Description

[0001] Description

[0002] Overlapping clip with double joints, designed for attachment to the inner rim of the toilet seat and attachment for toilet paper, which prevents splashing of excrement and urine onto the genitals.

[0003] The present invention relates to improvements of a superimposed clip with double joints, designed for attachment to the inner rim of the toilet seat and attachment for toilet paper, which prevents splashing of excrement and urine on the genitals.

[0004] Experience shows that users currently encounter the inconvenience of the toilet bowl when they need to relieve themselves due to splashes of excrement and urine on the genitals, creating various and diverse infections in some users.

[0005] Experience further demonstrates that the user currently encounters the inconvenience of soiling the toilet bowl wall with excrement and having to clean it with the brush, the toilet bowl wall, using cleaning products and, moreover, using the flushing mechanism countless times to clean the bowl, remembering that it is drinking water.

[0006] Experience shows that users also encounter the same inconveniences described above in certain public toilets: motorway toilets, shopping centre toilets, restaurant toilets, toilets in train stations, toilets on trains, toilets on airplanes, etc.

[0007] This overlapping clamp with double joints is designed so that it is easily transportable.

[0008] The superimposed clip with double joints, designed for attachment to the inner rim of the toilet seat and attachment for the toilet paper of the invention, which remedies these inconveniences, is remarkable in that the user has the advantage of preventing and reducing all these inconveniences.

[0009] The present invention will be described in detail and understood hereafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of example only, in which:

[0010] - Fig. 1 is a side view with a cross-sectional detail of the clamp according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment.

[0011] - Fig. 2 is a side view with a cross-sectional detail of the clamp according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment.

[0012] - Fig. 3 is a top view of the clamp according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment.

[0013] - Fig. 4 is a front view with a cross-sectional detail of the clamp according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment.

[0014] - Fig. 5 is a side view of the clamp fixed to the inner edge of the toilet seat, with cross-sectional details of the toilet seat according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment. - Fig. 6 is a side view of the clamp fixed to the inner edge of the toilet seat, with cross-sectional details of the toilet seat according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment.

[0015] - Fig. 7 is a side view of the clamp fixed to the inner edge of a toilet seat with a hollow wall, with cross-sectional details of the toilet seat according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment.

[0016] - Fig. 8 is a side view of the clamp fixed to the inner edge of the toilet seat with cross-sectional details of the toilet seat according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment - Fig. 9 is a top view of the clamp fixed to the inner edge of the toilet seat according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment.

[0017] - Fig. 10 is a top view of the clamp fixed to the inner edge of the toilet seat according to the invention, showing the details of the embodiment.

[0018] Referring to figures 1 to 4, these show that the overlapping clip with double joints, designed for attachment to the inner rim of the toilet seat and for attachment to toilet paper, which prevents splashing of excrement and urine onto the genitals, is characterized in that it comprises:

[0019] A seat support 1 taking the form of an inverted L at 90° seen from a lateral plane, said support L has at the base of its lower end a joint 3, linking a support flap 2, having on their horizontal axes seen from a front plane, two tension springs with legs 4, distinctly one on the right and one on the left.

[0020] The seat support L has at the base of its upper end a second joint 7, linking a second support flap 5 superimposed with a lever arm 6, having on their horizontal axes seen from a top plane, two tension springs with legs 8, distinctly one on the right and one on the left.

[0021] Referring to figures 2 and 5, these show that the superimposed clamp with double joints, the seat support 1 and the support flap 2, are designed on their inner walls with anti-slip spiked cleats 9 and 10, the latter taking the form of a jaw seen from a lateral plane, which is fixed on the inner edge of the toilet seat 13.

[0022] Referring to figures 2, 4 and 6, these show that the superimposed clamp, the support flap 5, is designed with a non-slip spiked 11 on its inner wall, centrally placed when viewed from a front view, designed to block the toilet paper 12 between the seat support 1 and said support flap 5.

[0023] Referring to figures 1, 2 and 4, these show that the clamp superimposed on the upper wall of the seat support 1 is designed with a notch 16, designed for the fitting of the anti-slip spike 11.

[0024] Referring to Figure 7, it shows that the superimposed clip is also designed for the toilet seat with the hollow wall 15. Referring to Figure 8, it shows that the superimposed clip is designed for closing the flap 14 of the toilet seat.

[0025] Referring to figure 9, this shows a clamp fixed superimposed on the inner edge of the toilet seat 13.

[0026] Referring to figure 10, this shows a toilet paper 12 fixed in the superimposed clip, said toilet paper 12 extending into the toilet bowl.
