[0002] “Modular and multifunctional tool anchoring and fixing device”

[0003] Description

[0004] Field of the art

[0005] The present invention operates in the field of civil engineering and relates to an anchoring device, designed for retaining objects of various weight without the use of hooks. The device, adapted for home and industrial contexts, exploits friction and the forces counteracting gravity.

[0006] Prior art

[0007] At the state of the art, one observes a growing need for solutions that ensure a secure and effective anchorage for a variety of objects, with particular attention to safety, versatility and to the capacity to be adapted to different weights and sizes. The conventional anchorage systems is mainly based on hooks or fixed supports which, while being functional, have significant limitations in terms of flexibility and safety. Often, such systems require complex structural modifications or the installation of additional components for managing objects of variable weight, involving an increase of costs and a reduction of the operative efficiency. Another critical issue of conventional systems is the absence of automatic adjustment mechanisms for the pressure and weight monitoring, essential for a dynamic adaptation to the variable use conditions. This lack can increase the risk of accidents and damage to the tools. In addition, the conventional systems do not include advanced safety functions, such as automatic locking mechanisms, which could prevent the accidental release of the anchored objects. With regard to the industrial devices, an analysis of the existing patents shows several significant limitations in resolving the abovementioned problems. The patent US2017188722A1 describes a magnetic tool-holder designed for being fixed to a perforated panel. This device uses a magnetic panel and a base with a closed structure, which allows the tools to adhere magnetically. Even if useful for organizing tools, this solution does not address the need for a safe and dynamic anchoring system, capable of being adapted to variableLEIBO. / 75e2025

[0008] weights and sizes. In addition, it lacks mechanisms for the automatic adjustment of the pressure, for weight monitoring and advanced safety functionality, such as automatic locking, limiting the applicability thereof in contexts where the accidental release of the objects must be avoided. In an analogous manner, the patent US12115648B1 proposes a tool organized designed for transporting equipment pieces of different size and types. This device comprises two hinged compartments, which can pass from a closed position, for preventing the fall of the tools, to an open position, in order to facilitate the access thereof. Even if it offers advantages in terms of organization, it does not meet the requirements of dynamic safety and adaptability required by an advanced anchorage system. The organizer is mainly concentrate on the transport and accessibility, without including characteristics for the adaptation to variable weights or to prevent accidental release during use. In summary, the patents US2017188722A1 and US12115648B1, while contributing to the field of organization and preservation of the tools, do not meet the needs of an anchorage system that ensures safety, versatility and adaptability in variable operative conditions. These limitations underline the need for a technological innovation that overcomes the flaws of the existing solutions. The present invention aims to resolve this gap, by providing an advanced anchoring and fixing device capable of retaining tools by exploiting friction and the forces counteracting gravity, eliminating the need for conventional hooks. In addition, the device integrates a safety locking mechanism with retractable hooks, which ensures the maintenance of the tools in position, preventing accidental releases and improving the overall safety. The following description will clarify the inventive concept and will highlight the innovative characteristics of the device, designed for overcoming the flaws of current technologies.

[0009]

[0010] of the invention

[0011] According to the present invention, a modular and multifunctional tool anchoring and fixing device is attained which is distinguished for its versatility and sturdiness, being adapted for multiple professional and home applications. It is constituted by a shaped central body with a pentagonal cross-section, attained with a closed chamber structure, designed for ensuringLEIBO. / 75e2025

[0012] rigidity and resistance. This design offers stability and reliability even in intense use conditions of equipment pieces and tools of many different shapes, sizes and weight. As a non-limiting example, hereinbelow there is a list of the tools that can be housed or anchored in the device: - kitchen tools such as knives, spatulas, whisks, wooden spoons, ladles;

[0013] - gardening tools such as shovels, shears, hoes, rakes, transplanters, pruning scissors; - manual work instruments such as screw drivers, pliers, hammers, wrenches, pincers; - cleaning tools such as brooms, dustpans, mops, scrubbing brushes, feather dusters; - light electrical tools, drillers, screwers, portable sanders;

[0014] - precision instruments such as scalpels, files, micrometers, calipers;

[0015] - sports equipment such as golf clubs, hiking poles, tennis rackets, ski poles;

[0016] - instruments for home improvement, brushes, rollers, spatulas for plaster, cutters;

[0017] - medical or laboratory instruments, tweezers, scalpels, pipettes, droppers;

[0018] - welding tools such as tubes, grippers for electrodes, welding brushes;

[0019] - automotive accessories, cross wrenches, manometers, levers for tires;

[0020] - portable musical instruments, drum sticks, violin bows;

[0021] - objects for home maintenance, scrapers, wipers, multipurpose tools.

[0022] The rear side of the central body is configured for allowing a safe installation on vertical surfaces, such as wood, metal or concrete walls, perforating panels, racks, tiled surfaces or plastered walls, due to an integrated fixing system.

[0023] The lower side of the device is designed for hosting two rows of mirror-image combs, made of high-strength rubber. These combs are provided with flexible teeth that generate a friction force sufficient for retaining tools of various shapes, sizes and weights. Due to this configuration, the system exploits the forces counteracting gravity in order to ensure a safe and stable anchoring, preventing sliding or accidental movements during use. The choice of high-strength rubber is not random: the material combines sturdiness and flexibility, allowing the combs to be dynamically adapted to tools with different diameters and weights. This approach renders the device particularly versatile, capable of supporting tools with a wide weight range, from the lightest, such as knives or spatulas, to the heaviest, such as hammersLEIBO. / 75e2025

[0024] or gardening tools. The flexibility of the teeth also ensures a uniform grip, reducing the risk of deformations or damage to the retained tools. This system has been studied in order to ensure reliability in dynamic environments, where the safe organization of the tools is essential. The elasticity of the combs allows not only a stable fixing, but also a quick removal and repositioning of the tools, improving the operative efficiency.

[0025] The device also comprises removable caps, positioned at the ends of the central body, which carry out a double function: laterally closing the device for greater safety and allowing, if removed, the modular expansion by connecting multiple devices. This modular aspect represents a significant advantage, since it allows personalizing the system based on the specific needs of the user.

[0026] In order to further improve the flexibility of use, the device can integrate an additional rear bracket, designed for supporting the wall coupling in an even more stable manner. Made of metal material, treated against corrosion, this bracket is ideal for settings exposed to humidity or weathering agents, ensuring a long duration.

[0027] Another distinctive, further element is the capacity to include a telescopic system that extends the surface of the combs, passing from a closed configuration to an open configuration. This mechanism allows increasing the number of fixable tools, rendering the device particularly useful in contexts where the space is limited but the organization capacity is essential.

[0028] In several advanced configurations, the device is provided with an ultraviolet lamp for disinfecting the tools, timers for monitoring the exposure time and weight sensors which automatically adjust the pressure of the combs based on the detected load. These elements not only improve the functionality of the device, but they also render it an instrument of precision for professional environments, such as laboratories or workshops.

[0029] In order to increase the safety and the visibility, photosensitive sensors and LED lights can be included, which are automatically activated in poor lighting conditions. Such aspect is particularly useful in warehouses, garages or poorly lit spaces, where a suitable visibility is essential.

[0030] A further advantage is represented by the possibility of integrating dedicated chambers,LEIBO. / 75e2025

[0031] positioned below the combs, for organizing the tools in predetermined positions. Such chambers possibly include LED lights controlled by proximity sensors, which signal the correct positioning of the tools, thus increasing the efficiency and reducing the risk of errors. The device finally integrates an advanced RFID system, designed for the automatic recognition of the housed tools. This system allows identifying each tool in a unique manner, recording data relative to their use, such as the use frequency, stay time in the device or the detected weight. The traceability functionality ensures a precise and continuous control of the tools, being particularly useful in professional contexts where it is essential to monitor the operating efficiency, prevent losses and optimize the management of the equipment.

[0032] Finally, the device is provided with a central system, remote or integrated, connected to a mini screen that provides detailed information to the user, such as the number of tools present or in use, hence absent from the “seat”, their weight, the use time and other important measurements. This characteristic adds a level of intelligence to the device, rendering it an ideal instrument for those who seek not only a physical support for the tools, but also an advanced and integrated management.
