Description

Confectionery

[0001] The present invention relates to confectionery.

[0002] Conventionally, as confectionery, for example, in Patent Document 1, "molten chocolate is poured into a mold, and a chocolate confectionery having a peripheral shape following the inside of the mold, a three-dimensional shape and pattern surface along the bottom surface of the mold, and a required thickness is solidified and formed, and this chocolate confectionery is characterized in that it is divided into a required number of pieces by cut-off lines provided intersecting from the vertical and horizontal directions at a required interval" is disclosed.

[0003] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-61289

[0004] In Patent Document 1, a chocolate confectionery with cut-off lines to form a puzzle is disclosed. However, this confectionery only has ways of playing such as cutting a predetermined pattern with cut-off lines and assembling it into the original pattern, without any change in taste, and has few types of ways of playing and has problems in its interestingness.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a confectionery with improved interestingness.

[0006] A confectionery according to one aspect of the present invention is a confectionery comprising a main body part, a character part formed on the main body part, and a background part formed on the main body part and surrounding the character part, the character part includes a first type of part, and either the background part or the character part includes a second type of part, and the second type of part is configured to be able to assist the first type of part.

[0007] According to the present invention, a confectionery with improved interestingness can be provided.

[0008] It is a plan view of a confectionery according to one aspect of the present invention. It is a perspective view of the confectionery shown in FIG. 1. It is a cross-sectional view of a portion along the line A - A in FIG. 1. It is a plan view showing an example of the initial stage of the extraction operation of the confectionery. It is a perspective view showing a state when separating the periphery of the first type of part.

[0009] Hereinafter, a confectionery according to one aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to the figures. Figure 1 is a plan view of confectionery 1 in the first aspect. Figure 2 is a perspective view of confectionery 1. The confectionery 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is made of chocolate as the confectionery material, and its shape is, for example, a rectangular plate-shaped chocolate confectionery with four sides: an upper end 10a, a lower end 10b, a left end 10c, and a right end 10d. In plan view, a character part C1 is formed in the approximate central region of the confectionery 1, which has a rectangular main body part 10 as the base part. A first background part 31, a second background part 32, and a third background part 33 are provided around the character part C1 as background parts. A first groove part 41 is provided between the character part C1 and the background parts (first background part 31, second background part 32, and third background part 33), and as will be described later, the character part C1 can be identified.

[0010] The character section C1 is depicted as a full-body image, with a composition that creates a sense of perspective from the feet upwards. Specifically, the first background section 31 is provided with a second groove 42 as a background effect line to create the impression of the character's movement. The background effect line is straight, for example, drawn as a radial line with a focal point outside the lower end 10b on the outside of the confectionery 1. Furthermore, the first background section 31 is configured to have a larger area than the second background section 32.

[0011] The second background portion 32 is formed along the left end portion 10c of the main body portion 10. Furthermore, in the portion adjacent to the right foot of the character portion C1, the second background portion 32 is shaped to follow the shape of the right foot, with the first groove portion 41 in between. In addition, text information 38 and character marks are formed on the second background portion 32 by relief 43, which include characters that emphasize and characterize the character, such as the character's name. This text information 38 may be configured as either recessed or raised portions.

[0012] The character part C1 is composed of multiple parts. One of these parts is slender and shaped to resemble the character's weapon. This elongated part is formed as a first type of part 21 that extends in a straight line along the background lines. The first type of part 21 is, for example, thicker near the center of the character and gradually tapers outwards. The tip of the first type of part 21 extends close to the upper end 10a. Linear grooves 43 are provided on the surface of the character part C1 to represent the fine details of the character. There are more grooves 43 on the character part C1 than on the second background part 32.

[0013] Furthermore, the third background portion 33 extends from the lower end portion 10b to the upper end portion 10a along the second groove portion 42, and its shape creates a pattern in which its width widens towards the upper end portion 10a. For example, between the two legs of the character portion C1, it is composed of a slender lower portion 33a that tapers downwards, and a second type of part portion 33b that surrounds the left and right sides and the top of the first type of part portion 21. That is, the second type of part portion 33b has left and right side portions 33bs and a tip portion 33bt that are aligned with the longitudinal direction of the first type of part portion 21.

[0014] Unlike the first type of part 21, which tapers towards the top, the second type of part 33b has left and right side sections 33bs that gradually widen towards the top 21t of the first type of part 21. In other words, the combined total width (W) of the first type of part 21 and the second type of part 33b is configured to be approximately constant in the vertical direction. This configuration of the second type of part 33b allows it to assist the first type of part 21 when determining the character part C1, as will be described later.

[0015] The first type of part 21 and the second type of part 33b are arranged with a certain distance between them. For example, the first groove 41 is provided between the first type of part 21 and the second type of part 33b, thereby enabling separation between the two parts.

[0016] The first type of part 21 is made of a different color from the second type of part 33b formed in the vicinity of the first type of part 21. Furthermore, the first background part 31, the second background part 32, and the third background part 33 are not only different in color but also in thickness. For example, the second background part 32 and the third background part 33 are made thicker than the first background part 31. The thickness of the second background part 32 and the third background part 33 is the same as the thickness of the character part C1.

[0017] The character part C1 has first grooves 41 formed around its periphery along the contour of the character, which separate it from the first background part 31, the second background part 32, and the third background part 33. First grooves 41 are also formed between the first background part 31 and the second background part 32, and between the first background part 31 and the third background part 33. Inside the character part C1, first grooves 41 are also provided to separate the parts of the character part C1. These first grooves 41 are formed to the same depth as the second grooves 42 (see Figure 3).

[0018] In this embodiment, the first background section 31, the second background section 32, and the third background section 33 have different colors from, for example, the character section C1. The first background section 31 is composed of a single color in the brown family (regular chocolate flavor), and the second background section 32 is formed of non-brown colors such as pink (strawberry chocolate flavor), beige (caramel flavor), and white (white chocolate). The third background section 33 is composed of a beige color (caramel flavor).

[0019] The character part C1 is made up of pink (strawberry chocolate flavor), beige (caramel flavor), and white (white chocolate) colors.

[0020] Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of the portion along line A-A in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 3, each colored portion of the confectionery 1 is formed as a layer of a predetermined thickness, with each color having its own layer. For example, the main body portion 10 has a multi-colored pattern on its front surface 10f, but the back surface 10r is composed of only one color. For example, the character portion C1, the first background portion 31, the second background portion 32, and the third background portion 33 are laminated on the front surface 10f side of the main body portion 10 as different materials (materials with different colors, flavors, and aromas) from the main body portion 10.

[0021] As shown in Figure 3, the first groove 41 and the second groove 42 have a depth that reaches the main body 10. Furthermore, the first groove 41 and the second groove 42 are configured to have the same depth as shown in the figure, and there are also sections where they are continuous with each other. This makes it easier to break the confectionery 1 when separating or dividing it. In addition, the second groove 42 is connected to the upper end 10a and the lower end 10b (see Figure 2).

[0022] The second background section is configured such that its formed height (thickness t3) is the same as the character section C1 (thickness t2). Furthermore, the thickness of the second background section 32 and the character section C1 is smaller than the thickness (t1) of the main body section 10. Therefore, the maximum thickness of the confectionery 1 is the sum of the thicknesses of the main body section 10 and the character section C1 (t4).

[0023] As shown in Figure 3, the main body 10 is made of chocolate containing puffs 60. Here, the first background 31 may be formed at the same time as the main body 10, or it may be formed thinly on top of the main body 10. For example, when forming the main body 10, the puffs 60 are solidified so that they are mostly contained on the underside (bottom side) of the main body 10, and the bottom surface of the back side 10r (bottom side in the figure) of the main body 10 becomes slightly uneven. However, on the front side 10f (top side in the figure) of the main body 10, the unevenness caused by the puffs 60 is hardly formed during the solidification process of the chocolate material, and a nearly flat surface made of chocolate is formed.

[0024] Furthermore, the character section C1, the second background section 32, and the third background section 33 do not contain puffs 60. As a result, the confectionery 1 not only has different flavors depending on the part, but the proportion of puffs 60 relative to the total amount of chocolate differs depending on the part that is eaten, resulting in a significantly different texture.

[0025] Figure 4 is a plan view showing an example of the operation for separating the confectionery 1. When separating the character part C1 of the confectionery 1, the operation is first performed with both hands as shown in the lower left of Figure 4. In this case, for example, the lower part of the second background part 32 is grasped with the fingertips 61 of the left hand, and the right foot part of the character part C1 is grasped with the fingertips 62 of the other hand, the right hand, with the first groove part 41 as the boundary. This operation separates the second background part 32 as shown in the figure. By separating the second background part 32 in this way first, only the first background part 31 remains around the character part C1.

[0026] As described above, the first background portion 31 is provided with a linear second groove 42 formed to the same depth as the first groove 41, oriented in a specific direction (up and down). Furthermore, this second groove 42 is connected to the upper end 10a and lower end 10b of the main body portion 10, separating the second background portion 32. In this state, the first type of part portion 21 is identified. At this time, the separation operation is performed with both hands shown on the upper right side of Figure 4. In this case, for example, the fingertips 61 of the left hand grasp the first type of part portion 21 and the second type of part portion 33b along their longitudinal directions. Then, the fingertips 62 of the other hand, the right hand, are brought facing the fingertips 61 of the left hand to grasp the first background portion 31, and the first background portion 31 can be separated along the dividing line BL shown in the figure.

[0027] Thus, when separating the first type of part 21, instead of separating the first type of part 21 as a whole, the first type of part 21 and the second type of part 33b are separated from the first background part 31 as a single part. This allows the thin and easily chipped first type of part 21 to be structurally reinforced as the separation process progresses.

[0028] Figure 5 is a perspective view showing the state when separating the periphery of the first type of part 21. Although separation by fingertips is possible as shown in Figure 4, for example, as shown in Figure 5, a tool 70 with a relatively thin or pointed end, such as a bamboo spatula, spoon, or fork, can be used as the dividing tool 70. In the illustration, separation is performed by inserting the tip 71 of the tool 70 between the first type of part 21 and the second type of part 33b. In this case, for example, the tip 71 of the tool 70 held with the fingertips 62 is applied to the place to be separated and pressed, while the fingertips 61 of the other hand are used to press down on the first type of part 21. This operation concentrates pressure on a narrow area relative to the main body 10. By repeating this operation in small increments, it is possible to separate the first type of part 21, which has a particularly thin structure.

[0029] In the division operation using the device 70, the device 70 can be used while the confectionery 1 remains in the confectionery container 80.

[0030] The confectionery container 80 is made of paper or resin and is used to protect the confectionery 1 when it is sold. In other words, the confectionery 1 is sold in the confectionery container 80 and wrapped in a cosmetic packaging bag. Therefore, the surface area of the confectionery container 80 is larger than the size of the confectionery 1. The depth (t5) of the confectionery container 80 is also equal to or greater than the thickness (t4) of the confectionery 1 (see Figure 3).

[0031] Within the confectionery container 80 configured in this way, the separation operation can be performed by crushing with the pointed tip 71 of the tool 70. At this time, fine separation pieces 90 are released from the first background portion 31. However, by using the confectionery container 80, the scattering of the separation pieces 90 is avoided, and the separation pieces 90 are contained in the internal space SP of the confectionery container 80 as shown in the figure.

[0032] The separation of the character part C1 may be successful or unsuccessful. However, unlike the successful case, if the separation fails and the candy breaks in various places, the broken pieces of candy become a mixture of the character's area, the third background part 33, the second background part 32, and the first background part 31. As a result, the taste, aroma, and texture of the candy pieces vary as they are mixed together in each piece of candy 1. Thus, even a failed separation can be enjoyed for its variations in taste, and the success or failure of separating and separating the character allows for the enjoyment of different tastes, aromas, and textures of candy 1.

[0033] As described above, in the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the second type of part portion 33b included in the background portion of the first type of part portion 21 of the character portion C1 is provided to form at least a part of the periphery of the first type of part portion 21, so that when the first type of part portion 21 is extracted, it is possible to proceed with the extraction while protecting the first type of part portion 21. In particular, since the second type of part portion 33b is formed to be equal to or greater than the thickness of the character portion C1, the strength of the elongated first type of part portion 21 can be supplemented.

[0034] Furthermore, in the present embodiment of the confectionery 1, in a configuration where the first type of part 21 is arranged inside the second type of part 33b, the second type of part 33b can effectively assist the first type of part 21.

[0035] In the present embodiment of the confectionery 1, the second type of part 33b is configured to have the shape of the first type of part 21, for example, a shape along the longitudinal direction, thereby complementing the strength of the first type of part 21.

[0036] In the present embodiment of the confectionery 1, the first type of part 21 and the second type of part 33b are formed in a spaced-out state, making it easy to use different materials and different colors for separate parts. Furthermore, the formation of a thin first background 31 in the region between the first type of part 21 and the second type of part 33b not only facilitates division but also allows for a three-color variation.

[0037] In the present embodiment of the confectionery 1, the first type of part 21 and the second type of part 33b are configured with inversely proportional widths, so that when the width of both parts is combined there is no small width portion. Therefore, even if the first type of part 21 has a tapered shape, the resistance to external force when the part is separated can be increased.

[0038] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the first background portion 31, the second background portion 32, and the third background portion 33 are configured with different thicknesses, which allows for variations in the identification operation of the character portion C1.

[0039] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the second background portion 32 is formed along the left end portion 10c of the main body portion 10, making it easy to separate along the left end portion 10c. Furthermore, at least a part of the second background portion 32 is configured to conform to the shape of the character portion C1, making it less likely for the character portion C1 to be chipped when separating the second background portion 32.

[0040] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the text information 38 is provided on the second background portion 32 which has a large thickness, so the text information 38 can be emphasized.

[0041] In the confectionery 1 of this embodiment, the character part C1 contains more reliefs 43 than the second background part 32, making it possible to represent a more detailed image of the character.

[0042] In this embodiment of confectionery 1, the main body 10 includes a main body 10 containing puffs 60, allowing consumers to enjoy both the taste and texture. Furthermore, the inclusion of puffs 60 not only creates a change in texture but also makes the main body 10 relatively easy to break even if it is thick. Additionally, since the character part C1 does not contain puffs 60, it is possible to form a smooth surface and create intricate designs.

[0043] In the confectionery 1 of this aspect, when performing the character extraction operation, it can be extracted using the tip of the tool 70. At this time, it can be extracted with the confectionery 1 placed in the confectionery container 80. The confectionery container 80 has a storage depth (t5) of the confectionery 1 equal to or greater than the thickness (t4) of the confectionery 1, thereby preventing the scattered pieces 90 crushed by pressing against the tool 70 from flying. As a result, after enjoying the extraction of the character of the confectionery 1, the finely crushed separated pieces 90 can be retained in the container for easy eating.

[0044] As described above, one aspect of the present invention has been explained. However, the present invention can be appropriately modified within the scope of its technical idea. For example, in the above aspect, the third background part 33 including the second type of part part 33b was treated as a part part different from the character part C1. However, the third background part 33 including the second type of part part 33b can also be treated as a part of the character.

[0045] Also, in the above aspect, the groove depths of the first groove part 41 at the outer edge of the part part and the second groove part 42 of the background effect line as the groove parts were set to the same configuration, but the present invention is not limited to this and they may not have the same depth.

[0046] Also, in the above aspect, the confectionery is made mainly of chocolate, but the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, there is no particular limitation as long as it is a material that hardens to some extent such as cookies.

[0047] As described above, the following matters are described in this specification.
