[0076] The following detailed description of some embodiments of this disclosure is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Unless otherwise specified, features in the following embodiments can be combined with each other.

[0077] Referring to Figures 1 to 4, in a first aspect, embodiments of this disclosure provide a packaging component 100 configured to package a rectangular body 400. This component can reduce packaging costs and improve economic efficiency while ensuring packaging effectiveness, and can also prevent damage to the edges of the rectangular body 400, providing good protection.

[0078] It should be noted that the rectangular body 400 includes two first sidewalls 410 and two second sidewalls 420 arranged opposite to each other. The two first sidewalls 410 are arranged parallel to each other, and the two second sidewalls 420 are arranged parallel to each other. The first sidewalls 410 are perpendicular to the second sidewalls 420. Optionally, the rectangular body 400 can be a single object or can be composed of multiple objects stacked together. In this embodiment, the rectangular body 400 is described as a stack of ceramic bricks. The packaging component 100 is configured to package the stack of ceramic bricks for subsequent transportation.

[0079] The packaging assembly 100 includes two first packaging components and two second packaging components. The two first packaging components are arranged parallel and spaced apart, each covering one of the two first sidewalls 410. The two second packaging components are also arranged parallel and spaced apart, each covering one of the two second sidewalls 420. Optionally, the first packaging components are perpendicular to the second packaging components, and one first packaging component, one second packaging component, another first packaging component, and another second packaging component are connected end-to-end, forming a rectangle to simultaneously package all four sidewalls of the rectangular body 400. In this way, the packaging assembly 100 only packages the four sidewalls of the rectangular body 400, leaving the top and bottom surfaces of the rectangular body 400 exposed. This effectively reduces the packaging area, lowers packaging costs while maintaining packaging effectiveness, and improves economic efficiency.

[0080] The first package includes a first covering, a connecting part, and a second covering connected in sequence. The first and second coverings are arranged parallel to each other and are positioned opposite each other on the outer sides of the rectangular body 400. The connecting part is attached to the outside of the first side wall 410 and is perpendicular to both the first and second coverings. The first covering, connecting part, and second covering work together to cover the first side wall 410 of the rectangular body 400. Optionally, the length of the first package is the same as the length of the first side wall 410. The end of the connecting part has a protruding tongue that is perpendicular to the connecting part. The tongue extends into the second package and is attached to the second side wall 420. The connecting part and the tongue work together to cover the edge between the first side wall 410 and the second side wall 420.

[0081] The second package includes a first shielding portion, a connecting portion, and a second shielding portion connected in sequence. The first shielding portion and the second shielding portion are arranged parallel to each other and opposite to each other on the two sides of the rectangular body 400. The connecting portion is attached to the outside of the second side wall 420 and is perpendicular to both the first shielding portion and the second shielding portion. The first shielding portion, the connecting portion, and the second shielding portion work together to cover the second side wall 420 of the rectangular body 400. Optionally, the length of the second package is the same as the length of the second side wall 420. The end of the first shielding portion is provided with a pressure tongue, which includes a first pressing section and a second pressing section connected to each other. The first shielding portion, the first pressing section, and the second pressing section are perpendicular to each other. The first pressing section is attached to the outside of the connecting portion, and the second pressing section is clamped between the tongue and the connecting portion. The first pressing section and the second pressing section work together to cover the edge between the first side wall 410 and the second side wall 420.

[0082] Optionally, by simultaneously covering the edges between the first sidewall 410 and the second sidewall 420 with the first and second packaging components, the protection of the edges of the rectangular body 400 can be enhanced, preventing damage to the edges of the rectangular body 400 and providing better protection.

[0083] In this embodiment, the first covering part and the first shielding part are both disposed outside the top surface of the rectangular body 400, and the second covering part and the second shielding part are both disposed outside the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400. However, this is not the only embodiment. In other embodiments, the first covering part and the first shielding part may also be disposed outside the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400, and in this case, the second covering part and the second shielding part may be disposed outside the top surface of the rectangular body 400.

[0084] The first covering portion includes a first intermediate section and a first corner section that are connected to each other, and both the first intermediate section and the first corner section are attached to the top surface of the rectangular body 400. The first shielding portion includes a second intermediate section and a second corner section that are connected to each other, wherein the second intermediate section is attached to the top surface of the rectangular body 400, and the second corner section is attached to the outside of the first corner section, that is, the second corner section overlaps with the first corner section. The pressure tongue is disposed at the end of the second corner section away from the second intermediate section, so as to realize the covering function of the pressure tongue.

[0085] In this embodiment, there are two first corner segments, which are positioned opposite each other at both ends of the first middle segment. There are also two second corner segments and two pressure tongues, with the two second corner segments positioned opposite each other at both ends of the second middle segment. Each pressure tongue is positioned on one second corner segment. One second corner segment is attached to the outside of one first corner segment of one first package, and the other second corner segment is attached to the outside of one first corner segment of another first package, thus achieving a reasonable arrangement of the two first packages and two second packages, facilitating reliable packaging of the rectangular body 400.

[0086] Accordingly, there are two tongues, which are positioned opposite each other at both ends of the connector. One tongue extends into a second packaging component and the other tongue extends into another second packaging component, so as to cover the two edges between the first sidewall 410 and the two second sidewalls 420 respectively, thereby enhancing the protection effect.

[0087] In this embodiment, the specific structure of the second covering part is the same as that of the first covering part, and the specific structure of the second shielding part is the same as that of the first shielding part. One end of the second shielding part is attached to the outside of the second covering part of one first package, and the other end is attached to the outside of the second covering part of another first package. This will not be described in detail here.

[0088] Optionally, the first package is made by folding a first cardboard 110. The first cardboard 110 has multiple first creases 115 folded to form a first covering part, a connecting part, and a second covering part. By folding, the first cardboard 110 is divided into a first covering part, a connecting part, and a second covering part, which is easy to form and has low production cost. Correspondingly, the second package is made by folding a second cardboard 120. The second cardboard 120 has multiple second creases 125 folded to form a first shielding part, a connecting part, and a second shielding part. By folding, the second cardboard 120 is divided into a first shielding part, a connecting part, and a second shielding part, which is easy to form and has low production cost.

[0089] Furthermore, since both the first and second packages are made of cardboard, their shaping effect is poor. Therefore, they are fixed in relative position by adhesive bonding to prevent them from loosening and improve the packaging shaping effect. Optionally, the first covering part is bonded to the first shielding part, and the second covering part is bonded to the second shielding part, so as to simultaneously fix the relative position of the two first packages and the two second packages, improve the reliability of the packaging, and ensure the packaging effect.

[0090] In this embodiment, both the first and second packages are made of cardboard, but this is not the only embodiment. In other embodiments, both the first and second packages may be made of plastic. The materials of the first and second packages are not specifically limited.

[0091] Secondly, embodiments of this disclosure provide a packaging method applied to the packaging assembly 100 described above. The packaging assembly 100 includes the following steps:

[0092] Step S110: Process the first cardboard 110 and the second cardboard 120, wherein the first cardboard 110 includes a first plate 111, a second plate 112 and a third plate 113 connected in sequence, and the end of the second plate 112 is provided with an insert block 114. The second cardboard 120 includes a fourth plate 121, a fifth plate 122 and a sixth plate 123 connected in sequence, and the end of the fourth plate 121 is provided with a pressing block 124. The pressing block 124 includes a first pressing strip 1241 and a second pressing strip 1242 connected to each other.

[0093] It should be noted that in step S110, the first cardboard 110 and the second cardboard 120 are cut to form specific shapes, thereby facilitating the subsequent folding of the first cardboard 110 into a first package and the subsequent folding of the second cardboard 120 into a second package. Specifically, for the first cardboard 110, the first plate 111, the second plate 112, and the third plate 113 are located on the same plane. After folding, the first plate 111 forms a first covering portion, the second plate 112 forms a connecting portion, the third plate 113 forms a second covering portion, and the insert 114 forms an insert tongue after folding. For the second cardboard 120, the fourth board 121, the fifth board 122 and the sixth board 123 are located on the same plane. After the fourth board 121 is folded, it forms a first shielding part. After the fifth board 122 is folded, it forms a connecting part. After the sixth board 123 is folded, it forms a second shielding part. After the pressing block 124 is folded, it forms a pressing tongue (wherein, the first pressing strip 1241 forms a first pressing section after folding, and the second pressing strip 1242 forms a second pressing section after folding).

[0094] Optionally, in step S110, the first cardboard 110 and the second cardboard 120 are crimped or punched to form multiple first creases 115 on the first cardboard 110 and multiple second creases 125 on the second cardboard 120. Specifically, for the first cardboard 110, there is a first crease 115 between the first board 111 and the second board 112, and a first crease 115 between the second board 112 and the third board 113, to facilitate folding the first cardboard 110. For the second cardboard 120, there is a second crease 125 between the fourth board 121 and the fifth board 122, a second crease 125 between the fifth board 122 and the sixth board 123, and a second crease 125 between the fourth board 121 and the pressing block 124, to facilitate folding the second cardboard 120.

[0095] Step S120: Apply adhesive to the first plate 111 and / or the fourth plate 121 to facilitate bonding of the first plate 111 and the fourth plate 121.

[0096] In this embodiment, in step S120, adhesive is applied to both ends of the first plate 111 (at positions corresponding to the two first corner segments of the first covering portion) to facilitate the subsequent bonding of the fourth plate 121 to the first plate 111. Specifically, adhesive is applied to the first plates 111 of the two first cardboard 110 simultaneously to facilitate the bonding of the two second cardboard 120 to the two first cardboard 110 at the same time. However, this is not the only option. In other embodiments, adhesive can be applied to both ends of the fourth plate 121 individually, or simultaneously to both ends of the first plate 111 and both ends of the fourth plate 121.

[0097] Step S130: The two first cardboard pieces 110 are overlapped on the rectangular body 400 so that the second piece 112 and the third piece 113 both protrude from the first sidewall 410.

[0098] It should be noted that in step S130, two first cardboard pieces 110 are simultaneously placed on the top surface of the rectangular body 400, and the two first cardboard pieces 110 are positioned opposite each other on both sides of the rectangular body 400, with each first cardboard piece 110 protruding from a first sidewall 410. Optionally, the first piece 111 is completely attached to the top surface of the rectangular body 400, while the second piece 112 and the third piece 113 both protrude from the first sidewall 410 and are suspended in the air.

[0099] In this embodiment, both first cardboard pieces 110 are overlapped on the top surface of the rectangular body 400 to facilitate the subsequent downward folding of the first cardboard pieces 110. However, this is not the only embodiment. In other embodiments, both first cardboard pieces 110 can also be overlapped on the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400 to facilitate the subsequent upward folding of the first cardboard pieces 110, which can also achieve the packaging effect.

[0100] Step S140: Two second cardboard pieces 120 are overlapped on the rectangular body 400 so that the fifth piece 122 and the sixth piece 123 both protrude from the second sidewall 420, and the fourth piece 121 is partially attached to the first piece 111, and the pressing block 124 is at least partially attached to the second piece 112.

[0101] It should be noted that in step S140, two second cardboard pieces 120 are simultaneously placed on the top surface of the rectangular body 400, and the two second cardboard pieces 120 are arranged opposite each other on both sides of the rectangular body 400, with each second cardboard piece 120 protruding from a second sidewall 420. Optionally, the middle part of the fourth plate 121 is attached to the top surface of the rectangular body 400, and the two ends of the fourth plate 121 are respectively attached to the first plate 111 of the two first cardboard pieces 110. The pressing block 124 is attached to the second plate 112 (the first pressing strip 1241 in the pressing block 124 is attached to the second plate 112, and the second pressing strip 1242 in the pressing block 124 is attached to the insert block 114), while the fifth and sixth cardboard pieces both protrude from the second sidewall 420 and are suspended in mid-air.

[0102] Optionally, in step S140, since the two ends of the fourth plate 121 are respectively attached to the first plates 111 of the two first cardboard 110, and the first plates 111 are provided with adhesive, the fourth plate 121 and the first plates 111 can be bonded and fixed.

[0103] In this embodiment, both second cardboard pieces 120 are overlapped on the top surface of the rectangular body 400 to facilitate the subsequent downward folding of the second cardboard pieces 120. However, this is not the only embodiment. In other embodiments, both second cardboard pieces 120 can also be overlapped on the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400 to facilitate the subsequent upward folding of the second cardboard pieces 120, which can also achieve the packaging effect.

[0104] Step S150: Press the first plate 111 and the fourth plate 121 tightly against the rectangular body 400.

[0105] It should be noted that in step S150, the first plate 111 and the fourth plate 121 are pressed against the top surface of the rectangular body 400 to prevent the first cardboard 110 and the second cardboard 120 from shifting during subsequent folding, thereby avoiding misalignment during folding and ensuring the packaging effect.

[0106] Optionally, in step S150, the fourth plate 121 is firmly pressed onto the first plate 111, which can evenly press the adhesive between the first plate 111 and the fourth plate 121, and fix the relative position between the first plate 111 and the fourth plate 121 before the adhesive dries, thus ensuring the bonding and fixing effect.

[0107] Step S160: Fold the second plate 112 and the pressing block 124 simultaneously relative to the first plate 111, and fold the third plate 113 relative to the second plate 112, so that the first plate 111 and the third plate 113 are positioned opposite each other on the two sides of the rectangular body 400, and the second plate 112 is attached to the outside of the first side wall 410.

[0108] It should be noted that in step S160, the second plate 112 is first folded 90 degrees relative to the first plate 111, and the pressing block 124 is simultaneously folded 90 degrees relative to the fourth plate 121, so that the second plate 112 is completely fitted against the first sidewall 410. During this process, the insert block 114 folds along with the second plate 112 and always remains in contact with the second pressing strip 1242 in the pressing block 124. Subsequently, the third plate 113 is folded 90 degrees relative to the second plate 112, so that the third plate 113 is completely fitted against the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400. In this way, the second plate 112 is perpendicular to both the first plate 111 and the third plate 113. The first plate 111, the second plate 112, and the third plate 113 work together to cover the first sidewall 410 of the rectangular body 400.

[0109] Step S170: Apply adhesive to the sixth plate 123 and / or the third plate 113 to facilitate bonding of the sixth plate 123 and the third plate 113.

[0110] In this embodiment, in step S170, adhesive is applied to both ends of the sixth plate 123 (at positions corresponding to the two first corner segments of the second covering portion) to facilitate subsequent bonding of the sixth plate 123 to the third plate 113. Optionally, adhesive is applied to the sixth plates 123 of both second cardboard 120 simultaneously to facilitate bonding of both second cardboard 120 to both first cardboard 110 simultaneously. However, this is not the only option; in other embodiments, adhesive can be applied to both ends of the third plate 113 individually, or simultaneously to both ends of the sixth plate 123 and both ends of the third plate 113.

[0111] Step S180: Fold the insert block 114 relative to the second plate 112, and at the same time fold the second pressure strip 1242 relative to the first pressure strip 1241, so that the insert block 114 and the second pressure strip 1242 are sequentially attached to the outside of the second side wall 420.

[0112] It should be noted that in step S180, the insert block 114 is folded 90 degrees relative to the second plate 112, and the second pressure strip 1242 is folded 90 degrees relative to the first pressure strip 1241, so that the insert block 114 is completely attached to the second side wall 420 and the second pressure strip 1242 is attached to the outside of the insert block 114. At this time, the first cardboard 110 is folded and the first package is formed.

[0113] Step S190: Fold the fifth plate 122 relative to the fourth plate 121 and fold the sixth plate 123 relative to the fifth plate 122, so that the fourth plate 121 and the sixth plate 123 are positioned opposite each other on the outside of the rectangular body 400, and the fifth plate 122 is attached to the outside of the second side wall 420.

[0114] It should be noted that in step S190, the fifth plate 122 is first folded 90 degrees relative to the fourth plate 121, so that the middle part of the fifth plate 122 is attached to the second side wall 420, and the two ends of the fifth plate 122 are attached to the outside of the second pressing strips 1242 of the two second cardboard 120s; then the sixth plate 123 is folded 90 degrees relative to the fifth plate 122, so that the middle part of the sixth plate 123 is attached to the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400, and the two ends of the sixth plate 123 are respectively attached to the third plates 113 of the two first cardboard 110s. At this time, the second cardboard 120 is folded and the second package is formed. In this way, the fifth plate 122 is perpendicular to both the fourth plate 121 and the sixth plate 123. The fourth plate 121, the fifth plate 122 and the sixth plate 123 work together to cover the second side wall 420 of the rectangular body 400.

[0115] Optionally, in step S190, since the two ends of the sixth plate 123 are respectively attached to the third plate 113 of the two first cardboard 110, and the sixth plate 123 is provided with adhesive, the sixth plate 123 and the third plate 113 can be bonded and fixed.

[0116] Referring to Figures 5 to 13, in a third aspect, this disclosure provides a packaging apparatus 200 configured to implement the above-described packaging method, with the example of a first cardboard 110 and a second cardboard 120 overlapping the top surface of a rectangular body 400.

[0117] The packaging apparatus 200 includes a frame 210 and a first conveying mechanism 220, a second conveying mechanism 230, a first folding mechanism 240, a second folding mechanism 250, a third folding mechanism 260, a pressing mechanism 270, and a dispensing mechanism 280 mounted on the frame 210. The second conveying mechanism 230 is configured to overlap two second cardboard pieces 120 against a rectangular body 400, such that the fifth piece 122 and the sixth piece 123 both protrude from the second sidewall 420, and that the fourth piece 121 partially adheres to the first piece 111. The pressure block 124 is attached to the second plate 112, i.e., the second conveying mechanism 230 is configured to implement step S140; the clamping mechanism 270 is configured to press the first plate 111 and the fourth plate 121 against the top surface of the rectangular body 400, i.e., the clamping mechanism 270 is configured to implement step S150; the first folding mechanism 240 is configured to fold the second plate 112 and the pressure block 124 simultaneously relative to the first plate 111, and fold the third plate 113 relative to the second plate 112, so that the first plate 111 and the third plate 113 are close together. The first folding mechanism 240 is configured to implement step S160, with the second plate 112 attached to the outside of the first sidewall 410, and the second folding mechanism 250 is configured to fold the insert 114 relative to the second plate 112, and simultaneously fold the second pressure strip 1242 relative to the first pressure strip 1241, so that the insert 114 and the second pressure strip 1242 are sequentially attached to the outside of the second sidewall 420; the second folding mechanism 250 is configured to implement step S180; the dispensing mechanism 280 is configured to... The first plate 111 or the sixth plate 123 is glued, that is, the glue dispensing mechanism 280 is configured to implement steps S120 and S170; the third folding mechanism 260 is configured to fold the fifth plate 122 relative to the fourth plate 121 and the sixth plate 123 relative to the fifth plate 122, so that the fourth plate 121 and the sixth plate 123 are positioned opposite each other on the two sides of the rectangular body 400, and the fifth plate 122 is attached to the outside of the second side wall 420, that is, the third folding mechanism 260 is configured to implement step S190.

[0118] The first conveying mechanism 220 includes a storage unit 221, a transfer unit 222, and a sheet feeding unit 223. The transfer unit 222 is connected between the storage unit 221 and the sheet feeding unit 223. The storage unit 221 is configured to store the processed first cardboard 110. The transfer unit 222 is configured to transfer the first cardboard 110 in the storage unit 221 to a preset position. The sheet feeding unit 223 is configured to transport the first cardboard 110 in the preset position to the rectangular body 400 so that the first cardboard 110 overlaps the top surface of the rectangular body 400 for subsequent folding.

[0119] The transfer unit 222 includes a first transfer module 2221 and a second transfer module 2222. The first transfer module 2221 is configured to remove the first cardboard 110 from the storage unit 221 and move and lift it to a preset height for the first transfer. The second transfer module 2222 is configured to move and pull the first cardboard 110, lifted to the preset height, onto the paper-feeding platform 2223, so that the first cardboard 110 reaches a preset position for the second transfer. At this point, the first cardboard 110 is parallel to the first sidewall 410 of the rectangular body 400. Subsequently, the sheet-feeding unit 223 moves the first cardboard 110, which is in the preset position, onto the rectangular body 400, so that the first cardboard 110 overlaps the top surface of the rectangular body 400 for subsequent folding.

[0120] In this embodiment, there are two first conveying mechanisms 220. Each first conveying mechanism 220 is configured to convey one first cardboard 110. The two first conveying mechanisms 220 are respectively located on both sides of the two ends of the conveying mechanism 290 and are arranged in a cross shape to avoid mutual interference.

[0121] The sheet feeding unit 223 includes a robotic arm 2231 and a vacuum suction cup 2232. The vacuum suction cup 2232 is mounted on the robotic arm 2231 and is configured to pick up the first cardboard 110. The robotic arm 2231 is configured to drive the vacuum suction cup 2232 to move. The robotic arm 2231 and the vacuum suction cup 2232 work together to first pick up the first cardboard 110 from a preset position, then move the first cardboard 110 to the rectangular body 400, and finally place the first cardboard 110 on the top surface of the rectangular body 400.

[0122] It should be noted that the conveying principle of the second conveying mechanism 230 is similar to that of the first conveying mechanism 220, except that the conveying direction is different. The main difference is that the second conveying mechanism 230 does not require a second transfer, which will not be elaborated here. In this embodiment, there are two second conveying mechanisms 230, each configured to convey one second cardboard 120. The two second conveying mechanisms 230 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the conveying mechanism 290 to avoid mutual interference.

[0123] Optionally, the first conveying mechanism 220 and the second conveying mechanism 230 adopt a compact frame design, reducing the space occupied by the equipment and facilitating efficient transportation. Through the cooperation of the first conveying mechanism 220 and the second conveying mechanism 230, the paper picking and placing actions of the first cardboard 110 and the second cardboard 120 are implemented step-by-step, avoiding mutual interference with the paper stacking action. This allows for simultaneous or partially simultaneous implementation of paper picking, placing, and stacking actions, significantly reducing time compared to sequential implementation and effectively improving packaging efficiency. Furthermore, the cooperation of the two first conveying mechanisms 220 and the two second conveying mechanisms 230 enables simultaneous paper picking from four directions and adjusts the paper placement position according to the size of the rectangular body 400, thereby achieving packaging of rectangular bodies 400 of different sizes and improving equipment compatibility.

[0124] The first folding mechanism 240 includes a pressing and folding unit 241 and an inward folding unit 242 arranged at intervals. The pressing and folding unit 241 is configured to press and fold the second plate 112 and the pressing block 124 downward along the first sidewall 410 so that the second plate 112 and the pressing block 124 are both set perpendicular to the first plate 111, completing the first fold. During this process, the second plate 112 is folded 90 degrees relative to the first plate 111, and the pressing block 124 is folded 90 degrees relative to the fourth plate 121 so that the second plate 112 is completely attached to the first sidewall 410, and the insert block 114 folds along with the second plate 112 and always remains in contact with the second pressing strip 1242 in the pressing block 124. The inward folding unit 242 is configured to press the third plate 113 inward along the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400 so that the third plate 113 is set perpendicular to the second plate 112, completing the second fold. During this process, the third plate 113 is folded 90 degrees relative to the second plate 112 so that the third plate 113 is completely attached to the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400.

[0125] The inward folding unit 242 includes a first driving member 2421, a lifting frame 2422, a second driving member 2423, and a push plate 2424. The first driving member 2421 is connected to the lifting frame 2422, and the second driving member 2423 is mounted on the lifting frame 2422 and connected to the push plate 2424. The first driving member 2421 is configured to drive the lifting frame 2422 to rise or fall, thereby adjusting the height of the push plate 2424 to ensure folding accuracy. The second driving member 2423 is configured to drive the third plate 113 to move through the push plate 2424 to achieve the folding function.

[0126] In this embodiment, to ensure packaging effect and improve packaging efficiency, the folding unit 241 and the pressing mechanism 270 are both integrated and installed on the robotic arm 2231. The robotic arm 2231 can synchronously drive the vacuum suction cup 2232, the folding unit 241 and the pressing mechanism 270 to move. That is, the feeding function of the first cardboard 110 (step S130), the folding function of the first cardboard 110 (the first fold in step S160) and the pressing function of the first cardboard 110 and the second cardboard 120 (step S150) are integrated into one, which is conducive to quickly pressing (step S150) after the feeding of the first cardboard 110 and the second cardboard 120 (steps S130 and S140), and also facilitates quickly folding the first cardboard 110 (the first fold in step S160) after pressing (step S150), thereby improving packaging efficiency. In addition, the layout of each component is compact, making the packaging device 200 have a compact structure and can meet the requirements of rapid packaging of rectangular bodies 400 of different sizes. However, this is not the only option. In other embodiments, the pressing and folding unit 241, the pressing mechanism 270, and the sheet feeding unit 223 can be arranged separately, or any two of them can be integrated. The specific arrangement of the pressing and folding unit 241, the pressing mechanism 270, and the sheet feeding unit 223 is not limited.

[0127] Optionally, the first folding mechanism 240 further includes an adjustment unit 243. There are two inner folding units 242, which are arranged opposite to each other and slidably mounted on the adjustment unit 243. The two inner folding units 242 work together to simultaneously fold the two first cardboard pieces 110, improving folding efficiency and thus packaging efficiency. Specifically, the adjustment unit 243 is configured to move the two inner folding units 242 closer together or further apart to adjust the spacing between them. This allows the two inner folding units 242 to fold rectangular bodies 400 of different sizes, improving the versatility of the packaging device 200.

[0128] It should be noted that the folding principle of the pressing and folding unit 241 is similar to that of the inward folding unit 242, only the folding direction is different, and will not be elaborated further here. Furthermore, there are also two pressing and folding units 241. These two units work together to simultaneously fold the two first cardboard pieces 110, improving folding efficiency. Additionally, there are two feeding units 223 and two pressing mechanisms 270. The robotic arm 2231 in each feeding unit 223 can drive one pressing mechanism 270 and one pressing and folding unit 241. On one hand, this allows the two pressing and folding units 241 to move closer or further apart, thereby adjusting the distance between them and enabling them to fold rectangular bodies 400 of different sizes. On the other hand, it allows the two pressing mechanisms 270 to move closer or further apart, thereby adjusting the distance between them and enabling them to press rectangular bodies 400 of different sizes, improving the versatility of the packaging device 200.

[0129] The second folding mechanism 250 includes a third drive member 251, a lifting seat 252, a fourth drive member 253, and a folding plate 254. The third drive member 251 is connected to the lifting seat 252, and the fourth drive member 253 is installed on the lifting seat 252 and connected to the folding plate 254. The third drive member 251 is configured to drive the lifting seat 252 to rise or fall, thereby adjusting the height of the folding plate 254 and ensuring folding accuracy. The fourth drive member 253 is configured to synchronously drive the insert block 114 and the second pressure strip 1242 to move through the folding plate 254 to achieve the folding function.

[0130] It should be noted that the folding principle of the third folding mechanism 260 is similar to that of the first folding mechanism 240, except that the folding direction is different. The first folding mechanism 240 first folds downward along the first side wall 410 and then folds inward along the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400, while the third folding mechanism 260 first folds downward along the second side wall 420 and then folds inward along the bottom surface of the rectangular body 400. This will not be elaborated further here.

[0131] In this embodiment, to ensure packaging effect and improve packaging efficiency, the downward folding unit in the third folding mechanism 260 (similar to the pressing folding unit 241 in the first folding mechanism 240) is integrated into the second folding mechanism 250. That is, the folding function of the insert block 114 and the second pressing strip 1242 (step S180) and the pressing folding function of the second cardboard 120 (the first fold in step S190) are integrated into one unit. This facilitates the rapid pressing folding of the second cardboard 120 (the first fold in step S190) after the insert block 114 and the second pressing strip 1242 are folded (step S180), improving packaging efficiency. Furthermore, the compact layout of each component makes the packaging device 200 structurally compact and able to meet the rapid packaging requirements of rectangular bodies 400 of different sizes. However, this is not the only option. In other embodiments, the downward folding unit and the second folding mechanism 250 can also be set separately, and the specific arrangement of the downward folding unit and the second folding mechanism 250 is not specifically limited.

[0132] Optionally, the third folding mechanism 260 includes a pressure plate 261. The pressure plate 261 is connected to the lifting seat 252 and is arranged parallel to each other above the folding plate 254. The third driving member 251 can synchronously drive the pressure plate 261 and the folding plate 254 to rise and fall through the lifting seat 252. During the folding process, the fourth driving member 253 first drives the folding plate 254 to retract; then the entire third folding mechanism 260 moves to the side of the rectangular body 400 so that the pressure plate 261 is positioned above the second cardboard 120, while the folding plate 254 is positioned outside the second side wall 420; then the fourth driving member 253 drives the folding plate 254 to extend, so that the insert block 114 and the second pressure strip 1242 are folded to fit against the second side wall 420. At this time, the pressure plate 261 remains stationary, and the folding plate 254 is positioned on the pressure plate after it extends. Below plate 261; then, using the third driving component 251, the pressure plate 261 and the folding plate 254 are simultaneously driven downwards. During this process, the pressure plate 261 folds the second cardboard 120 downwards (folding the fifth plate 122 90 degrees relative to the fourth plate 121), so that the fifth plate 122 partially adheres to the second side wall 420, and clamps the insert block 114 and the second pressure strip 1242 between the fifth plate 122 and the second side wall 420, while the folding plate 254 gradually disengages from the second pressure strip 1242 from top to bottom. In this way, the folding of the insert block 114 and the second pressure strip 1242 and the pressing and folding of the second cardboard 120 are completed sequentially in a very short interval, further improving packaging efficiency.

[0133] Optionally, if the size of the rectangular body 400 is relatively large, i.e., the length of the fifth section 122 is relatively long, the packaging device 200 also includes a fourth folding mechanism 310. During the process of folding the fifth section 122 relative to the fourth section 121 (the first fold in step S190), the pressure plate 261 of the third folding mechanism 260 presses the end of the fifth section 122 downward, while the fourth folding mechanism 310 assists in pressing the middle of the fifth section 122 downward. The fourth folding mechanism 310 and the pressure plate 261 of the third folding mechanism 260 work together to ensure that the entire fifth section 122 folds downward synchronously, avoiding twisting and deformation of the fifth section 122, ensuring the packaging effect, and improving the flatness of the large-size rectangular body 400 packaging.

[0134] Optionally, the packaging apparatus 200 further includes a conveying mechanism 290. The conveying mechanism 290 is mounted on the frame 210 and is configured to deliver the rectangular body 400 to a first station. The first conveying mechanism 220, the second conveying mechanism 230, the pressing mechanism 270, and the first folding mechanism 240 are all configured to operate on the rectangular body 400 at the first station, meaning the packaging apparatus 200 can sequentially perform steps S130, S140, S150, and S160 on the rectangular body 400 at the first station. The conveying mechanism 290 is also configured to deliver the rectangular body 400 to a second station. The second folding mechanism 250 and the third folding mechanism 260 are both configured to operate on the rectangular body 400 at the second station, meaning the packaging apparatus 200 can sequentially perform steps S180 and S190 on the rectangular body 400 at the second station. In this way, the multiple steps in the packaging process are carried out in two different stations, which simplifies the structure of the packaging device 200, avoids interference between the various working mechanisms, ensures the packaging effect, and after the first rectangular body 400 is sent from the first station to the second station, the second rectangular body 400 can be sent to the first station to realize the packaging operation of the two rectangular bodies 400 at the same time, which greatly improves the packaging efficiency.
