[0009] The present invention arises from the observation that, although artificial plants can become visually indistinguishable from natural ones and have appreciable advantages such as not needing watering and remaining in perfect condition continuously, they lack the natural aroma of real plants and flowers.
[0010] In everyday use situations, these plants cannot offer the olfactory experience that a natural plant provides, which limits their ability to create completely authentic and sensorially rich environments.
[0011] In response to this problem, the present invention presents an artificial scented plant that allows users to enjoy the aesthetic and practical benefits of artificial plants while immersing themselves in a natural olfactory experience, thus enhancing the authenticity and appeal of any decorative space. Currently, no artificial scented plant is known to exist that presents structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal or similar to those described in this specification, as claimed.

[0013] The object of the present invention is the creation of an artificial scented plant that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.
[0014] The present invention relates to an artificial scented plant, comprising an artificial plant with elements that release aromas from a refillable perfume reservoir, preferably housed in a pot that supports the plant, facilitating the absorption of the perfume from the reservoir into the artificial plant for controlled release into the environment. The elements may include a porous channel in the stems, allowing capillary drainage, a pumping system (preferably powered by a small solar panel) with nozzles in flowers, buds, or stems, etc.

CLAIMS 1. Aromatic artificial plant, characterized by comprising an artificial plant (1) with elements that release aromas from a reservoir (3) with perfume.
2. Aromatic artificial plant, according to claim 1, characterized in that the elements that release aromas are in stems (2) of the artificial plant (1).
3. Aromatic artificial plant, according to claim 1, characterized in that the reservoir (3) is in a pot (4).
4. Artificial scented plant, according to claim 2, characterized in that the elements that release perfume are absorbent wicks in the stems (2).
5. Aromatic artificial plant, according to claim 2, characterized in that the stems (2) are covered with an absorbent material.
6. Artificial scented plant, according to claim 1, characterized in that the elements that release aroma are a pump powered by a solar panel.
7. Artificial scented plant, according to claim 3, characterized in that the reservoir (3) is connected to an external access system to the pot (4).
8. Artificial scented plant, according to claim 2, characterized in that the pot (4) has an inner platform (4.1) for fixing the stems (2).
9. Aromatic artificial plant, according to claim 8, characterized in that it comprises filling material (5) on the inner platform (4.1).
