CLAIMS 1. Portable security and recording device for personal use, characterized by including in a collar (1), with a safety locking system (2), an image recording and storage system (3), a notification system (6) to give automatic alerts to security services or emergency contacts, an emergency system (4) to manually launch those alerts, a connection system (5) for transmitting the alerts, a personal information system (7) with relevant user information, and a power supply system (8).
2. Portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 1, characterized in that the collar (1) is cut-resistant.
3. Portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 1, characterized in that the security locking system (2) includes a remotely controlled digital mechanism or an analog mechanism with combination.
4. Portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 1, characterized in that the recording and storage system (3) includes a video camera with night vision equipped with an SD card located near the closure.
5. Portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 1, characterized in that the emergency system (4) includes an emergency button associated with a GPS location module.
6. Portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection system (5) includes a SIM card, NFC module, proximity sensor and microphone with voice processing.

A portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 1, characterized in that the notification system (6) includes sensors integrated into the collar (1) to alert about falls, obstructed camera and low battery levels, tilt sensors, biometric pulse sensors, and GPS sensors with emergency signal receiver.
8. A portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 1, characterized in that the personal information system (7) includes a QR code engraved on the collar (1).
9. Portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises personal defense elements (9) including a deterrent sound alarm and a strobe light, both of which can be activated by voice commands, and a chemical capsule with a marker.
10. Portable security and recording device for personal use, according to claim 4, characterized in that the video camera is integrated into a drone with folding wings that are automatically deployed by activation of the emergency contact.
