Provided is an information processing device that performs classification into a plurality of clusters on the basis of responses to qualitative questions that lead to qualitative results in addition to quantitative questions that lead to quantitative results.　Provided is an information processing device comprising a cluster presentation unit that displays, on a screen, a plurality of clusters in which respondents are classified and which are derived from a quantitative response set, which is a set of quantitative response information representing results of responses from a plurality of respondents for quantitative questions leading to quantitative results regarding preferred items, and a qualitative response set, which is a set of qualitative response information representing results of responses from the plurality of respondents for qualitative questions leading to two or more qualitative results regarding preferred items.
