[0006] Household ovens are appliances that meet basic needs such as cooking, heating, and baking food in kitchens. These ovens, which generally have electricity or gas models, offer flexibility to the user with different cooking programs, temperature settings, and timer features. Household ovens heat ingredients within a closed cooking chamber during the cooking process. The cooking chamber is configured to withstand high temperatures and is structured to provide suitable insulation and sealing so that ingredients are cooked efficiently under the effect of heat and steam. User access to the cooking chamber is provided by means of a movable door located at the front part of the oven.
[0007] In modern ovens, the integration of camera systems is becoming widespread in order to enhance user experience and make the cooking process more efficient. Such cameras allow users to observe the food in the cooking chamber without opening the oven door, thereby minimizing heat loss while increasing control over the cooking process. Camera systems are configured to interact with a screen outside the oven or with mobile devices, especially with the spread of smart home technologies. In this context, the camera systems used in ovens are expected to be robust, resistant to high temperatures, and possess optical quality capable of providing clear images.
[0008] Cameras used in ovens are generally positioned on the inner part of the door. While this placement provides a wide-angle view of the cooking chamber, it also facilitates the protection of the camera lens from heat, steam, and grease deposits. However, in some applications, the camera is placed in the interior part of the oven to allow images to be taken from different angles. In both cases, a special configuration is required to place the camera stably and to maintain the clarity of the viewing angle. These configurations allow users to easily monitor the cooking process.The cabling arrangement of the camera systems used in ovens is of importance for both the continuity of camera performance and the safe operation of the oven. In the state of the art, the fixing of camera cables is generally provided by means of adhesive apparatuses. However, this method requires additional labor for the operator and complicates production processes. Furthermore, adhesive connections lose their durability and become short-lived under harsh conditions inside the oven such as high temperature and humidity. This situation both increases the maintenance requirement for users and negatively affects the reliability of the camera system in the long run. Therefore, configurations ensuring that cables are fixed in a robust and long-lasting manner are of great importance.

Details regarding the fixing of the camera cable by means of the cable channel, column, and special forms on the hinge proposed in the present invention are not disclosed in the document.

[0011] Considering the mentioned drawbacks, a need has emerged for a camera cable holder assembly for ovens with cameras, which ensures the fixing of camera cables and facilitates assembly operations.

[0013] An object of this invention is to provide a camera cable holder assembly that ensures the stability of the camera cable for ovens with cameras.

[0057] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0058] The invention relates to a camera cable holder assembly (1) which ensures the fixing of the camera cable (12), which provides the connection of a camera (11) positioned on the oven door (10) with electronic circuits and the user, on the oven door (10) and provides convenience during assembly, by means of a cable channel (20) it comprises, and specific holders (21, 22, 23, 28, 30.4), holes (22.1, 30.2), and slots (30.1, 40.2) found on the first column (30) and the first hinge (40) of the oven door (10) (Figure 1). In other words, the invention is a camera cable holder assembly (1) for fixing a camera cable (12) having a cable holder (12.1) and a socket (13) in an oven configured to cook food, having elements of a cooking chamber in which foods to be cooked are placed, a body surrounding the cooking chamber, and an oven door (10) located at the front part of the body, providing access to the cooking chamber and containing a camera (11) for the user to see the inside of the oven, and is configured to ensure the fixing of the camera cable (12) on the oven door (10) and to provide assembly convenience.

[0063] Within the scope of the invention, the camera (11) positioned on the oven door (10) allows the user to clearly observe the inside of the cooking chamber. The camera (11) is configured to withstand harsh conditions of the oven such as high temperature and humidity, and ensures the sustainability of optical performance. The camera cable (12) coming out of the camera (11) is arranged to pass through the camera cable holder assembly (1) to provide signal and energy transmission. The end of the camera cable (12) is equipped with a socket (13), and this socket (13) allows the electricalconnection to be provided securely and stably. The socket (13) supports the efficient operation of the camera (11) system while creating a connection point compatible with the electrical infrastructure in the internal structure of the oven. The socket (13) is seated in a socket slot (40.2) located on the first hinge (40), and meanwhile, socket holders (40.1) configured as protrusions on the outer edges of the socket slot (40.2) prevent the movement of the socket (13) in the first axis (A). An additional cable holder (12.1) element, which helps fix the camera cable (12), is located on the part of the camera cable (12) connected with the socket (13). The cable holder (12.1) is in the form of a cylinder with channels on it, wider than the cable, and is seated on the part of the third holder (23) corresponding to itself.
[0064] The cable channel (20) is configured as a rectangular profile with one end open, and the open part faces towards the cooking chamber, in other words, towards the rear side relative to the user (Figure 2). The cable channel (20) basically consists of components of: at least one third holder (23) in which the cable holder (12.1) is placed to prevent the movement of the camera cable (12) in a first axis (A); a bed (24) in the structure of a flat strip on which the camera cable (12) is seated, which is seated on the connection protrusion (30.3) of the first column (30) on the part facing the oven door (10) and terminates by traversing a certain distance; a first wall (25) configured as a protrusion from the oven door (10) towards the cooking chamber, terminating by traversing a certain distance on the surface seated on the first column (30); and a second wall (26) positioned opposite the first wall (25), in other words, on the edge of the bed (24) close to the center of the oven door (10), configured as a protrusion from the oven door (10) towards the cooking chamber, terminating by traversing a certain distance. The first holder (21) is configured as a protrusion from the first wall (25) towards the cooking chamber at a distance close to the upper part of the oven door (10), and helps fix the cable channel (20) by being seated in the corresponding first slot (30.1) element on the first column (30). The first slot (30.1) is positioned at a point of the first column (30) to be aligned with the first holder (21) and ensures the connection of the cable channel (20) with the first column (30) upon the seating of the first holder (21). The first holder (21), in order to ensure the connection and fixing of the cable channel (20) to the first column (30); is seated in a first slot (30.1) located on the first column (30) and ensures the fixing of one end of the cable channel (20). The second holder (22) is configured as a protrusion from the first wall (25) towards the cooking chamber at a distance close to the lower part of the oven door (10) and has a first hole (22.1) configured as a gap enabling its connection to the second hole (30.2) located on the aligned first column (30) by means of a connection element (27). The second holder (22), in order to ensure the connection and fixing of the cable channel (20) to the first column (30) by means of a connection element (27); has a first hole (22.1) aligned with a second hole (30.2) located on the first column (30). The third holder (23) is configured as a protrusion extending a certain distance from the first wall (25) towards the center of the oven door (10) and terminating, and isconfigured in a structure where the channels located on the corresponding cable holder (12.1) are seated in its middle part. The bed (24) is configured such that the camera cable (12) is seated on it, is structured as a strip having a certain width and length, and is configured such that at least one first wall (25) is located on its edge seated on the first column (30) and at least one second wall (26) is located on its edge facing the center of the oven door (10). The cable holder (12.1) is seated on the third holder (23) and prevents the movement of the camera cable (12) in the first axis (A). The fourth holder (28) has a tab configuration formed by a cutout on the second wall (26) up to the bed (24) so as to have a certain width. In other words, the fourth holder (28) is formed by a cutout on the second wall (26) up to a part close to the bed (24) so as to have a certain width and is configured as a tab that is bent over to prevent the movement of the camera cable (12). In the preferred configuration of the invention, there are three fourth holders (28) positioned such that one is at the part of the second wall (26) close to the first slot (30.1), the other is at a part close to the center of the second wall (26), and another is at a part close to the hinge (40). The fourth holders (28) restrict the movement of the camera cable (12) in the second axis (B) by being bent over the camera cable (12) during assembly.
[0065] In the present invention, there are pillars on two sides of the oven door (10) that support the oven door (10) and ensure the integrity of the internal structure. Of these pillars, one of the pillars being the element of the camera cable holder assembly (1) is named as the first column (30), and the other as the second column (31). The first column (30) allows the fixing of the first holder (21) thanks to the first slot (30.1) located on it. The first holder (21) creates a robust fixing point for the camera cable (12) by being seated inside the first slot (30.1). The second hole (30.2) located on the first column (30) is connected with the first hole (22.1) of the second holder (22) through the use of the connection element (27). This configuration creates a connection point supporting the fixing of the cable channel (20) and the secure routing of the camera cable (12). The second hole (30.2) is positioned at a point of the first column (30) so as to be aligned with the second holder (22) and the first hole (22.1), and ensures the connection of the cable channel (20) to the first column (30) and the first hinge (40) with the use of a connection element (27).
[0066] At least one connection protrusion (30.3) is found on the surface where the first column (30) is seated on the oven door (10), configured as a protrusion extending a certain distance towards the oven door (10) and terminating. In the preferred configuration of the invention, although there are two connection protrusions (30.3), one being at the upper part and the other at the lower part of the oven door (10), in alternative configurations, the connection protrusion is configured in a structure continuing along the first column (30). The connection protrusion (30.3) is configured in a structure on which the bed (24) element of the cable channel (20) is seated to be mounted. The connection protrusion (30.3) is configured as a protrusion from the first column (30) towards the center of the oven door (10) andassists the placement of the cable channel (20) on the first column (30). Another element providing the stability of the camera cable (12) in the camera cable holder assembly (1) is the fifth holder (30.4) element. The fifth holder (30.4) is configured as a protrusion of a certain width, length, and thickness starting at a certain distance from the oven door (10) surface of the first column (30) towards the center of the oven door (10). The fifth holder (30.4) undertakes more than one task. The fifth holder (30.4) element both undertakes the bearing of intermediate glasses in oven doors (10) containing one or more intermediate glasses and restricts the movement of the camera cable (12) in the second axis (B) because it is seated immediately on the cable channel (20). In the preferred configuration of the invention, there are three fifth holders (30.4) having a certain distance between them, located immediately above the cable channel (20) and preventing the movement of the camera cable (12). For oven doors (10) containing more than one intermediate glass, a plurality of fifth holders (30.4) are used so as to be at a certain distance where the intermediate glasses are seated. The fifth holder (30.4) is configured as a protrusion that extends a certain distance on the cable channel (20) towards the center of the oven door (10) and terminates, and in a structure preventing the movement of the camera cable (12) in a second axis (B).
[0067] The oven door (10) is equipped with a first hinge (40) and a second hinge (41) in order to facilitate opening and closing movements and to ensure that the oven door (10) stays in place securely. These hinges (40, 41) allow the movement of the door (10) while simultaneously creating a fixed and durable connection. The first hinge (40) is positioned at the lower part of the oven door (10), connected with the first column (30), and the second hinge (41) is positioned connected with the second column (31) so as to be symmetrical to it (Figure 3, 4). This configuration increases the stability and service life of the door (10) by ensuring that the hinges (40, 41) work integrated with the columns (30, 31). The first hinge (40) is an element of the camera cable holder assembly (1) and contains a socket slot (40.2) component into which the socket (13) located at the end of the camera cable (12) is seated. The socket slot (40.2) is configured as a gap into which the socket (13) is seated. Socket holder (40.1) elements configured as protrusions on the outer edges of the socket slot (40.2) have a width lower than the socket (13); the socket (13) stretches and passes through the socket holders (40.1) during assembly, and after being seated in the socket slot (40.2), remains fixed thanks to the socket holders (40.1). The socket slot (40.2); is configured as a protrusion into which the socket (13) is seated and prevents the movement of the socket (13) in the first axis (A). The socket slot (40.2) has at least one socket holder (40.1) configured as a protrusion having a certain width, length, and wall thickness towards the center of the socket slot (40.2) on at least one of its edges, through which the socket (13) passes by stretching during assembly, in order to ensure that the socket (13) remains in place after being mounted.During the assembly of the camera cable holder assembly (1), the first operation is the mounting of the columns (30, 31) and hinges (40, 41) to the oven door (10). Following this operation, the cable channel (20) is seated on the connection protrusions (30.3). Meanwhile, the first holder (21) is seated in the first slot (30.1), the first hole (22.1) on the second holder (22) is aligned with the second hole (30.2), and the third holder (23) rests against the socket slot (40.2). Following this operation, the second holder (22) is connected to the first column (30) with the use of a connection element (27). Subsequently, the camera (11) is seated in a slot located on the inner part of the oven door (10) and the connection of the camera cable (12) with the camera (11) is provided. Following this, the camera cable (12) is seated in the cable channel (20), the socket (13) is advanced under the fifth holders (30.4) towards the socket slot (40.2), passed through the socket holders (40.1), and seated in the socket slot (40.2). Finally, an additional element preventing the movement of the camera cable (12) is provided by bending the fourth holders (28) having a tab configuration towards the first column (30), in other words, over the camera cable (12), and the assembly of the camera cable holder assembly (1) is completed.
[0068] The camera cable holder assembly (1) has an innovative configuration ensuring that all components located on the oven door (10) come together in a compatible and durable manner. The integrated structure of the cable channel (20) with the columns (30, 31) and hinges (40, 41) both facilitates the assembly process of the camera cable holder assembly (1) and increases post-assembly stability. This configuration both provides time savings during the assembly stage and offers a long-lasting use by preventing the movement of the camera cable (12). The camera cable holder assembly (1) accommodates a rational structure allowing the operator to perform error-free assembly. Furthermore, the reliability of the system is increased thanks to the connection of the camera cable (12) with the socket (13), its proper seating in the cable channel (20), and its secure fixing in the socket slot (40.2). The camera cable holder assembly (1) not only facilitates the integration of camera (11) systems in ovens but also takes the user experience to a higher level.
Claims
CLAIMS1. A camera cable holder assembly (1) for fixing a camera cable (12) having a cable holder (12.1) and a socket (13) in an oven configured to cook food, having elements of a cooking chamber in which foods to be cooked are placed, a body surrounding the cooking chamber, and an oven door (10) located at the front part of the body, providing access to the cooking chamber and containing a camera (11) for the user to see the inside of the oven, characterized in that, in order to ensure the fixing of the camera cable (12) on the oven door (10), and provide assembly convenience, it comprises:• at least one cable channel (20) having at least one bed (24) on which the camera cable (12) is seated and at least one third holder (23) in which the cable holder (12.1) is placed to prevent the movement of the camera cable (12) in a first axis (A),• at least one first column (30) having at least one fifth holder (30.4) configured as a protrusion that extends a certain distance on the cable channel (20) towards the center of the oven door (10) and terminates, and which prevents the movement of the camera cable (12) in a second axis (B), and• at least one first hinge (40) having at least one socket slot (40.2) configured as a protrusion into which the socket (13) is seated and which prevents the movement of the socket (13) in the first axis (A).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises at least one cable channel (20) configured as a rectangular profile such that the part facing the cooking chamber is open, containing at least one bed (24) on the surface seated on the oven door (10), at least one first wall (25) on the surface seated on the first column (30), and at least one second wall (26) on its surface facing the center of the oven door (10).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises at least one first holder (21) which ensures the fixing of one end by being seated in a first slot (30.1) located on the first column (30) in order to ensure the connection and fixing of the cable channel (20) to the first column (30).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises at least one second holder (22) having a first hole (22.1) aligned with a second hole (30.2) located on the first column (30) in order to ensure the connection and fixing of the cable channel (20) to the first column (30) by means of a connection element (27).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 2, characterized in that it comprises at least one bed (24) configured such that the camera cable (12) is seated on it, structured as a strip having a certain width and length, and having at least one first wall (25) on its edge seated on the first column (30) and at least one second wall (26) on its edge facing the center of the oven door (10).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 5, characterized in that it comprises at least one fourth holder (28) having a tab configuration formed by a cutout on the second wall (26) up to a part close to the bed (24) so as to have a certain width, and which is bent over to prevent the movement of the camera cable (12).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 3, characterized in that it comprises at least one first slot (30.1) positioned at a point of the first column (30) to be aligned with the first holder (21), ensuring the connection of the cable channel (20) with the first column (30) upon the seating of the first holder (21).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 4, characterized in that it comprises at least one second hole (30.2) positioned at a point of the first column (30) so as to be aligned with the second holder (22) and the first hole (22.1), and ensuring the connection of the cable channel (20) to the first column (30) and the first hinge (40) with the use of a connection element (27).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 4, characterized in that it comprises at least one connection protrusion (30.3) configured as a protrusion from the first column (30) towards the center of the oven door (10), assisting the placement of the cable channel (20) on the first column (30).

The camera cable holder assembly (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the socket slot (40.2) comprises at least one socket holder (40.1) configured as a protrusion having a certain width, length, and wall thickness towards the center of the socket slot (40.2) on at least one of its edges, through which the socket (13) passes by stretching during assembly, in order to ensure that the socket (13) remains in place after being mounted.
