[0006] A "Method for Manufacturing a Molded Wooden Panel for Decorative Coatings" (patent CN1043623C) is known, intended for the production of panels for protecting and ornamenting the surfaces of furniture, walls, columns or other objects, even if the said surfaces are curved or have different planes. The panel has a flexible or rigid base of varying thickness and made of various materials, depending on the surface on which it is to be placed. A wooden sheet is attached to the base by a layer of glue. The method consists of milling the surface of the wooden sheet to outline several segments, the repetition of which results in the basic pattern of the panel. However, milling complex profiles requires highly qualified service personnel. A "Wooden Art Wall in the Interior and Exterior of a Building" (patent KP200389547Y1) is known. The present invention relates to the wooden finishing of interior and exterior walls with wood.A wide panel, made by joining several narrow pieces of wood together end-to-end, is cut to a specified standard and processed using a printer and laser machine. This panel features wood trim on the inside and outside, creating a decorative effect. These products are not intended for mass production.

[0021] The decorative panel consists of a base and slats. The base is made of heat-treated solid wood, plywood, MDF, laminated chipboard, or any other panel material that can be grooved for pressing. The slats and / or boards are made of heat-treated wood.

Upon completion, the slats have a flat, smooth surface with a specified geometry, wall cross-section, and a technological connecting tenon at the bottom of the slat corresponding to the groove dimensions in the panel base (Fig. 2). Glue is applied along the entire length of the resulting groove. After the required technological time, the slats are inserted into the grooves, tenon-side down (Fig. 3).
[0024] After connecting the slats to the base, the resulting panel is pressed, on average, under a pressure of 200 bar at 3.5 kg / cm 2 and at a temperature of 60-70°C. Pressing time is from 8 minutes. Temperature and time depend on the selected material, material moisture content, ambient humidity, and the adhesive used. Full polymerization of the adhesive after removing the panel from the press is achieved within 12 hours.
