
[0061]
[0062] [Mathematical Formula 2]
[0063]
[0064] y_i: The actual answer to the work,
[0065] : Model's predicted value,
[0066] x_i: Input data (e.g., questions about the work)
[0067] N: Size of the dataset
[0068] θ: model parameter,
[0069]
