Abstract

The present disclosure provides an apparatus comprising: one or more processors; and one or more memories in which instructions to be executed by the one or more processors are stored, wherein the one or more processors are configured to, when the instructions are executed: obtain, from a user terminal of a user, an access request for accessing a page related to a target store selling a product through an e-commerce service; determine, on the basis of information about the target store, whether to provide an arrival guarantee service for providing a reward if the product does not arrive at a delivery destination within a predetermined time with respect to the target store; determine, on the basis of the information about the target store and information about the user, an arrival guarantee time, which is a time for guaranteeing the arrival of the product to the delivery destination, according to the determination to provide the arrival guarantee service; and generate first page information for displaying, on the page related to the target store, first information indicating the arrival guarantee time and second information indicating that the arrival of the product is guaranteed within the arrival guarantee time, and transmit the first page information to the user terminal.

[0002] An e-commerce service is used to enable users to order delivery of goods from an online store. Users who wish to order delivery of goods can decide whether to purchase the goods by referring to the estimated time required for delivery.
