YK Value Comparison and Analysis System
[0001] The present invention relates to a technique for comparing YK values and YK3 values, which are technical competitiveness indicators of patents, TK values of trademarks, and derived values of these values among right holders, and automatically generating descriptions of the comparison results.

Since this curve is an artificial curve where all patents lapse on the 20th anniversary from the filing date of the patent application, the protruding portion at the 20th anniversary is expanded to the 21st year and beyond so that the entire curve follows a normal distribution. A "1-normal cumulative distribution" curve is generated using the normal distribution curve thus obtained, and this is used as an obsolescence curve.
