Abstract

A vehicle includes a chassis and a battery assembly coupled to the chassis. The battery assembly includes a first battery set comprising a first battery positioned on a first chassis side of the chassis and a second battery positioned on a second chassis side of the chassis, opposite the first chassis side. The battery assembly includes a first hanging bracket coupled to a first battery side of the first battery. The battery assembly includes a first mount positioned at a first battery end of the first battery and coupled to the first hanging bracket. The battery assembly includes a plate coupled to the first mount and extending from the first battery to the second battery above the chassis. The plate is coupled to the chassis.

3. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the first mount comprises:a bracket portion coupled to the first hanging bracket; anda damper portion coupled to the bracket portion and the plate, the damper portion positioned between the bracket portion and the plate.
