Description

Assembled water stop equipment

[0001] The present invention relates to an assembled water stop equipment composed of a variable-width water stop body whose width can be expanded or reduced and a fixed-width water stop body.

[0002] There is an assembled water stop equipment installed for the purpose of preventing flooding at the boundaries of facilities, entrances and exits of parking lots and warehouses, etc. during floods, typhoons, heavy rains or when receiving forecasts thereof (for example, FIG. 5 of Patent Document 1, etc.).

[0003] JP-A-2023-1017

[0004] The above-mentioned assembled water stop equipment can be temporarily installed when necessary and can be easily removed when it becomes unnecessary, so it was very convenient in situations where the risk of flooding or the impact of flooding due to typhoons, heavy rains, etc. was assumed. However, by simply connecting and installing a plurality of fixed-width water stop bodies, only a water stop equipment with a multiple width of the water stop body (such as 2n, 3n, etc. when the total width of one water stop body is n) could be provided.

[0005] Therefore, an object is to provide an assembled water stop equipment that maintains the convenience of being able to be temporarily installed and easily removed, as well as the conventional function of preventing flooding, and can also be adjusted to expand (widen) or contract (narrow) the width.

[0006] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a variable-width water stop body including a bottom surface that is a surface placed on the ground during installation, a back rising surface extending from an end in the depth direction of the bottom surface in the direction opposite to the ground, and a variable-width mechanism capable of expanding or contracting the total width of the variable-width water stop body, and a fixed-width water stop body disposed adjacent to the variable-width water stop body, including a bottom surface and a back rising surface extending from an end in the depth direction of the bottom surface in the direction opposite to the ground, and provides an assembled water stop equipment that connects the variable-width water stop body and the fixed-width water stop body to prevent flooding.

[0007] Furthermore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides the aforementioned water-stopping equipment comprising: a sliding movable body provided to be movable in the width direction of the variable-width water-stopping body; a tightening / loosening screw whose tip penetrates the surface of the bottom surface or the back upright surface of the variable-width water-stopping body and reaches the back surface thereof; and a movable body guide path provided at the tip of the tightening / loosening screw.

[0008] Furthermore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides the aforementioned assembly-type water-stopping device, which is provided with a side upright surface on one end of the variable-width water-stopping body on the side where the expansion or contraction operation by the variable-width mechanism does not occur.

[0009] The water-stopping device of the present invention comprises at least a variable-width water-stopping body having a bottom surface which is placed on the ground when installed, a back upright surface extending in the opposite direction from the depth end of the bottom surface, and a variable width mechanism capable of expanding or contracting the overall width of the variable-width water-stopping body, and a fixed-width water-stopping body disposed adjacent to the variable-width water-stopping body having a bottom surface and a back upright surface extending in the opposite direction from the depth end of the bottom surface, and connecting the variable-width water-stopping body and the fixed-width water-stopping body to prevent flooding, while maintaining the convenience of being able to be temporarily installed and easily removed, as well as the conventional function of preventing flooding, it is also possible to adjust the overall width by expanding (widening) or contracting (contracting) within the range in which the variable width mechanism operates.

[0010] The water-stopping device of the present invention comprises a variable width mechanism consisting of a sliding body that is movable in the width direction of the variable width water-stopping body, a tightening / loosening screw whose tip penetrates the surface of the bottom surface or the upright back surface of the variable width water-stopping body and reaches its back surface, and a sliding body guide path provided at the tip of the tightening / loosening screw. Therefore, adjustments such as expanding (widening) or shrinking (reducing) the overall width of the variable width water-stopping body (or the water-stopping device encompassing the variable width water-stopping body) can be made by a simple operation of loosening the tightening / loosening screw, then pulling or pressing the sliding body to slide it to the desired position, and then tightening the tightening / loosening screw to fix it in place.

[0011] Furthermore, the water-stopping device of the present invention is provided with a side upright surface on one end of the variable-width water-stopping body on the side where the expansion or contraction operation by the variable-width mechanism does not occur. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water ingress not only from the back upright surface of the variable-width water-stopping body and the back upright surface of the fixed-width water-stopping body, but also from the side upright surface of the variable-width water-stopping body.

[0012] Figure 1 is a diagram showing the schematic configuration of the water-stopping equipment. Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the overall structure of the variable-width water-stopping body. Figure 3 is a front view of the variable-width water-stopping body. Figure 4 is a rear view of the variable-width water-stopping body. Figure 5 is a right side view of the variable-width water-stopping body. Figure 6 is a perspective view showing the overall structure of the fixed-width water-stopping body. Figure 7 is an image diagram (rear view) showing the resizing operation and function of the variable-width water-stopping body. Figure 8 is a rear view showing the variable-width water-stopping body after resizing. Figure 9 is an image diagram showing an example of water-stopping equipment installation 1 (an example of installation when sandwiched between walls or columns). Figure 10 is a diagram showing an example of water-stopping equipment installation 2 (an example of installation when placed in front of an entrance / exit).

[0013] This system will be implemented as a temporary, prefabricated water-stopping device to be installed at facility boundaries, entrances to parking lots and warehouses, etc., in response to forecasts of flood risk, typhoons, heavy rain, etc.

[0014] First, the configuration of the water-stopping equipment and each of the water-stopping elements that make up the water-stopping equipment will be explained with reference to Figures 1 to 6.

[0015] The water-stopping device (1) includes a variable-width water-stopping body (10) whose overall width can be expanded (widened) or reduced (shortened) by a predetermined operation, and a fixed-width water-stopping body (20) whose overall width cannot be changed. The variable-width water-stopping body, which is located at the leftmost end, is connected to the fixed-width water-stopping body located to its right, and the upright back surface (12) of the variable-width water-stopping body and the upright back surface (22) of the fixed-width water-stopping body prevent water ingress (Figures 1, 2, and 6).

[0016] The variable-width water-stopping body (10) comprises a bottom surface (11) that extends in the width and depth directions and is placed on the ground during installation, a rear upright surface (12) that extends from the depth end of the bottom surface in the opposite direction to the ground (upward direction), a variable-width mechanism (13) that can widen or narrow the entire width of the variable-width water-stopping body by performing a certain operation, and a side upright surface (14) provided on one side end of the variable-width water-stopping body on the side where the widening or narrowing operation by the variable-width mechanism does not occur (the left rear end shown in Figure 2) (Figure 2).

[0017] The variable width mechanism (13) comprises a sliding body (131) that is movable in the width direction of the variable width water-stopping body (10), a tightening / loosening screw (132) whose tip penetrates the surface of the bottom surface (11) and the surface of the back upright surface (12) of the variable width water-stopping body and reaches the back surface, and an elongated hole-shaped moving body guide path (133) disposed at the tip of the tightening / loosening screw and guiding the sliding body along the tightening / loosening screw (Figures 2 to 5).

[0018] Regarding the arrangement and number of the tightening / loosening screws (132), in this embodiment, two are arranged on the surface of the bottom surface (11) of the variable-width water-stopping body and two on the surface of the back upright surface (12). However, any arrangement and number of screws is acceptable as long as it is possible to slide the sliding body (131) by loosening the tightening / loosening screws and to fix the sliding body in any position by tightening the tightening / loosening screws (Figures 2, 3, and 5).

[0019] Furthermore, regarding the side upright surfaces (14), even if they are not provided in the variable-width water-stopping body, the back upright surfaces have the function of preventing water ingress. However, by providing the side upright surfaces, it becomes possible to prevent water ingress from that direction as well, resulting in effects such as expanding the water-stopping range or improving the water-stopping function.

[0020] Furthermore, regarding the position where the side upright surface (14) is provided, in this embodiment it is the open space at the left end of the variable width water stopper, but it can also be provided as the open space at the right end, as long as it is one end on the side where the expansion or contraction operation by the variable width mechanism does not occur (not shown).

[0021] Regarding the position where the variable-width water-stopping body (10) is installed, in this embodiment it is installed at the leftmost end of the water-stopping equipment. However, in the case of a variable-width water-stopping body having a side upright surface (14) at the right end as described above, it will be installed at the rightmost end of the water-stopping equipment (not shown).

[0022] The fixed water-stopping body (20) comprises a bottom surface (21) that extends in the width direction and depth direction and is the surface that is placed on the ground when installed, and a back upright surface (22) that extends in the direction away from the ground (upward direction) at the end of the bottom surface in the depth direction (Figure 6).

[0023] Next, the operation for reducing the overall width of the variable-width water-stopping body will be explained with reference to Figures 7, 8, and 2.

[0024] Loosen the four tightening / loosening screws (132) that protrude from the bottom surface (11) and the back upright surface (12) of the variable-width water-stopping body (10) (Figure 2).

[0025] Subsequently, the sliding body (131) is pressed and slid to any position in the direction of the side upright surface (14) to reduce the overall width (W) of the variable width water stopper (arrow in Figure 7 and state in Figure 8).

[0026] After that, the position of the sliding body (133) is fixed by tightening the four tightening / loosening screws (132) (Figure 2).

[0027] Furthermore, the reason why the relative position of the tip of the tightening / loosening screw (132) on the moving body guide path changes during the aforementioned width reduction operation is that the moving body guide path (133) physically moves together with the sliding moving body (131) (Figures 7 and 8).

[0028] Incidentally, to widen the entire width of the variable-width water-stopping body (10), the operation involves loosening the four tightening / loosening screws (132), pulling the sliding body (131), sliding it to any position opposite to the side upright surface (14), and then tightening the tightening / loosening screws to fix the position of the sliding body.

[0029] Next, we will explain installation example 1, which involves sandwiching the water-stopping device between walls and columns, with reference to Figure 9.

[0030] The variable-width water-stopping body (10) is positioned by pressing its side upright surface (14) against the left column (30), and the water-stopping equipment is assembled between the left and right columns by connecting it to the adjacent fixed-width water-stopping body (20) (as shown in Figure 9).

[0031] If a gap occurs between the variable-width water-stopping body (10) and the fixed-width water-stopping body (20), the entire width of the variable-width water-stopping body is widened to eliminate the gap before connecting them.

[0032] In the installation example described above, water ingress can be prevented not only from the back upright surface (12) of the variable-width water-stopping body and the back upright surface (22) of the fixed-width water-stopping body, but also from the side upright surface (14) of the variable-width water-stopping body.

[0033] Next, we will explain installation example 2, which involves installing the water-stopping equipment in front of the shutter (in front of the entrance), with reference to Figure 10.

[0034] In the space in front of the shutter, a variable-width water-stopping body (10), a first fixed-width water-stopping body (20), a second fixed-width water-stopping body, and so on are arranged in a horizontal (width direction) manner to close the opening width of the shutter, and adjacent water-stopping bodies are connected to assemble the water-stopping equipment (the state shown in Figure 10).

[0035] In the installation example described above, water ingress can be prevented by the rear upright surface (12) of the variable-width water-stopping body and the rear upright surface (22) of the fixed-width water-stopping body.

[0036] The present invention is an excellent water-stopping device that allows for widening or narrowing adjustment, and therefore has industrial applicability.
