Stator core

Abstract

A stator core (11) has an annular back yoke (31) and a plurality of teeth (32) extending radially outward from the back yoke. The stator core has a helical core structure in which band-shaped core sheets (40) are spirally laminated. Each of the core sheets has a yoke formation part (41) for forming the back yoke, and a tooth formation part (42) for forming the teeth. Each core sheet has an annular thin portion (45) that is provided radially inward of the base of the tooth formation part in the yoke formation part, extends in the circumferential direction, and is thinned by being crushed in the thickness direction.
