Abstract
Description
ironing system
[0001] The present invention relates to an ironing system, and more specifically, to an ironing system comprising an ironing board and a main body that rotatably supports the ironing board.
[0002] Clothing made of specific materials, such as cotton or linen, develops significant wrinkles after washing or daily wear. To allow for repeated wear, these garments are ironed.
[0003] The most common method of ironing involves placing the garment on a blanket or ironing board on the floor and applying pressure to the garment while holding the iron. However, this method causes significant inconvenience as it forces the user to sit on the floor or crouch. Additionally, since the iron operates by receiving power, there was a limitation in that ironing had to be performed near a wall with an electrical outlet installed.
[0004] Recently, to solve these problems, an ironing system has emerged that raises the ironing board on which clothes are placed to the user's waist level, allowing the user to perform ironing continuously without straining their body.
[0005] Korean Patent Publication No. 2021-0004816 (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art 1') discloses an "ironing system," wherein the ironing system includes an ironing board, a support member, and a grounding member.
[0006] The ironing board is equipped with a pressure surface capable of applying pressure to clothing. The ironing board is provided with a length greater than its width. Therefore, the user can place long clothing on the pressure surface and iron it.
[0007] The support member is provided beneath the ironing board to support it. The support member is provided with a height greater than its thickness or width. Therefore, the ironing board is set above an adult's waist height, allowing the user to perform ironing while standing. The grounding member is provided beneath the support member to support the load of the support member.
[0008] According to the above prior art document 1, the supporting surface of the support member is provided with a cross-sectional area smaller than the pressing surface of the ironing board. Therefore, since the length of the ironing board is greater than the width or thickness of the supporting surface, if the load of clothing and / or the iron, or an external force from a user acts on the ironing board, a strong rotational moment is generated in the ironing system, and the ironing system may overturn.
[0009] The ironing board includes straight sections extending from both sides and inclined sections that become narrower in thickness as they extend from the straight sections. The straight sections form the sides along the longitudinal direction of the ironing board, while the inclined sections form the free ends of the ironing board. Due to the inclined sections, the surface area of the ironing board narrows toward one end of the pressure surface. The user can insert a portion of clothing into the free end of the inclined section and iron it. Therefore, the inclined sections must have sufficient length along the longitudinal direction of the ironing board.
[0010] The above ironing system further includes a connecting part. The connecting part is rotatably coupled to the upper part of the support part and the lower part of the ironing board, respectively. As the radius of the connecting part at the lower part of the ironing board becomes shorter, the support reaction force of the connecting part against the force applied to the ironing board increases, and the ironing board and the connecting part may be easily damaged. Also, as the cross-sectional area of the ironing board becomes smaller, the ironing board may be easily damaged. Therefore, to prevent damage to the ironing board and the connecting part, the connecting part and the inclined part must each have a sufficient length along the longitudinal direction of the ironing board.
[0011] According to the above prior art document 1, the rear surface of the support member is opened and closed by a cover. The user can open the cover and pull out and use an iron and a water container housed in an internal storage space. The iron is stored horizontally on the upper side of the storage space, and the water container is provided below the iron.
[0012] As described above, since the setting height of the ironing board is determined by the height of the support member, it is necessary to optimize the arrangement of the iron and water tank housed inside the cover. Additionally, it is necessary to optimize the arrangement and ratio of the part where the connecting member is rotatably joined, the electrical room, the housing space, and the steam supply unit.
[0013] European Patent No. 2169108 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Prior Art 2’) discloses an “ironing board with folding mechanism and pivoting ironing table,” wherein the ironing board comprises an ironing board, a vertical support structure, a first leg, a second leg, and an articulated arm.
[0014] The vertical support structure supports the ironing board. The ironing board is movably mounted on one side of the vertical support structure and can move along a rail attached vertically to the vertical support structure. When closed, the ironing board is fixed to the base of the vertical support structure in a position generally parallel to the vertical support structure.
[0015] One end of the first leg is connected through a hinge near the base of the vertical support structure, and the other end is connected to a slide rail fixed to the bottom of the ironing board, allowing it to move along the length of the ironing board.
[0016] One end of the second leg is movably connected to the center of the first leg, and the other end contacts the floor. In the closed state, the first and second legs can rotate from a generally parallel state to an open state, and in the open state, the first and second legs are positioned at an angle to each other.
[0017] One end of the articulated arm is movably connected to the second leg, and the other end is connected near the hinge of the ironing board. The ironing board is mounted to a vertical support structure via the articulated arm. In the closed state, the articulated arm is positioned parallel to the first and second legs, and in the open state, the articulated arm and the second leg are aligned to form an X-shaped connection structure together with the first leg. This supports the horizontally aligned ironing board.
[0018] According to the aforementioned prior art document 2, the ironing board is used for ironing while in an unfolded state, rotating in a direction away from one side of the vertical support structure. Therefore, the upper surface of the vertical support structure, which has a larger cross-sectional area than the first and second legs, does not support the pressure acting perpendicularly to the ironing surface of the ironing board during the ironing process. Furthermore, the upper surface of the vertical support structure does not support the buckling stability of the first and second legs against excessive pressure acting on the ironing surface.
[0019] According to the above prior art document 1, the ironing board rotates around the connecting part to become an upright state (hereinafter referred to as the 'storage state') or a state where the pressing surface faces upward (hereinafter referred to as the 'first state'). The ironing board can be rotated horizontally around the connecting part on the upper surface of the support part to become a state of use.
[0020] The support member includes a support surface and a seating surface. The support surface is provided on the upper surface of the support member. The seating surface is provided on one side of the support member. In the first state, the ironing board is seated or set on the support surface. In the storage state, the back surface of the ironing board (the side opposite the pressure surface) faces the seating surface while spaced apart.
[0021] According to the above prior art document 1, the support member further includes an avoidance surface. The avoidance surface is provided to prevent friction and interference between the ironing board and the support member when the ironing board rotates between a first state and a storage state. The avoidance surface corresponds to the rotation radius of the ironing board or is located inside the rotation radius when the ironing board rotates between a first state and a storage state.
[0022] The rotation radius of the ironing board must be determined by considering the distance from the rotation axis of the connecting part to the back surface of the ironing board, as well as the distance from the rotation axis of the connecting part to the support surface and the seating surface.
[0023] If the pressure applied to the pressure surface is high during operation, buckling may occur at the connection. If the gap between the back surface of the ironing board and the support surface is small during operation, the support surface can firmly support the ironing board even if buckling occurs at the connection. Therefore, considering the rotation radius of the ironing board, the gap between the upper surface of the support (support surface) and the back surface of the ironing board must be minimized during operation.
[0024] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems of an ironing system comprising an ironing board and a main body that rotatably supports the ironing board.
[0025] Specifically, the present invention aims to provide an ironing system capable of securing overturning stability against forces acting on the pressure surface of the ironing board by optimizing the length ratio of the ironing board to the main body.
[0026] In addition, the present invention aims to provide an ironing system that can prevent damage to the ironing board and the connecting part caused by the force applied to the ironing board by optimizing the arrangement of the connecting part and the inclined part based on the longitudinal direction of the ironing board.
[0027] In addition, the present invention aims to provide an ironing system that optimizes the internal structure of the support member so that the ironing board can be used at a comfortable height, while allowing the cover to be opened to conveniently store and retrieve the iron, steam generator, and water tank.
[0028] In addition, the present invention aims to provide an ironing system capable of minimizing the gap between the upper surface of the main body and the back surface of the ironing board in use by optimizing the distance ratio between the ironing board and the main body around the axis of the connecting part.
[0029] In addition, the present invention aims to provide an ironing system capable of minimizing the gap between the mounting surface and the back surface of the ironing board in a storage state by optimizing the distance ratio between the support surface and the mounting surface around the axis of the connecting part.
[0030] In addition, the present invention aims to provide an ironing system capable of ensuring the stability of the system against buckling of the connection part even without forming a step portion between the support surface and the seating surface.
[0031]
[0032] The technical problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs from the description below.

[0091] The seating surface can be perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
[0092] With the first central axis lying down, the back surface of the ironing board can be parallel to the seating surface.
[0093] According to the ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, when a pressure force (P) is applied in the direction of gravity to a first point on the pressure surface while the first central axis is in an upright state (usage state), the point reaction force acting on the ironing board can be summarized as shown in [Equation 1] below.
[0094]
[0095]
[0096]
[0097] When a pressure force is applied in the direction of gravity at the first point of the pressure surface while the first central axis is in an upright state (usage state), the force acting on the connection part and the main body can satisfy the following [Equation 2].
[0098]
[0099]
[0100] When designing the ironing system, a constant can be substituted into L3 of [Equation 1]. Additionally, an estimated value of the pressure that may be applied in the direction of gravity to the first point of the pressure surface due to user error can be substituted into [Equation 1]. When designing the ironing system, a constant can be substituted into W of [Equation 2]. Therefore, [Equation 2] can be organized into an equation with L1 and L2 as variables. If the force acting on the connecting part and the main body satisfies [Equation 2], the ironing system may not be overturned by the pressure acting in the direction of gravity at the first point of the pressure surface.
[0101] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the overturning stability of the ironing system can be improved as L1 increases relative to L3. The ironing board, connecting part, and main body can satisfy [Equation 4] below by considering the factor of safety under the condition that [Equation 2] is satisfied. Therefore, by having a length of at least 15% of L3, the overturning stability of the ironing system can be secured.
[0102]
[0103] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, when the lower surface of the ironing board and the upper surface of the main body are separated while the first central axis is in an upright state (usage state) (see FIG. 13), the third point may be located at the end of the upper surface of the connecting part. At this time, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body may satisfy [Equation 5] below by considering the factor of safety under the condition that [Equation 2] is satisfied. Therefore, by having a length of at least 50% of L4, the overturning stability of the ironing system can be secured.
[0104]
[0105] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body can satisfy [Equation 6] below by considering the factor of safety under the condition that [Equation 2] is satisfied. Therefore, by having a length of L2 that is four times or less of L1, the overturning stability of the ironing system can be secured.
[0106]
[0107] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body can satisfy [Equation 7] below by considering the factor of safety under the condition that [Equation 2] is satisfied. Therefore, by having a length of 50% or more of L2, the overturning stability of the ironing system can be secured.
[0108]
[0109] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the support member may include a water supply member, a storage member, and a hinge member. The water supply member may be provided on a grounding member. The storage member may be provided on a water supply member. The hinge member may be provided between the upper surface of the main body and the storage member. The iron, the steam generator, and the water tank may each be stored in the storage member in an elongated vertical direction. The vertical length of the storage member may be 50% to 60% of the vertical length of the support member. The vertical length of the hinge member may be 10% to 15% of the vertical length of the support member. Accordingly, in the operating state of the ironing system, the pressure surface is positioned at a height advantageous for ironing, while the area of the support member in the plan view can be reduced.
[0110] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner surface of the storage unit may include a first mounting surface on which a steam generator is mounted and a second mounting surface on which an iron is mounted. The first mounting surface and the second mounting surface may form a step difference from each other in the direction in which the steam generator and the iron enter and exit the storage room (Y-axis direction; hereinafter referred to as the 'entry direction'). When the cover closes the storage room, the second mounting surface may be spaced further from the cover than the first mounting surface. As the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface form a step difference from each other in the entry direction, the handle of the steam generator and the handle of the iron may be positioned at the same location in the Y-axis direction. Accordingly, the user can easily and quickly store and retrieve the steam generator and the iron from the storage room.
[0111] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board may include a straight section and an inclined section. The ironing board may reduce the area of the pressure surface due to the inclined section, and the area of the pressure surface may become narrower as it approaches one end in the longitudinal direction of the ironing board. Accordingly, a user can insert a part of clothing into the free end of the ironing board through the inclined section and iron the clothing. Based on the longitudinal direction of the ironing board, the straight section and the inclined section may be connected to each other at the same point as the end of the upper surface of the connecting plate. Therefore, the inclined section can secure a sufficient length while preventing damage to the ironing board and the connecting section.
[0112] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board may be provided with a length greater than its width. The support member may be provided with a height greater than its width to ensure the height of the ironing board during use of the ironing system. The width of the ironing board and the width of the support member may be the same. The rear surface of the ironing board (the surface opposite to the pressure surface) may have its longitudinal direction parallel to the height direction of the seating surface. Therefore, the storage area of the ironing system can be reduced. In addition, the planar area of the ironing board, which has a high center of gravity in the ironing system, is reduced, thereby preventing the support member from tipping over.
[0113] According to the ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body can satisfy the following [Equation 8].
[0114]
[0115] According to [Equation 8], the back surface of the ironing board can be separated from the support surface, the seating surface, and the avoidance surface during the storage, first, second, and usage states of the ironing system. Therefore, collision between the ironing board and the main body can be prevented when the ironing system is switched states. The difference between DS4 and DS1 can be a very small value. In this case, the back surface of the ironing board can come into contact with the support surface due to the pressure applied to the pressure surface during the usage state. Therefore, buckling of the connection part caused by the pressure applied to the pressure surface can be prevented.
[0116] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body can satisfy the above [Equation 8], the following [Equation 9], and [Equation 10].
[0117]
[0118]
[0119] According to [Equation 10], the distance from the second central axis to the first avoidance surface may be less than or equal to DS1, and the distance from the second central axis to the first avoidance surface may be less than or equal to DS2. Therefore, collision between the ironing board and the main body can be prevented when the state of the ironing system is switched. According to [Equation 8], [Equation 9] and [Equation 10], the back surface of the ironing board may be spaced apart from the support surface and the seating surface by a minimum distance in the storage state, first state, second state, and usage state of the ironing system.
[0120] According to the ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting part and the main body can satisfy the following [Equation 11].
[0121]
[0122] According to [Equation 11], the back surface of the ironing board can be spaced apart from the support surface and the seating surface at equal intervals in the storage state, the first state, the second state, and the usage state of the ironing system. Therefore, according to [Equation 8], [Equation 9], [Equation 10], and [Equation 11], the back surface of the ironing board can be spaced apart from the support surface and the seating surface at equal minimum intervals in the storage state, the first state, the second state, and the usage state of the ironing system. Thus, collision between the ironing board and the main body is prevented when the ironing system is switched, while buckling of the connection part caused by the pressure acting on the pressure surface in the usage state of the ironing system can be prevented.
[0123] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body can satisfy the above [Equation 8] and the following [Equation 12].
[0124]
[0125] According to [Equation 12], the area of the avoidance surface can converge to 0. That is, DS3 can be identical to DS3'. DS3' can represent the distance from the second central axis to the point where the surface extended on the support surface meets the surface extended on the seating surface. In other words, when the area of the avoidance surface converges to 0, the distance from the second central axis to the avoidance surface can be DS3. That is, the avoidance surface can be located at the point where the surface extended on the support surface meets the surface extended on the seating surface from the second central axis. Therefore, the area of the support surface can be expanded. Consequently, buckling of the connection part caused by the pressure acting on the pressure surface during the operation of the ironing system can be minimized. Also, α can be the cumulative tolerance stacks from the second central axis to the back surface of the ironing board in a direction parallel to the first central axis. Therefore, collision between the ironing board and the main body can be prevented during the state transition of the ironing system.
[0126] According to the ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting part and the main body can satisfy the following [Equation 13].
[0127]
[0128] According to [Equation 13], the gap between the back surface of the ironing board and the support surface in the first state and the usage state of the ironing system may be smaller than the gap between the back surface of the ironing board and the seating surface in the storage state and the second state of the ironing system. Therefore, according to [Equation 8], [Equation 12] and [Equation 13], collision between the ironing board and the main body is prevented when the state of the ironing system is changed, while buckling of the connection part due to the pressure acting on the pressure surface in the usage state of the ironing system can be prevented.

[0150] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, in describing the present invention, descriptions of already known functions or configurations will be omitted in order to clarify the gist of the present invention.
[0151] The X, Y, and Z directions described in the embodiments of the present invention may each be mutually orthogonal directions. The X and Y directions may each be directions parallel to the horizontal direction, and the Z direction may be a direction parallel to the vertical direction. When the X direction is a direction parallel to the left-right direction, the Y direction may be a direction parallel to the front-back direction. When the X direction is a direction parallel to the front-back direction, the Y direction may be a direction parallel to the left-right direction.
[0152] In the following, "front" refers to the direction indicated by the X-axis arrow, and "back" may refer to the opposite side of the direction indicated by the X-axis arrow. In the following, "up" refers to the direction indicated by the Z-axis arrow, and "down" may refer to the opposite side of the direction indicated by the Z-axis arrow.
[0153] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the rear upper side, and is a drawing showing the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0154] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, and is a drawing showing the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0155] An ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include an ironing board (100) and a main body (10).
[0156] The ironing board (100) may include a pressure surface (110) for ironing clothes. The pressure surface (110) may form a flat surface. The ironing board (100) may form a plate shape that is approximately long in the longitudinal direction.
[0157] In the storage state of the ironing system (1), the length direction of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the Z-axis, the width direction of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the X-axis, and the thickness direction of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the Y-axis. In the storage state of the ironing system (1), the pressure surface (110) may be parallel to the XZ plane.
[0158] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the side and upper side, and is a drawing showing the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0159] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, and is a drawing showing the interior of the storage unit (240) in the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0160] The main body (10) may include a support part (200) and a grounding part (300).
[0161] The grounding portion (300) is provided below the support portion (200) so that its lower surface can be placed on the ground. The grounding portion (300) can form a rectangular block shape with a wide lower surface. The lower surface of the grounding portion (300) may be longer in the X-axis direction than in the Y-axis direction.
[0162] The support member (200) may extend upward from the upper surface of the grounding member (300). The support member (200) may form a shape of a three-dimensional object that is approximately long in the vertical direction. The upper surface of the support member (200) may form the upper surface of the main body (10).
[0163] The support member (200) may include a support surface (211), a seating surface (212), and an avoidance surface (214).
[0164] The support surface (211) may come into contact with the back surface (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) of the ironing board (100) or be separated in the up and down direction during use of the ironing system (1).
[0165] When the support surface (211) comes into contact with the back surface (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) of the ironing board (100) during use of the ironing system (1), the support member (200) can directly support the load of the ironing board (100) through the support surface (211).
[0166] When the support surface (211) is spaced vertically apart from the back surface (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) of the ironing board (100) in the usage state of the ironing system (1), the support member (200) can support the load of the ironing board (100) through the connection member (400).
[0167] The mounting surface (212) may face the back of the ironing board (100) in the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0168] The avoidance surface (214) can connect the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212). The avoidance surface (214) can be provided within the rotation radius of the back surface (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) of the ironing board (100) during the process of rotating the ironing board (100) so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down.
[0169] The avoidance surface (214) can form various shapes within a range that does not interfere with the rotation of the ironing board (100). The avoidance surface (214) may include curved surfaces and flat surfaces. The avoidance surface (214) may form an inclined surface between the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212).
[0170] The support member (200) may include a water supply member (220), a storage member (240), and a hinge member (260).
[0171] The water supply unit (220) may be provided on the grounding unit (300). The water supply unit (220) may accommodate a pump (221) and a boiler inside. The boiler may heat water introduced from the water tank (230). The pump (221) may supply (heated) water to the iron (700) and the steam generator (800).
[0172] A socket portion into which a connector of an iron (700) and a steam generator (800) is inserted may be provided on the side of the support portion (200). The socket portion may supply (heated) water and / or power to the iron (700) and the steam generator (800) through the connection of the socket portion.
[0173] The storage unit (240) may be provided above the water supply unit (220). The storage unit (240) may form a storage chamber that accommodates an iron (700), a steam generator (800), and a water tank (230) inside.
[0174] The storage compartment can be opened from the side of the support member (200). Thus, the user can store and retrieve the iron (700) from the storage compartment (240) from the side of the support member (200). The storage compartment can be opened and closed by a cover (250). The cover (250) can open and close the storage compartment in the form of a hinged door.
[0175] The hinge portion (260) may be provided between the upper surface of the main body (10) and the storage portion (240). The hinge portion (260) may accommodate a control unit inside. An operation button may be formed on the front of the hinge portion (260).
[0176] The connecting part (400) can connect the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) so that the position of the ironing board (100) changes. The connecting part (400) may include a connecting shaft (410) and a connecting plate (420).
[0177] The connecting plate (420) can form a circular shape around a central axis (hereinafter referred to as the 'first central axis (401)'). The connecting plate (420) can be rotatably coupled to the ironing board (100) around the first central axis (401), which is perpendicular to the pressing surface (110), at the rear of the pressing surface (110). Thus, when the ironing board (100) rotates around the first central axis (401), the pressing surface (110) can rotate on an extended plane.
[0178] A plurality of protrusions may be formed on the connecting plate (420), and a rail groove (hole) into which each protrusion is inserted may be formed on the ironing board (100). The rail groove (hole) may form an arc shape around the first central axis (401). The rail groove (hole) may form a path in which the protrusion rotates 90 degrees around the first central axis (401). Thus, the user can rotate the ironing board (100) by 90 degrees around the first central axis (401).
[0179] The first central axis (401) may be located in the center of the ironing board (100) based on the width direction of the ironing board (100). The first central axis (401) may be located approximately in the center of the ironing board (100) based on the length direction of the ironing board (100).
[0180] The connecting shaft (410) can form a circular tube shape approximately centered around the first central axis (401). The connecting shaft (410) can form a shape extending from the connecting plate (420) toward the opposite side of the pressurized surface (110).
[0181] A horizontal axis may be provided inside the hinge portion (260). The horizontal axis may be rotatably coupled inside the hinge portion (260). A connecting axis (410) may be coupled to the horizontal axis. Thus, the connecting axis (410) may be rotatably coupled inside the hinge portion (260) around the second central axis (402). The central axis of the horizontal axis (hereinafter referred to as the 'second central axis (402)') may be perpendicular to the first central axis (401) and parallel to the horizontal direction.
[0182] The connecting shaft (410) can be rotatably coupled inside the hinge portion (260) so that the first central shaft (401) can stand or lie down. The hinge portion (260) may include a first boundary surface and a second boundary surface. The first boundary surface and the second boundary surface may form the boundaries on both sides of the path where the connecting shaft (410) rotates 90 degrees around the second central shaft (402).
[0183] The connecting axis (410) can contact the first boundary surface while the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Y-axis. The connecting axis (410) can contact the second boundary surface while the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Z-axis. Thus, the user can rotate the ironing board (100) by 90 degrees around the second central axis (402).
[0184] A locking device that blocks rotation of the horizontal axis when the first central axis (401) is standing or lying down may be provided inside the hinge part (260). A locking button that operates the locking device may be provided on the side of the support part (200).
[0185] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, and is a drawing showing the usage state of the ironing system (1).
[0186] The ironing board (100) may include a straight section (111) and an inclined section (112).
[0187] The straight section (111) can form both sides of the ironing board (100). The straight section (111) can be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100).
[0188] The inclined portions (112) can be connected to the straight portions (111) respectively. The inclined portions (112) can become closer to each other as they extend along the length of the ironing board (100). The inclined portions (112) can form the free end of the ironing board (100).
[0189] The ironing board (100) can reduce the area of the pressure surface (110) due to the inclined portion (112), and the area of the pressure surface (110) can become narrower as it approaches one end in the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100). Therefore, the user can insert a part of the clothing into the free end of the ironing board (100) through the inclined portion (112) and iron the clothing.
[0190] The ironing board (100) may include a seating portion (130). The seating portion (130) may be provided between the pressure surface (110) and the end of the ironing board (100) with respect to the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100).
[0191] In the operating state of the ironing system (1), the seating portion (130) can form a concave space downward. Therefore, in the operating state of the ironing system (1), the user can stably place items such as an iron (700) on the seating portion (130) and use them.
[0192] The ironing board (100) may include a display unit (140). The display unit (140) may be provided next to the mounting unit (130). The display unit (140) may be exposed upward during the use of the ironing system (1). Therefore, the user can easily and conveniently use the display unit (140) during the use of the ironing system (1).
[0193] A gyro sensor may be installed inside the ironing board (100). The control unit can automatically recognize the current state of the ironing system (1) by receiving a signal from the gyro sensor. The control unit can output different information to the display unit (140) depending on the current state of the ironing system (1).
[0194] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, showing the storage state, first state, usage state, and second state of the ironing system (1). FIG. 6 illustrates the storage state, first state, usage state, and second state of the ironing system (1) in a clockwise order starting from the top left.
[0195] The storage state of the ironing system (1) may mean that the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Y-axis and the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the Z-axis (see FIG. 3).
[0196] The user can switch the ironing system (1) to a storage state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the Z-axis in the second state of the ironing system (1). Alternatively, the user can switch the ironing system (1) to a storage state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the first central axis (401) lies flat in the first state of the ironing system (1).
[0197] A handle (150) may be provided on the edge of the ironing board (100) behind the pressure surface (110). The user may rotate the ironing board (100) by holding the handle (150). Alternatively, the user may rotate the ironing board (100) by pushing or pulling one side of the ironing board (100).
[0198] In the storage state of the ironing system (1), the ironing board (100), the connecting part (400), and the supporting part (200) can be positioned on the grounding part (300). Therefore, in the storage state, the ironing system (1) can form the smallest area in the plan view compared to other states. Thus, the movement and storage of the ironing system (1) can be easy in the storage state.
[0199] The user can move the ironing system (1) by pushing or pulling one side of the ironing board (100) or the main body (10).
[0200] The first state of the ironing system (1) may mean a state in which the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Z-axis and the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the Y-axis (see FIG. 3).
[0201] The user can switch the ironing system (1) to a first state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the first central axis (401) stands upright in the storage state of the ironing system (1). Alternatively, the user can switch the ironing system (1) to a first state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the X-axis in the usage state of the ironing system (1).
[0202] In the first state of the ironing system (1), the pressure surface (110) can form a surface parallel to a level surface. Therefore, the user can place clothing, etc. on the pressure surface (110) in the first state. Depending on the case, the user can iron the clothing placed on the pressure surface (110) with an iron in the first state of the ironing system (1).
[0203] The usage state of the ironing system (1) may mean that the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Z-axis and the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the X-axis (see FIG. 3).
[0204] The user can switch the ironing system (1) to a usage state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees in the first state of the ironing system (1) so that the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the X-axis. Alternatively, the user can switch the ironing system (1) to a usage state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees in the second state of the ironing system (1) so that the first central axis (401) is upright.
[0205] In the state of use of the ironing system (1), the pressure surface (110) can form a surface parallel to the level surface. Therefore, in the state of use of the ironing system (1), the user can press the clothing placed on the pressure surface (110) with the iron and iron it.
[0206] And in the usage state of the ironing system (1), the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the X-axis. The lower surface of the grounding part (300) may be longer in the X-axis direction than in the Y-axis direction.
[0207] Therefore, when a pressure force is applied in the direction of gravity to the end of the pressure surface (110) in each of the first state and the usage state of the ironing system (1), the ironing system (1) may have higher overturning stability in the usage state than in the first state. In the usage state of the ironing system (1), the user can sufficiently press the clothing placed on the pressure surface (110) with the iron and iron it.
[0208] The second state of the ironing system (1) may mean a state in which the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Y-axis and the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the X-axis (see FIG. 3).
[0209] The user can switch the ironing system (1) to a second state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the first central axis (401) lies flat while the ironing system (1) is in use. Alternatively, the user can switch the ironing system (1) to a second state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the Z-axis while the ironing system (1) is in storage.
[0210] FIG. 7 is a front view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0211] The ironing board (100) may be provided with a length (H1) that is longer than its width (D1). The support member (200) may be provided with a height (H2) that is longer than its width (D2) to ensure the height of the ironing board (100) in use of the ironing system (1). The width of the ironing board (100) and the width of the support member (200) may be the same.
[0212] The back surface of the ironing board (100) (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) may have its length direction parallel to the height direction of the seating surface (212). Thus, the storage area of the ironing system (1) can be reduced.
[0213] Additionally, the planar surface area of the ironing board (100), which has a high center of gravity in the ironing system (1), is reduced to prevent the support member (200) from tipping over. In the storage state of the ironing system (1), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be placed on the seating surface (212) or spaced apart by a small gap (see FIG. 3).
[0214] FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, and is a drawing showing the interior of the storage unit (240) in the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0215] FIG. 9 is a front view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing the interior of a storage unit (240) in a storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0216] Each of the iron (700), steam generator (800), and water tank (230) can be stored vertically in the storage section (240). Accordingly, the vertical length of the storage section (240) can be determined by the lengths of the iron (700), steam generator (800), and water tank (230).
[0217] The iron (700), steam generator (800), and water tank (230) can be spaced apart from each other in the X-axis direction while stored in the storage unit (240).
[0218] As the iron (700), steam generator (800), and water tank (230) are each stored vertically in the storage section (240), the vertical length of the storage section (240) may be 50% to 60% of the vertical length of the support section (200). The vertical length of the hinge section (260) may be 10% to 15% of the vertical length of the support section (200).
[0219] As each of the iron (700), steam generator (800), and water tank (230) is stored vertically in the storage section (240), the pressure surface (110) is positioned at a height advantageous for ironing while the area of the support section (200) in the plan view can be reduced.
[0220] The height of the aforementioned pressure surface (110) that is advantageous for ironing may mean the average waist height of an adult or a height greater than that. Therefore, when a user irons while using the ironing system (1), they can perform ironing while standing upright or while standing without excessively crouching their upper body.
[0221] The inner surface of the storage section (240) may include a first mounting surface (240a) on which a steam generator (800) is mounted, and a second mounting surface (240b) on which an iron (700) is mounted. The first mounting surface (240a) and the second mounting surface (240b) may form a step difference from each other in the direction in which the steam generator (800) and the iron (700) enter and exit the storage room (Y-axis direction; hereinafter 'entry / exit direction').
[0222] With the cover (250) closing the storage room, the second mounting surface (240b) may be further separated from the cover (250) than the first mounting surface (240a).
[0223] As the first mounting surface (240a) and the second mounting surface (240b) form a step difference with respect to each other in the entry / exit direction, the handle (150) of the steam generator (800) and the handle (150) of the iron (700) can be positioned at the same location in the Y-axis direction. Therefore, the user can easily and quickly store and retrieve the steam generator (800) and the iron (700) from the storage room.
[0224] Based on the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100), the straight section (111) and the inclined section (112) can be connected to each other at the same point (EP) as the end of the upper surface of the connecting plate (420).
[0225] As the radius of the connecting plate (420) becomes shorter around the first central axis (401), the support reaction force of the connecting part (400) increases, and the ironing board (100) and the connecting part (400) can be easily damaged. Also, as the cross-sectional area of the ironing board (100) becomes smaller, the ironing board (100) can be easily damaged.
[0226] Based on the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100), the straight section (111) and the inclined section (112) are connected to each other at the same point (EP) as the end of the upper surface of the connecting plate (420), thereby preventing damage to the ironing board (100) and the connecting section (400) while ensuring that the inclined section (112) has sufficient length.
[0227] FIG. 10 is a front view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing the pressure (P) and reaction force acting on the ironing board (100) in the usage state of the ironing system (1).
[0228] FIG. 11 is a front view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing the force and reaction force acting on the connecting part (400) and the main body (10) in the state of use of the ironing system (1).
[0229] When the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (used state) and a pressure force (P) is applied in the direction of gravity to the first point (S1) of the pressure surface (110) (see FIG. 10), the point reaction force acting on the ironing board (100) can be summarized as [Equation 1] below.
[0230]
[0231]
[0232]
[0233] Here, R a It can be located at the second point (S2) as a point reaction force of the connection part (400) to the pressure (P). The second point (S2) can be located on the first central axis (401).
[0234] R b It can be located at a third point (S3) as a point reaction force of the main body (10) or the connecting part (400) against the pressure (P). The third point (S3) can be located between the first point (S1) and the second point (S2) with respect to the first central axis (401).
[0235] FIG. 12 is a partial front view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, illustrating contact between the lower surface of the ironing board (100) and the upper surface of the main body (10) in the state of use of the ironing system (1).
[0236] When the lower surface of the ironing board (100) and the upper surface of the main body (10) come into contact with the first central axis (401) in an upright state (used state) (see FIG. 12), the third point (S3) may be located at the end of the upper surface of the main body (10).
[0237] FIG. 13 is a partial front view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, illustrating the separation between the lower surface of the ironing board (100) and the upper surface of the main body (10) in the state of use of the ironing system (1).
[0238] When the lower surface of the ironing board (100) and the upper surface of the main body (10) are separated while the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (used state) (see FIG. 13), the third point (S3) may be located at the end of the upper surface of the connecting part (400). The end of the upper surface of the connecting part (400) may refer to the end of the upper surface of the connecting plate (420).
[0239] L1 may be a horizontal distance between the second point (S2) and the third point (S3). L3 may be a horizontal distance between the first point (S1) and the second point (S2). The first point (S1) may be located at the end of the pressure surface (110) based on the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100).
[0240] When the first central axis (401) is in an erected state (used state) and a pressure force (P) is applied in the direction of gravity to the first point (S1) of the pressure surface (110), the force acting on the connecting part (400) and the main body (10) (see FIG. 11) can satisfy the following [Equation 2].
[0241]
[0242]
[0243] Here, L2 may be a horizontal distance between the second point (S2) and the fourth point (S4). The fourth point (S4) may be a point of contact between the lower surface of the main body (10) and the ground when the ironing system (1) is overturned by pressure (P).
[0244] When the ironing system (1) is overturned by the pressure (P), the ironing system (1) can rotate around the fourth point (S4). R c This may be a point reaction force acting on the fourth point (S4) when the ironing system (1) is overturned by the pressure (P). The fourth point (S4) may be located at the end of the lower surface of the main body (10).
[0245] W can be located at the fifth point (S5) as a load of the ironing system (1). The fifth point (S5) can be located on the first central axis (401).
[0246] When designing the ironing system (1), a constant can be substituted into L3 of [Equation 1]. Also, an estimated value of the pressure (P) that can be applied in the direction of gravity to the first point (S1) of the pressure surface (110) due to a user error can be substituted into [Equation 1].
[0247] For example, if you substitute 1.0m for L3 and 20kg for P, R a and R b can be a function with L1 as a variable, as shown in [Equation 3] below. That is, R a and R b can be determined by L1.
[0248]
[0249]
[0250]
[0251] When designing the ironing system (1), a constant can be substituted for W in [Equation 2]. For example, 45 kg can be substituted for W. R a and R b Since [Equation 2] is a function with L1 as a variable, [Equation 2] can be rearranged into an expression with L1 and L2 as variables.
[0252] If the force acting on the connecting part (400) and the main body (10) (see FIG. 11) satisfies [Equation 2], the ironing system (1) may not be overturned by the pressure (P) acting in the direction of gravity on the first point (S1) of the pressure surface (110).
[0253] As L1 increases relative to L3, the overturning stability of the ironing system (1) can be improved. The ironing board (100), the connecting part (400), and the main body (10) can satisfy [Equation 4] below by considering the safety factor under the condition that [Equation 2] is satisfied. That is, by having a length of at least 15% of L3, the overturning stability of the ironing system (1) can be secured.
[0254]
[0255] When the lower surface of the ironing board (100) and the upper surface of the main body (10) are separated while the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (usage state) (see FIG. 13), the third point (S3) may be located at the end of the upper surface of the connecting part (400). At this time, the ironing board (100), the connecting part (400), and the main body (10) may satisfy the following [Equation 5] by considering a safety factor under the condition that [Equation 2] is satisfied.
[0256]
[0257] Here, L4 may be a horizontal distance between the second point (S2) and the upper end of the main body (10). That is, by having a length of at least 50% of L4, the inversion stability of the ironing system (1) can be secured.
[0258] And the ironing board (100), connecting part (400), and main body (10) can satisfy the following [Equation 6] by considering the safety factor under the condition that [Equation 2] is satisfied.
[0259]

[0262]
[0263] That is, by having a length of more than 50% of L2, the overturning stability of the ironing system (1) can be secured.
[0264] FIG. 14 is a partial perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, and is a drawing showing the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0265] FIG. 15 is a partial perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, and is a drawing showing the interior of the support part (200) in the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0266] The connecting part (400) can connect the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) so that the position of the ironing board (100) changes. The connecting part (400) may further include a connecting hinge (430).
[0267] The connecting shaft (410) can form a circular tube shape approximately centered around the first central axis (401). The first central axis (401) can be located in the center of the ironing board (100) based on the width direction of the ironing board (100). The first central axis (401) can be located approximately in the center of the ironing board (100) based on the length direction of the ironing board (100) (see FIG. 3).
[0268] A horizontal axis (261) may be provided inside the support member (200). A pair of sleeves (262) (or bearings) may be fixed inside the support member (200). The pair of sleeves (262) (or bearings) may be spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal axis (261) and may surround the outer surface of the horizontal axis (261). Thus, the horizontal axis (261) may be rotatably coupled inside the hinge member (260). The central axis (second central axis (402)) of the horizontal axis (261) may be perpendicular to the first central axis (401) and parallel to the horizontal direction.
[0269] The connecting hinge (430) can be coupled to the horizontal axis (261). The connecting axis (410) can extend from the connecting hinge (430) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401). Thus, the connecting part (400) can be rotatably coupled to the hinge part (260) around the second central axis (402). The second central axis (402) can be perpendicular to the first central axis (401) and parallel to the horizontal direction.
[0270] FIG. 16 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, and is a drawing showing the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0271] FIG. 17 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing a state in which the ironing system (1) is transitioning from a storage state to a first state.
[0272] FIG. 18 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, and is a drawing showing a first state of the ironing system (1).
[0273] The support surface (211) may face the back surface of the ironing board (100) when the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (first state and usage state) (see FIG. 18). The support surface (211) may be parallel to the horizontal plane. When the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (first state and usage state), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the support surface (211).
[0274] The seating surface (212) may face the back surface of the ironing board (100) when the first central axis (401) is lying down (storage state and second state) (see FIG. 16). The seating surface (212) may be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. When the first central axis (401) is lying down (storage state and second state), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the seating surface (212).
[0275] The avoidance surface (214) can connect the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212) in the section where the connecting part (400) rotates so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down (see FIG. 17). The avoidance surface (214) can be provided inside the rotation radius of the back surface (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) of the ironing board (100) during the process of rotating the ironing board (100) so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down.
[0276] The avoidance surface (214) may include a first avoidance surface (214a) and a second avoidance surface (214b). The first avoidance surface (214a) may extend from the seating surface (212) toward the support surface (211). The second avoidance surface (214b) may extend from the first avoidance surface (214a) toward the support surface (211). The first avoidance surface (214a) and the second avoidance surface (214b) may form cross-sections with different curvatures.
[0277] The first avoidance surface (214a) can form a curved surface. The curved surface may be convex in a direction away from the second central axis (402). As the ironing board (100) rotates around the second central axis (402), the first avoidance surface (214a) may be spaced apart from the back surface of the ironing board (100) at a certain distance.
[0278] The second avoidance surface (214b) may be spaced apart from the back surface of the ironing board (100). The second avoidance surface (214b) may form an inclined surface. The inclined surface may form a downward slope from the support surface (211) toward the seating surface (212). The second avoidance surface (214b) may be located within the radius of rotation of the back surface of the ironing board (100). Thus, a collision between the ironing board (100) and the avoidance surface (214) can be prevented in the rotation section of the ironing board (100) where the back surface of the ironing board (100) is closer to the seating surface (212) than to the support surface (211).
[0279] The ironing board (100), connecting part (400), and main body (10) can satisfy the following [Equation 8].
[0280]
[0281] Here, D S1 is the vertical distance from the second central axis (402) to the support surface (211), and D S2 is the horizontal distance from the second central axis (402) to the seating surface (212), and D S3 is the maximum distance from the second central axis (402) to the avoidance surface (214) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401), and D S4 may be the distance from the second central axis (402) to the back surface of the ironing board (100) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401).
[0282] According to [Mathematical Formula 8], the back surface of the ironing board (100) can be separated from the support surface (211), the seating surface (212), and the avoidance surface (214) in the storage state, the first state, the second state, and the usage state of the ironing system (1). Therefore, collision between the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) can be prevented when the state of the ironing system (1) is changed.
[0283] D S4 and D S1The difference may be a very small value. In this case, the back surface of the ironing board (100) may come into contact with the support surface (211) due to the pressure applied to the pressure surface (110) in the state of use. Therefore, buckling of the connection part (400) due to the pressure applied to the pressure surface (110) can be prevented.
[0284] The ironing board (100), connecting part (400), and main body (10) can satisfy the above [Equation 8] and the below [Equation 9].
[0285]
[0286] Here, D S3 ' can mean the distance from the second central axis (402) to the point where the surface extended on the support surface (211) and the surface extended on the seating surface (212) meet. That is, D S3 ' can mean the distance from the second central axis (402) to the avoidance surface (214) when the area of the avoidance surface (214) converges to 0.
[0287] The connecting part (400) and the main body (10) can satisfy the following [Equation 10].
[0288]
[0289] According to [Mathematical Formula 10], the distance from the second central axis (402) to the first avoidance surface (214a) is D S1 The distance from the second central axis (402) to the first avoidance surface (214a) is D S2 It may be less than that. Therefore, when switching the state of the ironing system (1), a collision between the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) can be prevented.
[0290] According to [Equation 8], [Equation 9] and [Equation 10], the back surface of the ironing board (100) can be spaced apart from the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212) by a minimum distance in the storage state, first state, second state, and usage state of the ironing system (1).
[0291] The connecting part (400) and the main body (10) can satisfy the following [Equation 11].
[0292]
[0293] According to [Mathematical Formula 11], in the storage state, first state, second state, and usage state of the ironing system (1), the back surface of the ironing board (100) can be spaced apart from the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212) at equal intervals.
[0294] Accordingly, by [Equation 8], [Equation 9], [Equation 10] and [Equation 11], the back surface of the ironing board (100) can be spaced apart from the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212) by the same minimum distance in the storage state, first state, second state, and usage state of the ironing system (1). Therefore, collision between the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) is prevented when the ironing system (1) is switched, and buckling of the connecting part (400) caused by the pressure acting on the pressure surface (110) in the usage state of the ironing system (1) can be prevented.
[0295] FIG. 19 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing the storage state of the ironing system (1).
[0296] FIG. 20 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing a state in which the ironing system (1) is transitioning from a storage state to a first state.
[0297] FIG. 21 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, and is a drawing showing a first state of the ironing system (1).
[0298] The support surface (211) may face the back surface of the ironing board (100) when the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (first state and usage state) (see FIG. 21). The support surface (211) may be parallel to the horizontal plane. When the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (first state and usage state), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the support surface (211).
[0299] The seating surface (212) may face the back surface of the ironing board (100) when the first central axis (401) is lying down (storage state and second state) (see FIG. 19). The seating surface (212) may be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. When the first central axis (401) is lying down (storage state and second state), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the seating surface (212).
[0300] The avoidance surface (214) can connect the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212) in the section where the connecting part (400) rotates so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down (see FIG. 20). The avoidance surface (214) can be provided inside the rotation radius of the back surface (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) of the ironing board (100) during the process of rotating the ironing board (100) so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down.
[0301] The ironing board (100), connecting part (400), and main body (10) can satisfy the above [Equation 8] and the below [Equation 12].
[0302]
[0303] Here, D S1 is the vertical distance from the second central axis (402) to the support surface (211), and D S2 is the horizontal distance from the second central axis (402) to the seating surface (212), and D S3 is the maximum distance from the second central axis (402) to the avoidance surface (214) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401), and D S4 may be the distance from the second central axis (402) to the back surface of the ironing board (100) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401).
[0304] According to [Mathematical Equation 12], the area of the avoidance surface (214) can converge to 0. That is, D S3 is D S3 It can be the same as '. D S3' may mean the distance from the second central axis (402) to the point where the surface extended on the support surface (211) and the surface extended on the seating surface (212) meet. That is, when the area of the avoidance surface (214) converges to 0, the distance from the second central axis (402) to the avoidance surface (214) is D S3 It could be.
[0305] That is, the avoidance surface (214) can be located at the point where the surface extending from the second central axis (402) on the support surface (211) and the surface extending on the seating surface (212) meet. Thus, the area of the support surface (211) can be expanded. Therefore, the buckling of the connection part (400) caused by the pressure acting on the pressure surface (110) during the use of the ironing system (1) can be minimized.
[0306] And α may be a tolerance stack from the second central axis (402) to the back surface of the ironing board (100) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401). Thus, collision between the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) can be prevented when the state of the ironing system (1) is switched.
[0307] The connecting part (400) and the main body (10) can satisfy the following [Equation 13].
[0308]
[0309] According to [Mathematical Formula 13], the gap between the back surface of the ironing board (100) and the support surface (211) in the first state and the usage state of the ironing system (1) may be smaller than the gap between the back surface of the ironing board (100) and the seating surface (212) in the storage state and the second state of the ironing system (1).
[0310] Therefore, by [Equation 8], [Equation 12] and [Equation 13], collision between the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) is prevented when the ironing system (1) is switched, and buckling of the connecting part (400) due to the pressure applied to the pressure surface (110) in the usage state of the ironing system (1) can be prevented.

Accordingly, such modifications or variations should not be understood individually from the technical spirit or perspective of the present invention, and the modified embodiments should be considered to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
[0312] According to the ironing system of the present invention, when a pressure force is applied in the direction of gravity to a first point on the pressure surface while the central axis is erected, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body are formed to satisfy the following formula.
[0313]
[0314] Therefore, as it overcomes the limitations of existing technology, it is an invention with industrial applicability, as it not only offers sufficient potential for the commercialization or business of the applied device—not just the use of the related technology—but is also practically and clearly feasible.
