[0003] Steam treatment cooking appliance with steam treatment drawer and method for pivoting a lid of the same
[0004] The invention relates to a steam treatment cooking appliance comprising a drawer housing and a steam treatment drawer that can be extended and retracted horizontally relative to the drawer housing, wherein the steam treatment drawer has a cooking chamber with a loading opening at the top, which can be closed by means of a pivotable lid. The invention also relates to a method for pivoting the lid of the steam treatment drawer.
[0005] DE 10 2015 118 062 A1 discloses a cooking appliance with a tilting pot and a lid that can be pivoted by an electric drive and a gearbox movable by the drive for closing the pot, and equipped with a control unit for the drive, wherein the lid can assume an open, partially open and a closed position, and the drive and gearbox are designed such that the drive pivots the lid from the open to the partially open position and the operator can manually move the lid from the partially open to the closed position. The partially open position is a position that can be individually programmed and changed by the user via the control unit.
[0006] DE 10 2023 130 172 A discloses a kitchen appliance, preferably a kitchen appliance with a steam function, particularly preferably a steam cooking drawer, with an interior, preferably a cooking chamber, which is designed to receive at least one cooking vessel and / or at least one food item through an access opening, preferably from above, and with a closing element, preferably a lid, which is designed to close and release the access opening of the interior, preferably from above, preferably by pivoting by means of a pivoting element, preferably a hinge. The kitchen appliance is characterized in that the closing element has at least one glass pane and / or metal pane in sections, which can close the access opening to the interior, wherein the glass pane and / or metal pane facing the interior has at least a section, preferably over its entire surface, a structure designed to reduce the adhesive force of water droplets against the glass pane and / or metal pane. 202402909.

[0008] The object of the present invention is to overcome at least some of the disadvantages of the prior art and, in particular, to provide a way to open the lid of a steam treatment drawer in a particularly user-friendly, user-safe and high-quality manner.
[0009] This task is solved according to the characteristics of independent claims.
[0010] Preferred embodiments can be seen in particular in the dependent claims.
[0011] The problem is solved by a steam treatment cooking appliance comprising a drawer housing and a steam treatment drawer that can be extended and retracted horizontally relative to the drawer housing, wherein
[0012] - the steam treatment drawer has a cooking chamber with a top loading opening that can be closed by means of a pivoting lid,
[0013] - the lid can be pivoted from its closed position to a partially open steam release position by means of an electromechanical drive ("electric motor"), in which loading the cooking chamber with and removal of food from the cooking chamber from above through the loading opening is prevented.
[0014] This steam cooking appliance offers the advantage that the lid can be opened conveniently and safely during or after a steaming cycle without any manual intervention from the user. Furthermore, the motorized lid opening gives it a particularly high-quality feel, unlike, for example, a lid that springs open abruptly.
[0015] The steam cooking appliance is primarily a household appliance. It is a further development that the steam cooking appliance is a standalone unit, e.g., a built-in appliance. It is also a further development that the steam cooking appliance is part of a combination appliance, e.g., a combination appliance with an oven and a steam cooking appliance located specifically underneath it. 202402909
[0016] 3 / 22
[0017] The steam treatment drawer, in particular a steam cooking drawer, is specifically an electrically operated steam treatment drawer that has at least one electrically powered component, namely at least the electric motor provided for pivoting the lid. The steam treatment drawer can be mechanically connected to the drawer housing, e.g., via a pull-out system. The steam treatment drawer can, for example, have a pull-out length of between 40 cm and 60 cm between the retracted and fully extended positions. The steam treatment drawer can be extended and / or retracted manually or by motor. In addition to the cooking chamber, the lid and the electric motor, the steam treatment drawer may, for example, include one or more device components from the group comprising an electrically operated steam generator, a water tank fluidically connected to the steam generator, at least one heating element for heating the cooking chamber, control electronics, a vapor extraction system, etc.
[0018] In its closed position, the lid seals the loading opening. The closed position corresponds to an opening angle cp of 0° and is typically at least approximately horizontal. The fully open position can correspond to an opening angle cp between 80° and 90°, depending on how far the lid is intended to open. An opening angle cp of less than 90° may be necessary, for example, if another cooking appliance is located above the steam drawer, whose door handle, control knob, or similar protrudes forward and with which the lid would collide at an opening angle cp of 90°.
[0019] The steam release position corresponds specifically to a position in which the lid is open enough to allow steam in the cooking chamber to escape quickly, but not so far as to allow steam to escape in gushes, nor is it open enough for a user to load the cooking chamber from above through the loading opening or to remove food from it under normal circumstances. Such a steam release position is particularly advantageous because the controlled steam release prevents the user from coming into contact with the hot steam, or at least minimizes their contact. An opening in the steam release position can also be described as a "narrow" opening in the lid. 202402909
[0020] 4 / 22
[0021] The lid can have at least one stable intermediate position between the closed position and the fully open position, one of which is the steam release position. A stable position can be understood, for example, as the lid remaining in that position without the application of external force. The stable intermediate position can, in particular, comprise only the steam release position or it can comprise at least one further intermediate position or range of positions between the steam release position and the fully open position. In particular, the lid can be stable in any position.
[0022] It is a further development that the lid can be pivoted around or behind the rear edge of the cooking chamber when viewed from the front. In other words, the lid can be opened from its front edge when viewed from the front.
[0023] One embodiment of the device features a lid with a hinged assembly to which a cover for concealing the loading opening is attached. This hinged assembly pivotally connects the cover to the rest of the steam treatment drawer (without the lid). The hinged assembly has at least one hinge, but for stability and ease of implementation, preferably two hinges. For example, the hinged assembly can have two hinges which, when viewed from the front, are located at a rear edge of the cover, at least approximately in the area of the left and right edges of the cover, respectively. Each hinge has two hinge halves or parts that can rotate relative to each other. One ("movable") hinge half is fixed to the cover, and the other ("fixed") hinge half is fixed to the rest of the drawer.
[0024] It is a further development that the hinge device has an elongated basic shape and is arranged along an edge region of the cover. It is a further development that the length of the hinge device corresponds at least approximately to the length of this edge region. It is a further development that the hinge device is attached to an edge region of the cover that is rearward in front view. 202402909
[0025] 5 / 22
[0026] It is a further development that the cover is screwed to the hinge assembly, which advantageously allows for a particularly secure and robust attachment and is especially beneficial for heavy covers such as those with a glass pane assembly. For example, the cover can be screwed to the hinge assembly using two or more screws. Alternatively or additionally, the cover can be snapped or clipped to the hinge assembly. It is a further development that the hinge assembly has at least one longitudinal groove-like area into which the cover can be inserted.
[0027] The hinge assembly can also be equipped with a hinge cover and / or a condensate drain. The hinge cover can, for example, protect the connection mechanism to the cover, such as screws, screw holes, etc. The condensate drain can, for example, be designed to collect condensate flowing from the underside of the cover towards the hinge assembly and, if necessary, to drain it away.
[0028] It is a further development that the cover is at least partially made of transparent material, thus advantageously allowing the user a view into the cooking chamber even when the lid is closed. The cover can have a pane, particularly made of transparent material, which advantageously makes it especially lightweight. It is a further development that the cover has a pane stack of at least two panes arranged parallel and spaced apart from each other, which advantageously results in particularly good thermal insulation and thus a low surface temperature. The at least one pane can be made of plastic, which makes the cover particularly lightweight and inexpensive. The at least one pane can be made of glass, which makes the pane particularly resistant, e.g., to mechanical, chemical, and thermal stresses. The pane can be made of flat glass, which has the advantage that the cover can be relatively thin, thus keeping the volume of the cooking chamber particularly large.
[0029] The electric motor works against the weight of the lid to open it. The weight and center of gravity of the lid are largely determined by the weight of the cover, especially when the cover is a 202402909.
[0030] 6 / 22
[0031] The lid is made of glass or has a glass pane assembly. The fact that the lid can be pivoted from its closed position to a partially open steam release position by means of an electric motor may include pivoting the lid beyond its steam release position by means of an electric motor, in particular to the fully open position. Alternatively, the lid can only be pivoted by motor to the steam release position and must be opened manually. A further development is that the lid can be closed by means of an electric motor, either over the entire range of the opening angle cp or only over a partial range, e.g., between the steam release position and the closed position, otherwise manually. A further development is that the lid can be closed purely manually. The power of the electric motor is sensibly selected so that the forces transmitted by it are sufficient. The torques must be appropriate to the weight of the lid and its center of mass.
[0032] It is a further development that the electric motor is a shaded-pole motor, specifically a multi-pole shaded-pole synchronous motor with claw poles ("claw motor"). This type has the advantage of being simple and robust in design, cost-effective, and operating at a low speed. With standard shaded-pole motors, reversing the direction of rotation is not possible. If such a standard shaded-pole motor is used in this case, a particularly easy-to-implement improvement is that the cover must be closed manually or moved manually in the closing direction.
[0033] This design allows for variable adjustment of the opening or rotation speed of the lid's pivoting motion. This advantageously allows for control over the volume of steam released and the time required for sufficient steam extraction from the cooking chamber. The rotation speed can be adjusted continuously or in steps up to a maximum speed.
[0034] One design feature is that the opening angle of the steam release is variably adjustable. This also advantageously allows for influencing the volume flow of the escaping steam and the time required for sufficient steaming of the cooking chamber. The opening angle 202402909
[0035] 7 / 22
[0036] For example, it can be adjusted continuously or in steps, especially within an angular range specified for the steam release position.
[0037] This embodiment involves the electric motor acting directly on the movable hinge half of at least one of the at least one hinge; that is, on the hinge itself in the case of one hinge, on one or both hinges in the case of two hinges, and so on. This is advantageously particularly easy to implement. Direct action includes acting without an intermediate piece or via a torque-neutral intermediate piece, which therefore does not change the transmitted torque.
[0038] One embodiment involves the electric motor being a rotary motor (i.e., having a rotatable drive shaft) whose drive shaft lies on the same straight line as the axis of rotation of the movable hinge half(s). This allows the drive shaft to be advantageously connected directly to that of the movable hinge half, i.e., without an intermediate piece.
[0039] One embodiment of the electric motor features a drive shaft with protruding shaft end sections on both sides. This advantageously allows for a particularly compact arrangement of the electric motor between two hinges and the attachment of the drive shaft to the movable hinge halves on both sides.
[0040] This design incorporates a pivot axis in which the movable hinge halves of at least two hinges are rigidly connected to each other, thus preventing rotation. This advantageously allows for a particularly versatile, simple, and compact motorized pivoting of the lid by transmitting force or torque from the electric motor to the pivot axis. A further advantage is that the pivot axis reliably prevents rotation of the movable hinge halves relative to each other, which could occur, for example, if the motor torque is transmitted to only one of the movable hinge halves and the mechanical connection between them is insufficiently rigid. Thus, the movable hinge halves rotate simultaneously and at the same angle as the axis of rotation. If a torque is applied to the axis of rotation, causing it to rotate, the movable hinge halves, and therefore the cover, also rotate. If a torque is applied to a movable hinge half...202402909.
[0041] 8 / 22
[0042] As it rotates, the pivot point, the other movable hinge half, and the cover also rotate. The pivot point can be designed, for example, as a rod or tube. It can be a single piece or made of multiple parts.
[0043] In this embodiment, a force-transmitting component of the electric motor is connected to the cover, particularly to its axis of rotation or to a movable hinge half, via at least one intermediate piece in the form of a torque transmission element. By appropriately designing the torque transmission element, it is advantageously possible to achieve targeted torque or force-increasing or force-reducing transmissions, for example, by using a transmission ratio other than one. It is a particularly advantageous embodiment for a very smooth pivoting of the cover if the torque transmission element is designed to reduce force.
[0044] It is a possible configuration for the electric motor to be either a rotary motor or a linear motor. The force-generating component of the electric motor can be, for example, the drive shaft in the case of a rotary motor, or, for example, the drive piston in the case of a linear motor.
[0045] The torque transmission device can be, for example, a linkage, a gearbox such as a gear, planetary or coupling gearbox, a cable pull, a winch, etc.
[0046] It is a further development that the axis of rotation is present and a component or interface of the torque transmission device is mounted onto the axis of rotation in a rotationally secure manner, e.g., a gear element if the torque transmission device has a gear drive, or a cable guide if the torque transmission device has a cable drive. This can be achieved by mounting this component or interface of the torque transmission device onto a rotary axis that is not round in cross-section.
[0047] It is a further development that a component or interface of the torque transmission means on the movable hinge half of a hinge202402909
[0048] 9 / 22
[0049] is attached to the hinge mechanism. In a further development, this component is integrated into the movable hinge half, in particular as a single piece.
[0050] One embodiment of the steam-treating cooking appliance features at least one spring element that pushes the lid, when closed, towards an open position. This advantageously provides mechanical assistance to the lid's opening movement against its own weight, thus relieving the electric motor of some of the load and allowing it to be, for example, smaller and less expensive. However, the spring force pushing the lid open is not so strong as to compromise a steam-tight seal when the lid is closed. In a further development, a steam-tight seal is achieved largely or entirely by the weight of the cover. To further enhance the seal, the cover can rest against a circumferential gasket on the upper edge of the cooking chamber.
[0051] A further development involves arranging at least one spring element between the movable hinge half and the fixed hinge half. This allows for a particularly compact arrangement. In particular, one end of the spring can be attached to the movable hinge half and the other end to the fixed hinge half. Another further development is that the spring element is integrated into one or more hinges, which advantageously simplifies assembly.
[0052] One embodiment of the steam treatment / cooking appliance includes at least one user-operated control panel, which, when activated, allows the electric motor to be activated, e.g., selectively switched on and / or off. The control panel can be, for example, a microswitch, a sensor button ("touch button"), or a field on a touch-sensitive screen ("touch field"). A further embodiment includes a control panel that, when activated, causes the electric motor to pivot the lid from the closed position towards the steam release position.
[0053] This is a further development of the fact that the steam cooking appliance is designed to pivot the lid from the closed position to the steam release position when the control panel is activated – even briefly. So202402909
[0054] 10 / 22
[0055] This allows for the advantage of a particularly easy opening of the lid for the purpose of steam release.
[0056] An alternative or additional development of the steam treatment cooking appliance is that, when the control panel is activated, the lid pivots from the closed position towards the steam release position until the activation is stopped, but at most until a maximum or maximum permissible opening angle of the steam release position is reached. This advantageously allows for user-controlled adjustment of the steam release opening angle within reasonable limits. A further development is that, when the control panel is activated, the steam treatment cooking appliance is configured to pivot the lid from the closed position at least until a minimum opening angle of the steam release position is reached. This achieves the advantage of effective steam release within a reasonable timeframe.
[0057] It is a further development that the steam treatment cooking appliance is configured to pivot the lid, currently in the steam release position, from the steam release position to a more fully open position when the control panel is activated again. In one further development, this can be implemented such that the lid can be pivoted from the steam release position to the fully open position with a brief activation. An additional or alternative further development is that, when activated, the lid can be pivoted from the steam release position towards the fully open position for as long as the activation is maintained, but at most until the fully open position is reached. In the event that the electric motor can also be used to close the lid, the lid can be pivoted towards the closed position, for example, when a corresponding control panel is activated, for as long as the activation continues, but at most until the closed position is reached. It is a further development that the at least one control panel for activating the electric motor is exactly one control panel. It is a further development that this control panel can also be used to control other device functions in a different operating context. 202402909.
[0058] 11 / 22
[0059] The at least one user-operated control panel is arranged in such a way that it is located outside a typical outflow area of the steam escaping from the cooking chamber in the steam release position, for example, in the case of a front view, on a side outer wall of the drawer, in particular below the lid, or on a front side of the drawer.
[0060] One embodiment of the steam cooking appliance features a locking device designed to hold the lid releasably in its closed position. This prevents unwanted steam release in the closed position, which could occur, for example, if the lid were lifted due to overpressure in the cooking chamber. The locking device can utilize, for example, detent elements, bolts, etc. A further embodiment provides that the locking device is independently operable. Another further embodiment provides that the steam cooking appliance is designed to automatically unlock the locking device when the associated user-operated control panel is activated to open the lid. The locking device can also serve as an additional safety component, such as a child safety lock, but this is not necessary for the primary function.
[0061] One embodiment involves the steam release position corresponding to a lid opening angle between 3° and 20°. This angular range is advantageous for achieving rapid yet controlled steam release from the cooking chamber, while preventing the user from interfering with the cooking chamber during typical movements. A particularly advantageous further development is that the lid opening angle corresponds to a range between 5° and 15°.
[0062] The problem is also solved by a method for pivoting the lid of the steam treatment drawer of the steam treatment cooker, as described above, in which, when the electric motor is actuated with the steam treatment drawer extended and the lid closed, it pivots the lid to the steam release position, i.e., opens it. The method can be implemented analogously to the steam treatment cooker, and vice versa, and offers the same advantages. 202402909
[0063] 12 / 22
[0064] It is a further development that the electric motor can only be operated when the steam treatment drawer is fully extended and the lid can be opened completely. It is a further development that the electric motor can only be operated when the steam treatment drawer is fully extended.
[0065] The properties, features and advantages of this invention described above, as well as the manner in which they are achieved, will become clearer and more easily understood in connection with the following schematic description of an exemplary embodiment, which will be explained in more detail in conjunction with the drawings.
[0066] Fig. 1 shows a sketch of a steam treatment cooking appliance with a steam treatment drawer in a sectional side view; Fig. 2 shows a section of a possible cover of the steam treatment drawer in an oblique view;
[0067] Fig. 3 shows a sketch of a possible hinge mechanism for the lid from Fig. 2 as a sectional view in rear view;
[0068] Fig. 4 shows a top view from a rear oblique angle of another possible cover for the steam treatment drawer, with an additional side view showing an electric motor; and
[0069] Fig. 5 shows the cover with the electric motor from Fig. 4 as a sectional view in side view.
[0070] Fig. 1 shows a sectional side view sketch of a steam treatment cooking appliance 1, which has a drawer housing 2 and a steam treatment drawer 3, shown here in abbreviated form, which can be extended and retracted horizontally relative to the drawer housing 2, as indicated by the double arrow H. The steam treatment drawer 3 has a cooking chamber 4 with a top loading opening 5, which can be closed by means of a pivoting lid 6, as indicated by the curved double arrow. The cooking chamber 4 can be supplied with steam D by means of an electrically operated evaporator 7. The operation of the evaporator 7 can be controlled by means of a control device in the form of control electronics 8. The control electronics 8 can be used, among other things, to control a steam treatment operation. The control electronics 202402909
[0071] 13 / 22
[0072] 8 is connected to a user interface 9, which has a touch-sensitive screen with virtual actuation areas or one or more sensor buttons 10 as sensor field(s). A user can input data and, if necessary, receive information via the user interface 9.
[0073] The lid 6 can be pivoted from its closed position to the partially open steam release position shown, at least by means of an electric motor 11. When the lid 6 is opened into the steam release position after a steam treatment cycle, steam D flows quickly and in a controlled manner through the gap between the lid 6 and the cooking chamber 4. The sensor button 10, which is used to actuate the electric motor 11, is positioned so that it lies outside the typical outflow area of the escaping steam D; for example, in the front view, it is located on the top side of the steam treatment drawer 3, sufficiently far in front of the loading opening 5.
[0074] In the steam release position, the usual loading and unloading of food from the cooking chamber 4 from above through the loading opening 5 is prevented because the lid 6 is only open a crack and therefore intervention by a user in the usual way is not possible and a usual user is deterred or not motivated to attempt to load or unload food due to the small opening angle cp in the range between 3° and 20°.
[0075] The electric motor 11 can be controlled by the control electronics 8. In particular, the electric motor 11 can be operated in such a way that the control electronics 8 detects when the sensor button 10 is pressed to open the lid 6 and controls the electric motor 11 accordingly, thus operating it, in particular switching it on and off as needed. In one variant, the user interface 9 can be used to variably adjust the opening angle cp of the steam release position. In another variant, the user interface 9 can be used to variably adjust the rotational speed co = dcp / dt of a pivoting movement of the lid 6.
[0076] If the lid 6 is to be opened further than the steam release position, e.g. to the fully open position, this can be done manually and / or by means of the electric motor 202402909
[0077] 14 / 22
[0078] 11. The lid 6 can be closed manually and / or by means of the electric motor 11.
[0079] The steam treatment drawer 3 further features a locking device 12, by means of which the lid 6 is held in its closed position. In one variant, the locking device 12 can only be unlocked manually. In another variant, the locking device 12 can only be unlocked electrically, e.g., automatically by the control electronics 8 and / or triggered by user input at the user interface 9 via the control electronics 8. Finally, the locking device 12 can be unlocked both manually and electrically.
[0080] The lid 6 has a cover 13 that covers the loading opening 5 in the closed position. This cover 13 is designed here as a glass unit 14, 15, 16, comprising a glass pane 14 ("outer pane") on the upper side in the closed position and a glass pane 15 arranged parallel to and spaced apart from it ("inner pane"). The two panes 14, 15 are held in place, for example, by a frame 16 glued to the underside of the outer pane 14, which surrounds and holds the inner pane 15. The outer pane 14 projects laterally beyond the inner pane 15, with the overhang resting against the upper edge of the cooking chamber 4, e.g., via a seal (not shown).
[0081] At the rear section of the overhang, the cover 13 is connected to a hinge assembly 17, in particular by screws. The hinge assembly 17 has two hinges 18, each with two hinge halves rotatable relative to each other. One movable hinge half is fixedly connected to the cover 13 and thus rotates with the cover 13, while the other, fixed hinge half is connected to the remaining, non-rotatable steam treatment drawer 3. The cover 13 is therefore rotatably connected to the remaining steam treatment drawer 3 via two hinges 18. The lid 6 can be attached to the remaining steam treatment drawer 3 via the fixed hinge halves of the hinge assembly 17, so that the hinge assembly 17 also serves as, or can be described as, a hinge fixing.
[0082] 15 / 22
[0083] Fig. 2 shows an oblique view of a section of components of a possible cover 6 of the steam treatment drawer 3. The outer pane 14, the inner pane 15, a frame 16, and drip channels 19 of the cover 13 are shown, as well as parts of the hinge assembly 17, namely an elongated hinge body 20 to which the outer pane 14 is screwed, and a hinge cover 21 covering this fastening area. The hinge body 20 has a tube-like hinge receptacle 22 on both the left and right sides, into which the hinges 18 (shown here only in the left hinge receptacle 22) can be inserted. A space 23 is located between the two hinge receptacles 22, in which the electric motor 11 can be inserted. The electric motor 11 can be considered a component of the hinge assembly 17 or, alternatively, a separate component.
[0084] Fig. 3 shows a sectional view in rear view of a possible embodiment of the hinge assembly 17 from Fig. 2 with a built-in electric motor 11 and both cylindrical hinges 18 inserted into the hinge receptacles 22. The movable hinge half 18A corresponds to a lateral wall or...
[0085] The hinge 18 is mounted on the outer surface and is inserted into the corresponding hinge receptacle 22 in a rotationally secure manner. The fixed hinge half 18B has an outwardly projecting fastening pin 25, by means of which the hinge 18 can be inserted into the remaining steam treatment drawer 3 in a rotationally secure manner and fastened there, e.g., by positive and / or frictional engagement. It is therefore possible to first join the hinge assembly 17 with the cover 13 and then attach the resulting lid 6 to the remaining part of the steam treatment drawer 3 (without the lid).
[0086] The electric motor 11 is a rotary motor with shaft end sections 24 projecting at both ends. The housing of the electric motor 11 is attached to the remaining part of the steam treatment drawer 3 and therefore does not rotate with the cover 13. The shaft end sections 24 are connected to the respective opposing movable hinge halves 18A in a rotationally secure manner, so that when the shaft end sections 24 rotate, the movable hinge halves 18A and thus also the cover 13 are moved along with them. The shaft end sections 24 lie on the same line as the axes of rotation of the movable hinges 18 and hinge halves 18A, respectively.
[0087] 16 / 22
[0088] Between the two hinge halves 18A and 18B, an optional spring element 26, e.g. a torsion spring or a coil spring, is provided, which forces the movable hinge half 18A in a direction of rotation corresponding to an opening movement and thus forces the lid 6 or its cover, which is in its closed position, towards an open position.
[0089] Fig. 4 shows a top view from a rear oblique angle of another possible cover 6 of the steam treatment drawer 3, with an additional side view showing an electric motor 11. The electric motor 11 is now configured with a torque transmission means 27 in the form of a cable pull with one or both movable hinge halves 18A (see Fig. 5).
[0090] Fig. 5 shows the cover 6 with the electric motor 11 from Fig. 4 as a sectional view in side view. In this case, the drive shaft of the electric motor 11 serves as a winch or drives a winch that can wind and unwind a cable 27A of the torque transmission means 27, which is connected to the movable hinge half(s) 18A. The movable hinge half(s) 18A are each equipped with a cable guide, in particular shaped so that the cable guide is functionally integrated within it. When the winch is rotated (for example, counterclockwise when viewed from the plane of the blade), the cable 27A is wound onto the winch and then pulls on the movable hinge half(s) 18A in such a way that a torque is generated which opens the cover 6. In particular, the winch and the cable guide are designed, e.g., their diameters are dimensioned so that the cable pull has a force-reducing effect.
[0091] Of course, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown.
[0092] A linear motor can be used instead of a rotary motor.
