Abstract
Description
Vehicle magnetic escape handle
[0001] The present invention relates to a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle that can be used as an interior handle in normal circumstances and can be used as a magnetic escape device by removing the interior handle with a simple operation in emergency situations such as physical damage to the vehicle, flooding, rollover, or fire, as well as in the case of an electric vehicle where escape from the vehicle interior is impossible due to reasons such as power cutoff caused by physical damage.
[0002]
[0003] Vehicle accidents, such as physical damage, flooding, rollovers, and fires, occur in unpredictable situations. In particular, while the adoption of electric vehicles has been increasing recently, if the vehicle's power supply is cut off due to external impact or internal malfunction, it becomes difficult to open doors, windows, or the trunk, potentially leaving occupants unable to escape; in fact, there is a growing trend of such accidents resulting in casualties.
[0004] Technology is being developed regarding portable emergency escape devices or vehicle interior handles that can be used as hammers in emergencies, driven by the need to provide a means of rapid escape within the vehicle, not only when escape from the interior is required but also, in the case of electric vehicles, regardless of power supply availability.
[0005] However, portable emergency escape devices require the occupant to carry the device separately, and since they are not fixed in place inside the vehicle, they may become displaced in the event of an accident, making it difficult for the occupant to actually use them in an emergency.
[0006] Meanwhile, the interior handle, which can be used as a hammer in emergencies, requires the repeated motion of striking the window to break it. In the event of vehicle submersion, there is a high probability that sufficient force will not be transmitted to shatter the window due to water pressure, and this poses a problem of delayed escape time for children or the elderly who are relatively weaker. Additionally, there is a problem in that escape may become impossible if the interior space is deformed by external pressure, making it difficult to secure the clearance necessary to strike the window.
[0007]
[0008] The present invention is intended to solve the problems of the prior art and relates to a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle that can be used as an interior handle in normal times and can be used as a magnetic escape device by removing the interior handle with a simple operation in an emergency.

[0013] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the gripping portion further includes a storage groove formed inwardly in a portion that is bent into a U-shape, and a cutting portion provided inside the storage groove.
[0014] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the gripping part may be configured to be equipped with a phosphorescent material or a tritium capsule so as to enable use even in a dark situation.
[0015] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first coupling part and the second coupling part may be configured to further include a hole into which a hinge pin can be inserted.
[0016]

[0044] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0045] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to various embodiments of the present invention may be configured to include a first coupling part (110) and a second coupling part (120), a gripping part (200) configured in a U-shape, a support part (300), and a cutting part (500).
[0046] According to one embodiment, a U-shaped gripping member (200) may be configured such that both ends are connected to a first coupling member (110) and a second coupling member (120), respectively, and the connection can be released by the occupant operating the gripping member (200). The first coupling member (110) and the second coupling member (120) may be separated and fixed to the headlining portion inside the vehicle.
[0047] According to one embodiment, the first coupling part (110) and the second coupling part (120) may include a coupling storage part (111, 121) which is formed with a hollow interior and has one side open to facilitate easy removal of both ends of the gripping part (200).
[0048] According to one embodiment, the inner side of the coupling storage portion (111, 121) may include a coupling projection (112) that can be fitted with a coupling groove (240) formed on the outer surface of both ends of the gripping portion (200).
[0049] According to one embodiment, the first connecting part (110) and the second connecting part (120) may further include a hole (130) into which a hinge pin can be inserted so that they can be connected in a hinge manner, which is a common connecting method for vehicle interior handles.
[0050] With this configuration, the gripping part (200) is prevented from being released from the first connecting part (110) and the second connecting part (120), so that the passenger can use the gripping part (200) as a safety handle for the vehicle in normal times.
[0051] According to one embodiment, the outer surface of both ends of the gripping portion (200) may be formed with a coupling groove (240) capable of fitting with a coupling projection (112) and a slide groove (250) capable of sliding the coupling projection (112). The coupling groove (240) may be formed to be larger than the size at which the coupling projection (112) fits. The slide groove (250) may be formed to be larger than the volume of the coupling projection (112) to facilitate sliding of the coupling projection (112), and may be formed along the sliding trajectory of the coupling projection (112). The contact surface between the coupling groove (240) and the slide groove (250) may be configured to be open to allow linear movement of the coupling projection (112).
[0052] Meanwhile, the locations where the coupling protrusions, coupling grooves, and slide grooves are formed can be configured in various ways. For example, the coupling protrusions may be formed on the outer circumference of both ends of the gripping portion, and the coupling grooves and slide grooves may be formed on the inner side of the coupling storage portion.
[0053] According to one embodiment, the gripping portion (200) may further include a cutting portion (500) comprising a metal blade fixed to the center of the internal space of the storage groove (510) and capable of cutting the seat belt in an emergency, wherein a storage groove (510) is formed inwardly in a portion that is bent into a U-shape. The storage groove (510) may be configured so that the front and rear portions are open in a U-shape, excluding the portion that fixes the cutting portion (500), to facilitate the insertion and cutting of the seat belt.
[0054] According to one embodiment, the depth of the storage groove (510) formed on the inner side of the gripping portion (200) is formed to be greater than the length of the cutting portion (500), so that the cutting portion (500) is not exposed to the outside and can be fixed on the inner side of the storage groove (510), thereby preventing injuries such as cuts or scratches to the occupant caused by the exposure of the cutting portion (500).
[0055] With this configuration, in an emergency, the occupant can quickly escape by cutting the vehicle's seat belt with the cutting part (500) which is fixed to the storage groove (510) formed in the gripping part (200).
[0056] FIGS. 4 to 8 are drawings illustrating the process of releasing a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0057] FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a case where a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention is used as a safety handle in normal times, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view along line III-III of FIG. 4 showing the combined state of the first coupling part (110) and the second coupling part (120) and the gripping part (200).
[0058] According to one embodiment, when gripping the gripping portion (200) downward (A), the coupling projection (112) is fitted into the coupling groove (240), and the gripping portion (200) is fixedly coupled to the first coupling portion (110) and the second coupling portion (120), so that the occupant can use it as a safety handle for the vehicle in normal times.
[0059] FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a case where a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention is used as a magnetic escape device in an emergency, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view along the VV line of FIG. 6 showing the state of releasing the connection between the first coupling part (110) and the second coupling part (120) and the gripping part (200).
[0060] According to one embodiment, when a passenger grips the gripping portion (200) upward (B), the coupling projection (112) fitted into the coupling groove (240) can be moved to the slide groove (250) along the open side of the coupling groove (240).
[0061] FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the process of releasing the connection from the first connecting part (110) and the second connecting part (120) by rotating the gripping part (200) when the present invention is used as a magnetic escape handle in an emergency.
[0062] In FIGS. 6 and 7, the coupling projection (112) located in the slide groove (250) can be moved along the slide groove (250) when the occupant rotates the gripping part (200) as shown in FIG. 8. In this case, when the gripping part (200) is rotated so that the coupling projection (112) completely exits the slide groove (250), both ends of the gripping part (200) can be removed through the open surfaces of the coupling storage parts (111, 121).
[0063] According to one embodiment, the coupling storage portion (111) of the first coupling portion (110) may be configured to be open to the front, and the coupling storage portion (121) of the second coupling portion (120) may be configured to be open to the rear. In this case, when the gripping portion (200) is rotated, the two ends of the gripping portion (200) that are respectively coupled to the first coupling portion (110) and the second coupling portion (120) can be detached in the direction in which the coupling storage portions (111, 121) are opened, thereby allowing the gripping portion (200) to be simultaneously uncoupled from the first coupling portion (110) and the second coupling portion (120). In this case, the surface forming the coupling storage portions (111, 121) may be composed of a soft plastic material having elasticity to facilitate the detachment of the gripping portion (200).
[0064] FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view along line IV-IV of FIG. 4. According to one embodiment, an internal space may be formed at the end of the gripping portion (200) to house a support portion (300) and a striking portion (400), and may further include a support portion (300) for supporting and compressing the striking portion (400) and a striking portion (400) for applying force to the glass of a vehicle.
[0065] According to one embodiment, the internal space in which the support member (300) is housed may be composed of a first fixing projection (210) that prevents the support member (300) from detaching from the gripping member (200), a guide groove (220) that forms an internal movement range of the support member (300) so that the support member (300) can compress the striking member (400) housed in the internal space of the gripping member (200), and a stopper (230) that restricts the internal movement of the support member (300).
[0066] According to one embodiment, a support member (300) stored in the internal space of a gripping member (200) may be configured such that one side protrudes to the outside of the gripping member (200) and the other side is stored in the internal space.
[0067] In this case, one side of the support portion (300) protruding to the outside of the gripping portion (200) may include an opening (320) formed in a hollow shape so that a striking member (410) stored in the internal space of the gripping portion (200) on the surface where the support portion (300) is in contact with the glass can enter and exit to apply force to the glass of the vehicle, and the other side of the support portion (300) stored in the internal space of the gripping portion (200) may have a second fixing projection (310) formed on one side of the outer surface.
[0068] According to one embodiment, in the internal space where the support member (300) is housed, a first fixing projection (210) may be formed on the inner side of the end of the gripping member (200) so as to engage with the second fixing projection (310). With such a configuration, the support member (300) can be prevented from being detached from the gripping member (200) by the elastic force of the second elastic body (430).
[0069] According to one embodiment, a guide groove (220) may be formed on the lower inner wall of the first fixing projection (210). A second fixing projection (310) may be housed in the guide groove (220). A stopper (230) is formed at the bottom of the guide groove (220) to restrict the internal movement of the second fixing projection (310). The second fixing projection (310) housed in the guide groove (220) may move along the guide groove (220) to a range where it engages with the stopper (230) when the support portion (300) is compressed. By this configuration, when the second fixing projection (310) engages with the first fixing projection (210), the support portion (300) is prevented from detaching, and when it engages with the stopper (230), the support portion (300) is enabled to compress the striking portion (400).
[0070] According to one embodiment, the internal space in which the striking part (400) is housed may be formed hollowly at the bottom of the internal space in which the support part (300) is housed. In this case, the internal space in which the striking part (400) composed of the striking pin (410), the first elastic body (420), and the second elastic body (430) is housed, and the hollow fixed storage part (450) that prevents the striking pin (410) from escaping from the internal space may be formed.
[0071] According to one embodiment, the upper portion of the fixed storage portion (450) may be formed with a diameter smaller than that of the latch (440) formed on the lower outer surface of the striking plate (410) to prevent the striking plate (410) from coming out. The lower portion of the fixed storage portion (450) may be formed with a diameter larger than that of the upper portion so that the striking plate (410) is stored at a predetermined angle and the striking plate can be easily moved in and out.
[0072] According to one embodiment, the striking part (400) stored in the internal space of the gripping part (200) may be composed of a striking plate (410), a first elastic body (420), a second elastic body (430), a latch (440), and a fixed storage part (450).
[0073] According to one embodiment, a striking plate (410), which may be formed of a metal material, may be stored in a state in contact with the inner wall of the gripping part (200) and the bottom of the support part (300). One end of the striking plate (410) may be formed in a conical shape, and the other end of the striking plate (410) may be formed as a rod. A portion of the rod portion of the striking plate (410) may be stored in the internal space of the fixed storage part (450). A catch (440) may be formed at one end of the rod portion of the striking plate (410) to prevent the striking plate (410) from coming off.
[0074] According to one embodiment, the first elastic body (420) may be provided on the outer surface of a rod formed at the other end of the striking member (410). One side of the first elastic body (420) is supported in the internal space of the gripping part (200), and the other side is fixed to one side of the striking member (410), so that the striking member (410) can be stored at a predetermined angle of inclination while in contact with the inner wall of the gripping part (200) and the bottom of the support part (300) by the elastic force of the first elastic body (420).
[0075] According to one embodiment, the second elastic body (430) may be formed on the outer surface of the first elastic body (420), and one side may be supported at the bottom of the support portion (300), and the other side may be supported on the upper surface of the fixed storage portion (450) formed in the internal space of the gripping portion (200).
[0076] With this configuration, a vehicle interior safety handle equipped with a magnetic escape device for breaking the vehicle's glass in an emergency can be provided.
[0077] FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing an example in which a passenger uses a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention as a magnetic escape device for breaking the glass (10) of a vehicle, and FIG. 11 to 15 are cross-sectional views showing the process of breaking the glass (10) of a vehicle by operating the striking part (400) of the magnetic escape handle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0078] According to one embodiment, when a passenger applies force in a vertical direction (C) to the gripping member (200) after the protruding surface of the support member (300) is pressed against the glass (10) as shown in FIG. 11, the support member (300) can be moved inward to the extent that the second fixing projection (310) formed on the outer circumference of the support member (300) engages with the stopper (230) along the guide groove (220) formed in the internal space of the gripping member (200), as shown in FIG. 12 to FIG. 14.
[0079] In this case, the striking plate (410), which is stored at a predetermined angle while in contact with the inner wall of the gripping part (200) and the bottom of the support part (300), is pushed out of the inner wall of the gripping part (200) and detached as the support part (300) moves inward. The striking plate (410), detached from the inner wall, retracts toward the fixed storage part (450) and aligns toward the opening (320) formed in the support part (300). Simultaneously with the retraction of the striking plate (410), the first elastic body (420) provided at the bottom of the striking plate (410) can be compressed. Additionally, the second elastic body (430), which is supported on one side at the bottom of the support portion (300), can be further compressed as the support portion (300) moves inward, with the other side of the second elastic body (430) supported on the upper surface of the fixed storage portion (450) formed in the internal space of the gripping portion (200).
[0080] According to one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 13 to 14, when the striking plate (410) is aligned in a straight line toward the opening (320), the striking plate (410) can pass through the opening (320) and protrude due to the restoring force of the compressed first elastic body (420) and break the glass (10) that is in contact with the support (300).
[0081] With this configuration, the occupant can use the vehicle's interior safety handle as a safety handle in normal times, and in an emergency, can detach it with a simple operation to use it as a self-propelled escape device. When used as a self-propelled escape device, the vehicle's glass can be broken with a single press operation to allow for a rapid escape, thereby effectively shortening the escape time.
[0082] According to one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, the support member (300) can be moved outward by the restoring force of the second elastic body (430) that was compressed as the support member (300) moves inward into the internal space of the gripping member (200). In this case, the second fixing projection (310) formed on the support member (300) can be moved outward along the guide groove (220) to the extent that it engages with the first fixing projection (210) formed in the internal space of the gripping member (200), and the support member (300) can return to its original position.
[0083] In this case, the striking plate (410) that protruded through the opening (320) can be fixed again to the inner wall of the support part (300) and the gripping part (200). Specifically, the diameter of the catch (440) formed at the other end of the striking plate (410) is formed larger than the diameter of the upper surface of the fixed storage part (450) formed in the internal space of the gripping part (200), so that when the striking plate (410) protrudes through the opening (320), it can be prevented from being ejected from the internal space of the gripping part (200) and can be returned to its original position.
[0084] Additionally, as the support member (300) returns to its original position, the internal space of the gripping member (200) returns to an inner wall space in which the striking member (410) can be stored, so that the striking member (410) can return to a stored state in which it contacts the inner wall space of the gripping member (200) and the bottom of the support member (300) and is tilted at a predetermined angle. With this configuration, the occupant can repeatedly use the magnetic escape device.
[0085] Additionally, the gripping part (200) may include a component that can induce use in the dark. For example, the gripping part (200) may be composed of a phosphorescent material that stores light energy and emits stored light in the dark, or a sealed capsule containing tritium (one of the isotopes of hydrogen) that emits light by continuously emitting radiation through self-fission may be provided on one side of the gripping part (200). With such a configuration, the passenger can be encouraged to use the vehicle interior handle as a self-escape device even in a dark situation or during submersion, thereby improving the passenger's safety.
[0086] FIG. 16 is a block diagram illustrating an example of a magnetic escape handle for a vehicle equipped with a communication device (610) according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to an embodiment, the vehicle handle (600) may include a wireless communication device (610) for communicating with an Electronic Control Unit (660) of the vehicle, a memory (620) for temporarily storing data received from the Electronic Control Unit (660), a battery (630) for providing power, etc. Additionally, the vehicle handle (600) may further include a light-emitting sensor (640) and / or a speaker (650) for notifying the occupant of an emergency situation.
[0087] Additionally, the first coupling portion and / or the second coupling portion of the vehicle handle (600) may further include a charging portion for charging a battery (630) provided in the vehicle handle (600). That is, when the vehicle handle (600) is coupled to the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion, the battery (630) of the vehicle handle (600) can be automatically charged using the vehicle's power.
[0088] Generally, the electronic control unit (660) can determine whether there is an emergency situation by using various sensors included in the vehicle. For example, the electronic control unit (660) can determine whether a fire has occurred in the vehicle by using a temperature sensing sensor, etc., or check whether the vehicle is flooded by using an image sensor, etc. When such an emergency situation occurs, the electronic control unit (660) can transmit data related to the emergency situation to a communication device (e.g., Bluetooth device, etc.) (610) of the vehicle handle (600).
[0089] Additionally, the first coupling portion and / or the second coupling portion of the vehicle handle (600) may include a sensor that detects the release of the gripping portion. In this case, the electronic control unit (660) can determine whether an emergency situation of the vehicle has occurred.
[0090] When data related to an emergency situation is received, the vehicle handle (600) can induce the passenger to use the vehicle handle by illuminating a light at regular intervals through a light-emitting sensor (640) or by notifying the passenger of the emergency situation through a speaker (650). With this configuration, the safety of the passenger can be effectively improved by additionally providing a sensor capable of detecting an emergency situation when the gripping part of the vehicle handle (600) is released, as well as a communication device capable of inducing the passenger to use it in an emergency situation, in addition to providing a striking part for breaking the window on the vehicle handle (600).
