[0005] On the other hand, for a user, it is necessary to personally select the optimal business operator from a plurality of business operators for a desired service. In addition, the user needs to register personal information in detail on an Internet site that introduces businesses, which is troublesome. Furthermore, for a business operator, although they can carry out advertising activities using the information displayed on the screen, it is difficult to directly conduct sales activities to users and develop new customers.
[0006] In view of such problems, one object of the present invention is to enable a user to easily receive an introduction of a required service. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for conducting new sales activities. Still another object of the present invention is to enable a business operator to conduct sales activities for its own service (business) without employing new sales staff, and to acquire promising customers for concluding transactions.
[0007] According to one embodiment of the present invention, an information processing method is provided which includes a computer generating a referrer dataset based on information obtained from a referrer terminal used by a referrer, generating a business list dataset including at least one business dataset based on information obtained from at least one business terminal, obtaining referral request information transmitted from the referrer terminal, generating a referral business list dataset from the business list dataset including a business dataset corresponding to the referral request information and transmitting it to the referrer terminal, obtaining referred person information and transaction request information with a business corresponding to a business dataset selected by the referred person from the referral business list dataset transmitted from the referred person terminal, and generating reward information based on the results of the transaction associated with the transaction request information.
[0008] In the above information processing method, transaction management information between the referred person and the business operator may be displayed on the referrer terminal.
[0009] In the above information processing method, the transaction management information and the business information corresponding to the business dataset may be deleted when certain conditions are met.

[0024] <First Embodiment> An information processing system according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0025] (1-1. Hardware Configuration of the Information Processing System) Figure 1 shows the hardware configuration of the information processing system 1. As shown in Figure 1, the information processing system 1 includes an information processing server 10, a referrer terminal 20, a referred user terminal 30, and a business operator terminal 40. The information processing server 10 functions as an application server for information processing. The referrer terminal 20 is the terminal of a user who introduces a business to a referred user. The referred user terminal 30 is the terminal of a user who wishes to receive a business (service) from a referrer. The business operator terminal 40 is the terminal of a business operator that provides a business (service). In this embodiment, a plurality of referrer terminals 20 (referrer terminals 20-1, 20-2, ..., 20-L (where L is a natural number)), a plurality of referred user terminals 30 (referred user terminals 30-1, 30-2, ..., 30-M (where M is a natural number)), and a plurality of business operator terminals 40 (business operator terminals 40-1, 40-2, ..., 40-N (where N is a natural number)) may be provided. For the sake of explanation, these will be referred to as the referrer terminal 20, the referred terminal 30, and the business operator terminal 40. The information processing server 10, the referrer terminal 20, the referred terminal 30, and the business operator terminal 40 are connected to a network NW. The network NW is a communication network such as the Internet (specifically SSL / TLS or VPN), an intranet, etc., and the appropriate network is used depending on the communication environment.
[0026] In Information Processing System 1, the referrer (also called a "member") uses business introduction application software (also called a "business introduction app") running on the referrer's terminal to select business information they wish to introduce from a business introduction list dataset and introduces that business information to the person being introduced (also called a "lead"). The business introduction application software can also be called a "referral web platform." If the person being introduced is interested, transaction request information (link information, entry information) is sent from the person being introduced's terminal, and the business operator and the person being introduced can conduct transactions (negotiations, communication) toward starting the business. The configuration of Information Processing System 1 for realizing this process will be described below.
[0027] (1-1-1. Information Processing Server 10) The information processing server 10 includes a control unit 11, a storage unit 12, and a communication unit 13. The control unit 11, the storage unit 12, and the communication unit 13 may be connected by a communication bus. In this example, a cloud server is used for the information processing server 10. In this example, the reward dataset 125 includes reward identification information (ID) 125a, reward-eligible business identification information (ID) 125b, reward-eligible identification information (ID) 125c, and reward amount 125d.
[0055] (1-4. Information Processing Method) Next, the information processing based on instructions from the information processing program in the information processing system of this embodiment will be described. Figures 9 to 14 are flowcharts showing the information processing method of the information processing system 1 in this embodiment. Figures 15 to 21 are examples of user interfaces displayed on the display units of each terminal.
[0056] (1-4-1. Referrer Registration) Figure 9 is a flowchart of the referrer information registration process S100. As shown in Figure 9, first, the referrer installs the business referral service application software (app) on the referrer terminal 20 (step S101). The business referral service is a service in which the referrer introduces a business to the person being referred, and the referrer receives a reward when a transaction (business negotiation, contract to start business) is concluded between the person being referred and the business. Once the business referral service app is installed, application information (account information) for receiving the business referral service is entered (step S103). When the business referral service app installed on the referrer terminal 20 is started, the user (referrer) enters the required information. The entered application information is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S105).
[0057] When the referrer's application information is obtained (step S107), the information processing server 10 performs the referrer registration process (step S109). At this time, the referrer dataset 121 shown in Figure 4 is generated and stored in the storage unit 12 (referrer DB 12a). The information processing server 10 sends registration completion information to the referrer terminal 20 (step S111), and the referrer terminal 20 obtains (receives) the registration completion information (step S113). The obtained registration completion information may be displayed on the business referral service application screen of the display unit 24 of the referrer terminal 20. Figure 15 is an example of the user interface 24a of the referrer dataset. The user interface 24a corresponds to the referrer dataset 121. The user interface 24a includes referrer ID 24a1, referrer name 24a2, referrer telephone number 24a3, referrer date of birth 24a4, referrer gender 24a5, and referrer email address 24a6. As a result, the referrer is registered on the referral web platform.
[0058] (1-4-2. Registration of Business Operator Information) Figure 10 is a flowchart of the business operator information registration process S200. First, a representative of the business operator installs the business referral service application on the business operator terminal 40 (step S201). Next, in order to apply for a referral service, the representative of the business operator enters the required information about the business (application information) into the business operator terminal 40 (step S203). The application information may include the amount of the service (business). The entered application information is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S205).
[0059] When the information processing server 10 obtains the input application information (step S207), the information processing server 10 performs registration processing (step S209). At this time, as shown in Figure 5, a business dataset is generated and stored in the storage unit 12. Next, the information processing server 10 sends registration completion information to the business terminal 40 (step S211), and the business terminal 40 obtains (receives) the registration completion information (step S213). The obtained registration completion information may be displayed on the display unit 44 of the business terminal 40. Figure 16 is an example of a user interface 44a of the business dataset. The user interface 44a corresponds to the business dataset 123. The user interface 44a includes a business ID 44a1, a business name 44a2, a business telephone number 44a3, a contact person name 44a4, a contact person telephone number 44a5, and a contact person email address 44a6.
[0060] (1-4-3. Registration of Business Information) Figure 11 is a flowchart of the business information registration process S300 for introduction (listing). First, a person in charge of the business enters the listing request information (also called the "introduction program") that they want to post in the business introduction service application into the business terminal 40 (step S301). At this time, the listing request information entered may include business information, business category information, business information for the person being introduced, compensation information, and campaign information. The entered listing request information is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S303).
[0061] Upon receiving the input listing request information (step S305), the information processing server 10 determines whether the input listing request satisfies predetermined conditions (step S307). These predetermined conditions include, for example, that the listing request information includes information about the business to be offered, information about the compensation upon contract completion, and other conditions for listing. Other conditions may also be included.
[0062] If the information to be published does not meet the predetermined conditions (step S307; No), the information processing server 10 generates a regeneration request information for the published information (step S309) and terminates. The regeneration request information may be sent to the business terminal 40.
[0063] When the information requesting publication meets the predetermined conditions (step S307; Yes), the information processing server 10 performs publication (registration) processing (generation of a business data set) (step S311). At this time, as shown in Figure 6, a business data set is generated and stored in the storage unit 12. Next, the information processing server 10 sends registration completion information to the business terminal 40 (step S313), and the business terminal 40 receives the registration completion information (step S315). As a result, the information processing server 10 can generate a business list data set based on the business information and business information obtained from each business (business terminal 40).
[0064] (1-4-4. Generation of a business list dataset for the referrer, and entry of business information by the referred person) Figure 12 is a flowchart S400 of the process for generating a business list dataset. First, the referrer inputs referral request information (search information) into the referrer terminal 20 (step S401). In this case, the referral request information may include businesses that the referrer wants to introduce based on the needs (request information) of the referred person that have been acquired in advance. The referral request information is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S403). Upon receiving the referral request information (step S405), the information processing server 10 generates a business list dataset from the business list dataset that includes business information corresponding to the referral request information (step S407). The business list dataset is sent to the referrer terminal 20 (step S409). When the referrer terminal 20 receives the business list dataset, it is displayed on the display unit 24 (step S411). Figure 17 is the user interface 24b of the business list dataset. The user interface 24b of the referral business list dataset includes a business ID 24b1, business category information 24b2, business information 24b3, link information 24b4, reward information 24b5, and a referral button 24b6. The link information may consist of, for example, a URL (Uniform Resource Locator).
[0065] When the referrer decides which business to refer from the user interface 24b of the referred business list dataset, they select and input the business ID 24b1 (or link information 24b4) (step S413). Furthermore, when the referral button 24b6 is pressed, referral information is generated (step S415). At this time, the referral information and link information are transmitted to the referred person's terminal 30 (step S417). The referral information may include one or more business information (business operator information). In this embodiment, the referred business list dataset may be transmitted directly to the referred person's terminal 30 as the referral information.
[0066] When the referred terminal 30 acquires referral information and link information, the acquired referral information and link information are displayed on the display unit 34 of the referred terminal 30 (step S419). When the referred person (lead) selects (clicks or taps) the acquired link information, the referral user interface 34a is displayed on the display unit 34 of the referred terminal 30, as shown in Figure 18. In this example, the referral user interface 34a includes business information 34a1, business category information 34a2, business information 34a3, sales promotion campaign information 34a4, and an entry request button 34a5. When the referred person is interested in the business dataset (business information and business information) for the referral information, or when the business dataset (business information) of interest is included among multiple business datasets (business information), they select (clicks or taps) the entry button (step S421), and the entry screen (entry user interface 34b) is displayed, as shown in Figure 19 (step S423). The user interface 34b for entry includes referrer information 34b1, name of the person being referred 34b2, contact information of the person being referred 34b3, email address of the person being referred 34b4, and an entry request button 34b5.
[0067] (1-4-5. Transaction between the referred person and the business operator) Figure 13 is a flowchart S500 of the transaction processing between the referred person and the business operator. The referred person enters transaction request information (referred person's name 34b2, referred person's contact information 34b3, and email address 34b4) into the entry user interface 34b, and selects (clicks or taps) the entry request button 34b5 (step S501). The transaction request information (entry information) is then sent to the information processing server 10 (step S503).
[0068] Upon acquiring transaction request information (step S505), the information processing server 10 generates transaction management information based on the transaction request information (step S507) and stores it in the storage unit 12. In the transaction management information, the referrer, the referred party, and the business operator are associated. The transaction request information is transmitted to the business operator terminal 40 (step S509).
[0069] Upon obtaining transaction request information (step S511), the business terminal 40 generates transaction commencement acceptance information (step S513), and the transaction commencement acceptance information is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S515). Upon obtaining the transaction commencement acceptance information (step S517), the information processing server 10 changes the transaction management information (setting the transaction status between the business and the referred party to "negotiating") (step S519). Next, the information processing server 10 sends the referred party information to the business terminal 40 (step S521). Upon obtaining the referred party information (step S523), two-way communication is performed between the business and the referred party to facilitate the completion of the transaction (step S525).
[0070] (1-4-6. Provision of Remuneration upon Transaction Completion) Figure 14 is a flowchart S600 showing the remuneration provision process. Transaction management information may be displayed on the referrer terminal 20 during the two-way communication for transactions between the business operator and the referred person. Figure 20 is the user interface 24c (also called "My Page") for transaction management information. As shown in Figure 20, the user interface 24c includes referrer information 24c1, business ID 24c2, negotiation start date 24c3, business operator name 24c4, referred person name 24c5, and transaction status 24c6. Transaction status 24c6 includes the current transaction status related to the business introduced by the referrer. The transaction management information allows the referrer to understand the progress of each transaction.
[0071] The information processing server 10 determines whether a predetermined time has elapsed while a transaction is taking place (step S601). Step S601 is repeated until the predetermined time (e.g., 30 days) has elapsed (step S601; No). Once the predetermined time has elapsed (step S601; Yes), the information processing server 10 generates a transaction status information request (step S603). The transaction status information request is sent to the business terminal 40 (step S605). The transaction status information request may also be sent as text information, such as an email.
[0072] When a transaction status information request is received (step S607), the business terminal 40 generates transaction status information based on the transaction status information request, based on the input of the person in charge (step S609). At this time, the transaction status may be selected and entered by accessing the transaction management screen from a link in the email information. This prevents businesses from forgetting to submit applications regarding the transaction status. The transaction status information is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S611). When the transaction status information is received (step S613), the information processing server 10 determines whether the transaction (negotiation) has been completed based on the transaction status information (step S615). If the transaction (negotiation) has not been completed (step S615; No), the process returns to step S601.
[0073] When a transaction (business negotiation) is completed (step S615; Yes), the information processing server 10 further determines whether the transaction (business negotiation) was concluded based on the transaction status information (step S617). If the transaction (business negotiation) is not concluded (step S617; No), the information processing server 10 generates transaction management information (setting the transaction status to "not concluded") (step S619) and terminates.
[0074] When a transaction (business negotiation) is concluded (step S617; Yes), the information processing server 10 sets the transaction status to "completed" and generates reward information (step S621). The reward information is transmitted to the referrer terminal 20 (step S623) and displayed on the display unit 24 (step S625). Figure 21 is an example of a user interface 24d that shows reward information. As shown in Figure 21, in this example, the user interface 24d includes referrer information 24d1, business ID 24d2, business negotiation start date 24d3, business name 24d4, referred person name 24d5, reward amount 24d6, and total reward amount 24d7. The reward may be transferred to an account, sent as electronic money, or provided as points.
[0075] In this embodiment, since the business (service provider) is introduced to the referred person (referred person terminal 30) through the referrer (referrer terminal 20), the referred person does not need to search for services themselves. As a result, even if there are multiple service providers (businesses) for the desired service, the appropriate business will be introduced. Therefore, by using this embodiment, users can easily receive introductions to the services they need.
[0076] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the business introduction app is used as a web platform. In this case, each introducer is registered as a member of the web platform, forming a target population. As a result, each introducer can introduce various businesses to a large number of people to be introduced. Normally, advertising activities are carried out by displaying business information (business information) on a website. On the other hand, in this embodiment, introducers (members) can introduce business information to people to be introduced (like sales staff). This is not merely advertising activity, but can be considered sales activity. Therefore, from the perspective of sales activities, since introducers introduce businesses to people to be introduced, businesses can conduct sales activities for their own services (businesses) without hiring new sales staff, and can acquire promising customers for closing deals. Furthermore, by using this embodiment, businesses can cultivate new introducers that they would not be able to directly access through sales activities. Thus, by using this embodiment, a new method of conducting sales activities can be provided. Furthermore, by using this embodiment, the costs required for advertising activities can be significantly reduced compared to when advertising activities are conducted by the company alone. Furthermore, by using this embodiment, the referrer can act as a sales representative for multiple businesses (companies) and receive compensation accordingly.
[0077] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the information registered from the referred person's terminal to the information processing server can be kept to a minimum. Therefore, by using this embodiment, there is no need to register detailed personal information on the internet site introducing the business, the burden on the referred person is reduced, and a simple method of introducing the business can be provided.
[0078] Furthermore, by using this embodiment, the information processing server 10 can monitor the status of transactions (business negotiations) between the business operator and the referred person. This prevents individual transactions (business negotiations) from being executed between the business operator and the referred person without going through the business referral application. As a result, it is possible to reliably provide the referrer (referrer terminal) with a reward when a transaction is completed.
[0079] In one embodiment of the present invention, an example was shown in which transaction status information is acquired and the transaction status is determined. However, even if transaction status information is not acquired, information indicating a failed deal may be generated (step S619). In this case, the information of the person being introduced may be deleted from the business management screen in the business introduction application (for example, the information displayed on the business terminal 40). Furthermore, in this case, control may be taken to lower the business's evaluation information (for example, reducing the business's evaluation (response) by 0.5 points each time). This makes it possible to prevent unresponsiveness to reports from businesses (failure to generate transaction status information) and fraudulent transactions.
[0080] Furthermore, in conventional business referral systems (services), businesses need to obtain the personal information of referrers (such as account numbers, addresses, and names) for purposes such as the exchange of rewards. While obtaining personal information necessitates its management, it also creates risks such as information leaks. However, by using this embodiment, referrer information is obtained and rewards are provided via an information processing system. As a result, businesses do not need to communicate with referrers or obtain referrer information themselves, making the process simpler and reducing the risk of information leaks.
[0081] <Second Embodiment> This embodiment describes a transaction method different from that of the first embodiment. Specifically, it describes an example of generating reward information based on the success rate of each business operator (business). Note that the same configuration and methods as in the first embodiment may be omitted as appropriate.
[0082] Figure 22 is a flowchart showing the compensation calculation process. As shown in Figure 22, when a transaction (business negotiation) is concluded between a business operator and a referred person (step S617; Yes), the information processing server 10 calculates the success rate for each business operator (business) at the referrer (referrer terminal 20) based on the transaction management information (step S618). Next, the information processing server 10 generates compensation information based on the calculated success rate (step S621A).
[0083] In typical business referral services (systems), a single transaction between the user and the business ends after one transaction. Furthermore, in typical business referral services, it's impossible to identify the referred person, and access to the advertiser's site may be facilitated through internet links or banners, or through websites, blogs, etc., created and operated by affiliates themselves. However, in this embodiment, the information processing server 10 generates transaction management information, enabling the generation of reward information based on the conversion rate (contribution) for each business. This allows for varying reward information for each referrer. As a result, the referrer's motivation to introduce businesses (businesses) to referred individuals can be increased.
[0084] In this embodiment, an example of generating reward information based on the success rate for each business is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the information processing server 10 may generate reward information based on the referrer's referral history information. In this case, the referral history information may include the number of referrals, the referred party, sales, and other information associated with the referral. This allows for increased rewards even if a referral does not result in a transaction, thereby improving the referrer's motivation to make referrals.
[0085] <Third Embodiment> This embodiment describes a transaction method different from that of the first embodiment. Specifically, it describes an example of generating a referral business list dataset by associating the business operator's service area with the address information of the person being referred. Note that the same configuration and methods as in the first embodiment may be omitted as appropriate.
[0086] Figure 23 is a flowchart showing the process of generating a referral business list dataset. As shown in Figure 23, first, the referrer inputs referral request information into the referrer terminal 20 (step S701). In this embodiment, keyword information (also called "referrer keyword") may be input as referral request information. The referral request information is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S703). Upon receiving the referral request information (step S705), the information processing server 10 evaluates the degree of relevance (similarity) between the referral request information and the registered (stored) business information (step S707). At this time, the business dataset 123 registered in this embodiment may include business ID 123a, business name 123b, business (content) information 123c, business category information 123d, and compensation information 123e, as well as business keyword 123f, business scope 123g, and image information (see Figure 24). Business keywords correspond to business information and are set for each business. Therefore, even if they have the same meaning, business keywords may differ slightly from business to business. The service area is the range within which a business operator can conduct business activities. In this example, it is set at 20 km from the business operator's address, but this can be changed as appropriate depending on the type of business and the business operator.
[0087] The information processing server 10 determines whether the referrer keyword and the business keyword match (step S709). In this case, "match" includes exact match, partial match, and conceptual match. If the referrer keyword and the business keyword do not match (step S709; No), the referral business list dataset generation process ends. If the referrer keyword and the business keyword match (step S709; Yes), the information processing server 10 determines whether the business information includes the sales area (step S711). If the business information does not include the sales area (step S711; No), the referral business list dataset generation process may end.
[0088] If the business information includes the scope of business (step S711; Yes), the information processing server 10 generates instruction information to display the address information input screen for the person being referred (step S713). When the instruction information to display the address information input screen for the person being referred is sent to the referrer terminal 20 (step S715), the address information input screen (user interface) for the person being referred is displayed on the display unit 24 of the referrer terminal 20 (step S717).
[0089] At this time, a postal code may be entered as address information. When the referrer enters the address information of the person being referred into the referrer terminal 20 (step S719), the address information of the person being referred is transmitted (step S721). Upon obtaining the address information of the person being referred (step S723), the information processing server 10 determines whether the address information of the person being referred corresponds to the address and business area of the business operator (step S725). If the address of the person being referred does not correspond to the address and business area of the business operator (step S725; No), the referral business list dataset generation process may be terminated.
[0090] If the address information of the person being referred corresponds to the address and service area of the business operator (step S725; Yes), the information processing server 10 generates a referral business list dataset (step S727).
[0091] By using this embodiment, the referrer can search for and introduce to the referred person a business that is capable of doing business and meets their needs.
[0092] Furthermore, with conventional search services, when an address input form is displayed using a service (or product) as a keyword, it may not be able to handle services that are not specified by the referral (search) platform or services that do not have a corresponding field. In reality, it is difficult for the platform to set all keywords as search keywords for services. However, by using this embodiment, businesses can set keywords and provide a wide variety of services, such as services closely tied to local communities.
[0093] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, when providing the same referral business dataset to the same person who was referred again, the person's address information is already stored and does not need to be entered again.
[0094] <Fourth Embodiment> This embodiment describes a transaction method different from that of the first embodiment. Specifically, it describes an example in which confirmation information of a completed transaction (contract) is obtained from the referred person when generating reward information. Note that the same configuration and methods as in the first embodiment may be omitted as appropriate.
[0095] Figure 25 is a flowchart of the reward information generation process. As shown in Figure 25, when a transaction is completed (step S617; Yes), the information processing server 10 generates a transaction completion confirmation request (step S620). The transaction completion confirmation request is sent to the referrer terminal 20 (step S6201). When the transaction completion confirmation request is received by the referrer terminal 20 (step S6202), it is displayed on the display unit 24 of the referrer terminal 20. Figure 26 is the user interface 24e for the transaction completion confirmation request. The user interface 24e for the transaction completion confirmation request includes transaction completion information 24e1, an email address input field 24e2, and a send button 24e3.
[0096] When the referrer enters the referred person's email address into the referrer terminal 20 and selects the send button, a transaction completion confirmation request is sent to the referred person's terminal 30 (step S6203). When the referred person's terminal 30 receives the transaction completion confirmation request, a user interface 34c for transaction completion confirmation application is displayed, as shown in Figure 27 (step S6204). The user interface 34c for transaction completion confirmation application includes transaction completion information 34c1, business evaluation information 34c2, evaluation comment information 34c3, and a transaction completion button 34c4.
[0097] When the referred person inputs the business operator's evaluation information and evaluation comment information as transaction completion confirmation information into the referred person's terminal and selects (clicks or taps) the transaction completion button 34c4 (step S6205), it is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S6206). Upon receiving the transaction completion confirmation information (step S6207), the information processing server 10 generates reward information (step S621). The reward information is sent to the referrer's terminal 20 (step S623) and displayed on the display unit 24 (step S625). In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, by inputting evaluation information, the information processing server 10 can provide reward information to the referred person (referred person's terminal 30).
[0098] In this embodiment, by obtaining confirmation of transaction completion and evaluation information of the business operator from the referred person's terminal, rewards are provided to the referrer and special offer information is provided to the referred person. This prevents fraudulent transactions, such as direct transactions between the referred person and the business operator without going through the business referral app. In addition, in this embodiment, the evaluation information may be used as the evaluation of the business operator when future referral information list datasets are generated. This allows referrers to introduce highly-rated businesses to referred people. Furthermore, in this embodiment, referred people can register their evaluation of a business operator without registering with the business referral app.
[0099] <Fifth Embodiment> This embodiment describes a transaction method different from that of the first embodiment. Specifically, it describes an example in which transaction status information cannot be obtained within a predetermined time after requesting the transaction status. Note that the same configuration and methods as in the first embodiment may be omitted as appropriate.
[0100] Figure 28 is a flowchart of the information processing in this embodiment. As shown in Figure 28, after generating transaction status information (step S603), step S604 is looped until a predetermined time (for example, 30 days) has elapsed (step S604; No). When the predetermined time has elapsed (step S604; Yes), the information processing server 10 determines whether it has acquired transaction status information from the business terminal 40 (step S613). If transaction status information has been acquired (step S613; Yes), the process proceeds to step S615 of the first embodiment. If transaction status information has not been acquired (step S613; No), the transaction management information and business information are deleted (step S614).
[0101] By using this embodiment, it is possible to reliably enable businesses (business terminal 40) to perform reporting, thereby preventing fraudulent transactions by businesses.
[0102] <Sixth Embodiment> This embodiment describes a transaction method different from that of the first embodiment. Specifically, it describes an example of introducing a business (service) that can be completed entirely online and receiving a reward. Note that the same configuration and methods as in the first embodiment may be omitted as appropriate.
[0103] Figure 29 shows the hardware configuration of the information processing system 1B according to this embodiment. As shown in Figure 29, the information processing system 1B may include an information processing server 10, a referrer terminal 20, a referred terminal 30, and a business operator terminal 40, as well as a business operator server 50. The business operator server 50 is a server operated by the business operator (which executes the system (program)). The business operator server 50 can have the same hardware configuration as the information processing server 10, so a detailed explanation is omitted.
[0104] Figure 30 shows an example of a transaction request (entry) user interface 34d. In this example, the transaction request (entry) user interface 34d includes business information 34d1, business category information 34d2, business information 34d3, promotional campaign information 34d4, and an entry request button 34d5, as well as a referral code 34d6. In this example, the business information includes opening a bank account, which is a business (service) that can be completed entirely online.
[0105] Figures 30 and 31 are flowcharts of information processing according to one embodiment of the present invention. When a person being introduced selects and inputs (clicks or taps) the entry request button 34b5 as transaction request information on the entry user interface 34b (step S801), the transaction request information (entry information) is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S803), or it may be sent directly to the business server 50 (step S804).
[0106] Upon acquiring transaction request information (step S805), the information processing server 10 generates transaction management information based on the transaction request information (step S807) and stores it in the storage unit 12. In the transaction management information, the referrer, the referred party, and the business operator are associated. In this embodiment, at this stage, the transaction status between the business operator and the referred party is set to "negotiation in progress".
[0107] On the other hand, when the business server 50 acquires transaction request information (step S809), two-way communication is performed between the business (business server 50) and the referred person (referred person terminal 30) to facilitate the completion of the transaction (step S811). At this time, the two-way communication may be conducted via an internet site (website) for the transaction (account opening) program executed on the business server 50. In addition, during the transaction (two-way communication) process, the referred person may enter a referral code. This allows the business server 50 to know that a business referral has been made via the information processing server 10 (business referral application according to one embodiment of the present invention).
[0108] Next, the business server 50 repeats step S813 until the transaction (negotiation) is completed (S813; No). When the transaction is completed (step S813; Yes), the business server 50 generates transaction status information (step S815). The transaction status information is sent to the information processing server 10 (step S817). Upon receiving the transaction status information (step S819), the information processing server 10 further determines whether the transaction (negotiation) has been concluded based on the transaction status information (step S821). If the transaction (negotiation) is not concluded (step S823; No), the information processing server 10 generates transaction management information (setting the transaction status to "not concluded") (step S823), and then terminates.
[0109] When a transaction (business negotiation) is concluded (step S821; Yes), the information processing server 10 generates reward information (step S825). The reward information is transmitted to the referrer terminal 20 (step S827). When the referrer terminal 20 receives the reward information, it is displayed on the display unit 24 (step S729).
[0110] By using this embodiment, referrers can easily introduce businesses (services) that are completed over the internet, or services that are conducted on the business operator's own website, to those being referred. Furthermore, when using this embodiment, it is possible to easily migrate to an internet site associated with the transaction program (system) executed by the business operator server 50, thus easily integrating with existing systems. In addition, by applying an API (Application Programming Interface), the integration between the information processing system according to one embodiment of the present invention and existing systems can be made even smoother.
[0111] In this embodiment, an example is shown where the transaction request (entry) user interface 34d includes a referral code 34d6. However, instead of the referral code 34d6, it may include an embedded URL for transitioning to a transaction program (Internet site) executed by the business server 50. The referral code or URL can be registered on the business information (business information) registration screen in the business referral application. By accessing the URL, the business server 50 can be notified that a business referral has been made via the information processing server 10.
[0112] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the referrer's information may be embedded in the referral information (referral business list dataset) that the referrer sends to the referred person. The referred person selects a business (business operator) from the referral information displayed on the referred person's terminal 30, enters their own information into the entry form, and generates (enters) transaction request information. As a result, the transaction request information (entry information) sent from the referred person's terminal 30 can be identified by the embedded information as to which referrer (member) made the referral.
[0113] Furthermore, while this embodiment demonstrates a bank account opening service, it can also be applied to other businesses (services) that require registration on the business's own website, such as insurance contracts and membership registration. It can also be applied to online recruitment services.
[0114] (Variations) Within the scope of the concept of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can conceive of various modifications and alterations, and it is understood that such modifications and alterations also fall within the scope of the present invention. For example, any addition, deletion, or design change of components, or addition, omission, or modification of steps, to the above-described embodiments, as appropriate by a person skilled in the art, is also included within the scope of the present invention, as long as it retains the gist of the present invention.
[0115] In the first embodiment of the present invention, an example using one information processing server was shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Multiple information processing servers may be used. In this case, they may be provided separately for each function, or the storage unit (database) may be provided as an external device.
[0116] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, the information of the person being referred may be deleted from the information processing server 10 after the transaction is completed. This prevents the leakage of the personal information of the person being referred.
[0117] One embodiment of the present invention shows an example in which business introduction application software is installed and an information processing program is executed, but installation is not necessarily required. If the business introduction application software is software that processes information on a web browser, such as a Web service or SaaS (Software as a Service), the information processing program can be executed without installation.
[0118] In one embodiment of the present invention, the referrer terminal 20 and the referred terminal 30 were described as separate terminals, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The referrer terminal 20 and the referred terminal 30 may be the same. This allows the referrer to receive the same services as the referred person. Therefore, the referrer can receive a reward for the successful transaction as the referred person, in addition to the reward for the referrer.
[0119] In one embodiment of the present invention, an example was shown in which multiple referrer terminals 20, referred terminals 30, and business operator terminals 40 are provided, but it is sufficient to provide at least one.
[0120] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, if a transaction is canceled due to reasons attributable to the referred party after a contract application from a business operator, the business operator (business operator terminal 40) may send a transaction cancellation request to the information processing server 10 within a predetermined period (for example, until the end of the month following the contract application). In this case, the information processing server 10 may send cancellation confirmation information to the referrer terminal 10 or the referred party terminal 30. If the information processing server 10 receives a cancellation request from the referrer terminal 10 or the referred party terminal 30 based on the cancellation confirmation information, it can perform a refund process for the rewards and gratuities associated with the conclusion of the contract. (Note that in this case, the information processing server 10 does not have to refund the usage fee for the business referral application).
[0121] In one embodiment of the present invention, the input listing request information was shown to include business information, business category information, business information for the person to be referred, compensation information, and campaign information, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in the case of a recruitment service, the website information of the recruitment service may also be included. In the case of a recruitment service, since the person to be referred is a person referred by a referrer, the business can acquire trustworthy personnel.
